Abstract
本发明提供了一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,所述材料采用涂层整理的方法将含降噪功能粒子的涂层浆料涂覆于织物的一侧表面制成。所述涂层浆料由以下成分以质量百分含量制备而成:水溶性聚氨酯95~105份,降噪功能粒子20~30份,增稠剂1~2份,氨水0.1~1.6份,消泡剂1~2份。本发明制备的新型隔音涂层纺织材料在测试频率范围内(0~6400Hz)隔音最大可达35dB,是优良的隔音材料。通过涂层整理赋予多孔吸声织物新的隔音降噪功能,突破了传统隔音材料质量重及刚性大的局限性,满足特殊应用场所的轻量化要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,属于纺织降噪材料技术领域。
背景技术
在工业制造、家用电器、交通工具以及城市建筑日益发达的今天,噪声与振动控制受到越来越多的关注和重视。
对于噪声的控制主要采用两种手段,一种是吸声降噪,另一种是隔音降噪。隔音材料是指能够减弱透射声能或阻断声音传播的一类材料,其目标在于减小入射声源的另一侧的透射声能。传统的隔音材料应该是坚硬、密实无孔隙或缝隙且重质的。常见的隔音材料有钢筋混泥土墙、实心砖、木板、金属板材、纤维板等,主要应用在隐私性较高,想要把声音阻隔在外面的地方。以往对于进入室内及在室内产生的噪音处理措施多采用具有多孔吸声性能的吸音棉,但是由于普通的吸音棉具有一般多孔材料降噪效果的局限性,中低频吸声效果差且由于其结构疏松多孔一般不将其作为隔音材料。而传统的隔音材料由于重且致密,可加工性差,应用局限性大。因此,开发轻薄柔软,可加工性强的隔音材料是目前的研究新方向。有研究者将纤维作为增强材料加入橡胶、塑料或沥青阻尼材料中可以有效的提高其隔音性能。与现有技术相比本发明制备的材料制备工艺简单,成本低廉,质地更为柔软,可满足特殊应用场所的轻量化要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料。该材料的主要特点是制备工艺简单,质地柔软,可加工性强,满足轻量化要求,应用前景广阔。该材料隔音量最大可达35dB,相比于没有处理的非织造布隔音性能明显提高,是优良的隔音材料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,所述材料采用涂层整理的方法将含降噪功能粒子的涂层浆料涂覆于织物的一侧表面制成。所述涂层浆料由以下成分以质量百分含量制备而成:水溶性聚氨酯95~105份,降噪功能粒子20~30份,增稠剂1~2份,氨水0.1~1.6份,消泡剂1~2份。
进一步的,所述织物为涤纶非织造布。
进一步的,所述降噪功能粒子为玻璃微珠、白云母粉或四针状氧化锌晶须中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸、羧甲基纤维素钠、膨润土、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或海藻酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述涂层浆料的制备方法为:
第一步:将水溶性聚氨酯和降噪功能粒子混合,90~110rpm搅拌10~30min,超声处理5~20min。
第二步:用1~2倍蒸馏水将增稠剂稀释后加入所述第一步的混合溶液中搅拌均匀,加入氨水调节溶液pH=8~9,调节涂层浆料粘度至适中。
第三步:加入消泡剂搅拌均匀后静置3~5min即得。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明制备工艺简单,可操作性强,属于纺织功能整理技术领域。
2、本发明所用非织造布基材易于制备、成本低廉,获得的新型材料隔音性能提高明显,且质地柔软、可加工性强,突破了传统隔音材料质量重及刚性大的局限性,满足特殊应用场所的轻量化要求。
3、本发明通过在涂层浆料中添加降噪功能粒子再对非织造布进行修饰改良,赋予多孔吸声织物新的隔音降噪功能。
4、本发明制备的隔音材料在测试频率范围内(0~6400Hz)隔音最大可达35dB,隔音性能优异。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,所述材料采用涂层整理的方法将含玻璃微珠的涂层浆料涂覆于织物的一侧表面制成。所述涂层浆料由以下成分以质量百分含量制备而成:水溶性聚氨酯95份,玻璃微珠20份,聚丙烯酸1份,氨水0.5份,消泡剂1份。
上述涂层浆料的制备方法:
第一步:将水溶性聚氨酯和玻璃微珠混合,90rpm搅拌30min,超声处理5min。
第二步:用1倍蒸馏水将聚丙烯酸稀释后加入所述第一步的混合溶液中搅拌均匀,加入氨水调节溶液pH=8,调节涂层浆料粘度至适中。
第三步:加入消泡剂搅拌均匀后静置5min即得。
实施例2
一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,所述材料采用涂层整理的方法将含白云母粉的涂层浆料涂覆于织物的一侧表面制成。所述涂层浆料由以下成分以质量百分含量制备而成:水溶性聚氨酯100份,白云母粉25份,聚丙烯酸1.5份,氨水1.0份,消泡剂1.5份。
上述涂层浆料的制备方法:
第一步:将水溶性聚氨酯和白云母粉混合,100rpm搅拌20min,超声处理15min。
第二步:用1.5倍蒸馏水将聚丙烯酸稀释后加入所述第一步的混合溶液中搅拌均匀,加入氨水调节溶液pH=8.5,调节涂层浆料粘度至适中。
第三步:加入消泡剂搅拌均匀后静置3min即得。
实施例3
一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,所述材料采用涂层整理的方法将含四针状氧化锌晶须的涂层浆料涂覆于织物的一侧表面制成。所述涂层浆料由以下成分以质量百分含量制备而成:水溶性聚氨酯105份,四针状氧化锌晶须30份,聚丙烯酸2份,氨水1.5份,消泡剂2份。
上述涂层浆料的制备方法:
第一步:将水溶性聚氨酯和四针状氧化锌晶须混合,110rpm搅拌10min,超声处理20min。
第二步:用2倍蒸馏水将聚丙烯酸稀释后加入所述第一步的混合溶液中搅拌均匀,加入氨水调节溶液pH=9,调节涂层浆料粘度至适中。
第三步:加入消泡剂搅拌均匀后静置4min即得。

1.一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,其特征在于:所述材料采用涂层整理的方法将含降噪功能粒子的涂层浆料涂覆于织物的一侧表面制成。所述涂层浆料由以下成分以质量百分含量制备而成:水溶性聚氨酯95~105份,降噪功能粒子20~30份,增稠剂1~2份,氨水0.1~1.6份,消泡剂1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,其特征在于:所述织物为涤纶非织造布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,其特征在于:所述降噪功能粒子为玻璃微珠、白云母粉或四针状氧化锌晶须中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸、羧甲基纤维素钠、膨润土、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或海藻酸钠中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔音涂层纺织材料,其特征在于:所述涂层浆料的制备方法为:
第一步:将水溶性聚氨酯和降噪功能粒子混合,90~110rpm搅拌10~30min,超声处理5~20min。
第二步:用1~2倍蒸馏水将增稠剂稀释后加入所述第一步的混合溶液中搅拌均匀,加入氨水调节溶液pH=8~9,调节涂层浆料粘度至适中。
