Abstract
The invention relates to a single-component photo frame adhesive which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 85-90% of alpha-ethyl cyanoacrylate; 8-11% of polymethacrylic resin; 1.0 to 2.0 percent of accelerator; reinforcing agent 1.0-2.0%. The single-component adhesive which is moderate in viscosity and can be used for quickly bonding the wood is produced according to the formula, so that a primer is not used, the processing and production efficiency of the wood photo frame is improved, and no additional influence is caused on the health of workers and the environment; the propyl gallate is added to improve the strength of the adhesive, and the current production requirement is met.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of alpha-ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesives, in particular to a photo frame adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alpha-cyanoacrylate compounds are widely used for bonding steel, nonferrous metals, rubber, leather, plastics, ceramics, glass, wood, etc. due to their high anionic polymerization characteristics. The wooden photo frame is used as an ornament in people's life because of its natural and simple characteristics. Along with the continuous improvement of living standard and aesthetic concept of people, the market demand of the wooden photo frame is also continuously increased. In the frame production and manufacturing industry, the prior art generally has the following defects: 1. the unreasonable viscosity of the photo frame adhesive can cause the adhesive to permeate into the wood board too fast or too slow, thereby affecting the bonding of the wood board contact surface. 2. The strength of the frame adhesive is insufficient, and the bonding quality is affected. 3. The curing speed of the photo frame adhesive is too slow, and the primer needs to be sprayed when the curing speed is increased, so that the working efficiency is influenced, and the health of operators and the environment are influenced.

In the present invention, the reinforcing agent is preferably one or a mixture of two or more of pyrogallic acid, methyl gallate and propyl gallate.
Further preferably, the strengthening agent is propyl gallate.
A preparation method of the single-component photo frame adhesive comprises the following steps:
adding alpha-ethyl cyanoacrylate into a reaction kettle with heating and stirring functions according to a ratio, adding polymethyl methacrylate, heating to 50-55 ℃, stirring until the polymethyl methacrylate is completely dissolved, sequentially adding an accelerator and a reinforcing agent, stirring for 0.2-2.5h at normal temperature, and uniformly mixing to obtain the alpha-ethyl cyanoacrylate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a single-component adhesive for photo frame bonding and a preparation method thereof, through reasonable proportioning of raw materials, the single-component adhesive (the positioning time is 4 +/-1S) which has moderate viscosity and can be used for rapidly bonding a plate is produced by the formula, a primer is avoided, the processing and production efficiency of the wooden photo frame is further improved, and no additional influence is generated on the health of workers and the environment; the propyl gallate is added to improve the strength (the shear strength is more than 20Mpa) of the adhesive, thereby meeting the current production requirement.

it can be seen from the above data that when the viscosity of the photo frame adhesive is 1200mpa.s, the positioning time and the shearing strength detection data of embodiments 2 and 3 in the present invention are optimal, which not only improves the efficiency of the photo frame production process, but also meets the requirements of the existing production.

8. A method for preparing the one-component photo frame adhesive according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
adding alpha-ethyl cyanoacrylate into a reaction kettle with heating and stirring functions according to a ratio, adding polymethacrylic resin, heating to 50-55 ℃, stirring until the polymethacrylic resin is completely dissolved, sequentially adding an accelerator and a reinforcing agent, stirring for 0.2-2.5h at normal temperature, and uniformly mixing to obtain the final product.
