Claims (10)

1. A passenger conveyor having:
a plurality of steps connected in a closed manner;
a drive device that drives the steps;
a control unit of the drive device;
a display unit for displaying at least the operation direction of the steps so as to be visually recognized by passengers;
an operation unit provided at a visually recognizable portion of the display unit and configured to operate at least a traveling direction, start and stop of the steps; and
a control unit that controls the drive unit in accordance with an operation of the operation unit and displays at least the operation direction on the display unit,
the control unit stores operation information indicating an operation state of the passenger conveyor, and displays the operation information on the display unit according to an operation of the operation unit.
2. The passenger conveyor according to claim 1,
a pair of left and right skirt boards are arranged on two sides of the stair,
a pair of left and right handrails are respectively erected from the pair of left and right skirt boards,
the operating part is arranged on the side surface of the apron board,
the display part is arranged on the front surface of the apron board.
