In this embodiment, two connecting plates 11 are symmetrically arranged on the outer side surface of the traveling vehicle 4, the baffle 12 is L-shaped, one end of the baffle 12 is rotatably connected with the connecting plate 11, and the other end of the baffle 12 can be kept in contact with the wheel 5 of the traveling vehicle 4, so that when the other end of the baffle 12 is kept in contact with the wheel 5, the friction received by the wheel 5 can be increased, and the wheel 5 cannot easily rotate; the electromagnet 14 is arranged on the side face of the traveling crane 4 and is opposite to the baffle 12, the magnet 15 is arranged on the baffle 12 and is opposite to the electromagnet 14, when the electromagnet 14 is electrified, magnetism is generated, then the magnet 15 can be adsorbed on the electromagnet 14, because the spring 16 is arranged between the wall of the traveling crane 4 and the baffle 12, when the magnet 15 is adsorbed on the electromagnet 14, the spring 16 is compressed, when the electromagnet 14 is powered off, the spring 16 can restore to the original state, the magnet 15 is further pushed out from the electromagnet 14, the end part of the baffle 12 is also away from the wheel 5, the friction force borne by the wheel 5 is reduced, the smooth movement of the traveling crane 4 is ensured, the controller 13 is arranged on the traveling crane 4 and can be remotely and wirelessly connected with the electric cabinet 8, the electromagnet 14 is electrically connected with the controller 13, the electromagnet 14 can be charged and powered off, and the arrangement mode can ensure that the belt is released, the traveling crane 4 is convenient to move, and can ensure that the traveling crane 4 can be fixed in the field when the wide-width belt 1 is used for sprinkling irrigation, so that the wide-width belt 1 is fixed.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the wide belt 1 from breaking the electric circuit between the controller 13 and the electromagnet 14 at the time of spraying water, the electric circuit may be provided in a waterproof form.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the power supply requirement of the electrical component on the traveling crane 4, a waterproof standby power supply may be provided on the traveling crane 4, and the standby power supply is used to supply power to the electrical component.

In this embodiment, a fixing plate 17 is further arranged on the cart 4, one end of the ejector plate 6 is fixedly arranged on the fixing plate 17, the other end of the ejector plate passes through a threaded hole in the slider 9, an external thread is arranged on the ejector rod 18, the ejector rod 18 and the slider 9 are in threaded connection through the external thread and the threaded hole, when the ejector rod 18 rotates, the ejector rod 18 can push the slider 9 to slide in the groove in a threaded connection mode, the first motor 19 is arranged on the cart 4 and is electrically connected with the controller 13 on the cart 4, an output shaft of the first motor 19 is connected with the ejector rod 18, and thus the first motor 19 can drive the ejector rod 18 to rotate, and remote control can be achieved through the controller 13 and the electric cabinet 8.
As shown in fig. 7, based on the same concept as the above embodiments, the present embodiment further proposes that four wheels 5 are uniformly distributed on two sides of the traveling vehicle 4, and the self-locking assemblies correspond to the wheels 5 one by one.
In this embodiment, set wheel 5 to four, can keep following the steady operation of driving 4 to keep auto-lock subassembly and wheel 5 one-to-one, can guarantee following the steady brake of driving 4, also can guarantee that even some auto-lock subassemblies have broken down, the operation of brake is also accomplished to other auto-lock subassemblies.

In this embodiment, the conveyor belt 2 is two chains, the vehicle conveying mechanism further includes a base 20, a main gear 21, a pinion 22 and a rib plate 23, the main gear 21 and the pinion 22 are respectively disposed at two ends of the base 20, the conveyor belt 2 is sleeved on the main gear 21 and the pinion 22, the main gear 21 and the pinion 22 are both in chain transmission connection with the conveyor belt 2, the rib plate 23 is disposed on the conveyor belt 2, two ends of the rib plate 23 are respectively connected with the two chains, and a penetrating hole 3 is formed between the rib plate 23 and the chains as shown in the figure.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, based on the same concept as the above-described embodiment, the present embodiment further proposes that the transfer mechanism further has: the bracket 24 is rotatably connected with the transition plate 7 and is provided with a through hole; and an extension plate 27, which is arranged on the transition plate 7 in a penetrating way, and the transition plate 7 is provided with a containing groove.

In this embodiment, the cart pushing mechanism includes a supporting frame 28, an electric rail 29 and a first electric push rod 30, the supporting frame 28 is disposed on the ground, the electric rail 29 is disposed on the supporting frame 28 and electrically connected to the electric cabinet 8, the first electric push rod 30 is disposed on a moving seat of the electric rail 29 and electrically connected to the electric cabinet 8, a pushing end of the first electric push rod 30 is used for pushing the cart 4 out of the output mechanism, and the electric rail 29 is disposed, so that the accompanying movement of the cart 4 can be realized by corresponding to the wide belts 1 at different positions.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, based on the same concept as the above embodiments, the present embodiment further proposes that the pushing mechanism further includes an air cylinder 31, the air cylinder 31 is slidably disposed on the base 20, and the pushing plate 6 is disposed at the end of the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 31.
In this embodiment, the pushing mechanism is further provided with an air cylinder 31, the air cylinder 31 is slidably disposed on the base 20, and is positioned on the base 20 by means of the pushing screw 26, the pushing plate 6 is disposed at an end portion of an expansion link of the air cylinder 31, a control valve of the air cylinder 31 is electrically connected to the electric cabinet 8, the air cylinder 31 and the pushing plate 6 push the cart 4, and then the first electric pushing rod 30 pushes the cart 4 out.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, based on the same concept as the above embodiments, the present embodiment further proposes that the tape retracting mechanism further includes: a support 32; a reel 33 rotatably provided on the support 32, the reel 33 being used for winding and unwinding the wide belt 1; and a second motor 34, which is arranged on the support 32 and electrically connected with the electric control box 8, wherein the second motor 34 is used for driving the scroll 33 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the tape retracting mechanism includes a support 32, a reel 33 and a second motor 34, the support 32 is disposed on the ground, the reel 33 is rotatably disposed on the support 32, the wide tape 1 is sleeved on the reel 33 and used for retracting and releasing the wide tape 1, the second motor 34 is disposed on the support 32 and electrically connected to the electric cabinet 8, and the second motor 34 is used for driving the winding mechanism to rotate so as to finally retract and place the wide tape 1.

Claims (7)

1. A simplified broad band laying apparatus, comprising:
the belt winding and unwinding mechanism is arranged on one side of the field and is used for winding and unwinding the wide belt (1);
the vehicle conveying mechanism is arranged between the belt collecting and releasing mechanism and the field, the vehicle conveying mechanism is provided with a conveying belt (2), and the conveying belt (2) is provided with penetrating holes (3);
the follow-up vehicles (4) are arranged on the conveyor belt (2) and located above the penetrating holes (3), the follow-up vehicles (4) are arranged at intervals, each follow-up vehicle (4) is provided with a belt clamping piece, a clamping piece and a self-locking assembly, the belt clamping pieces are used for fixing the wide belt (1), the clamping pieces are used for enabling the follow-up vehicles (4) to move along with the wide belt (1), and the self-locking assemblies are used for clamping wheels (5) of the follow-up vehicles (4);
the cassette includes:
the two sliding blocks (9) are arranged on the following vehicle (4) in a sliding manner, and a gap is formed between the two sliding blocks (9) and can be adjusted; and
the clamping plates (10) are arranged on the sliding blocks (9) in a one-to-one mode, the clamping plates (10) are arc-shaped, and an accommodating space is formed by the two clamping plates (10) and used for accommodating the wide belt (1);
the clamping pieces are two second electric push rods (35) which are symmetrically arranged, and the second electric push rods (35) are arranged on the traveling trolley (4) and are electrically connected with the controller (13);
the pushing ends of the two second electric push rods (35) can move relatively to clamp the wide belt (1) in the belt retracting or releasing process without sprinkling irrigation so that the traveling trolley (4) moves synchronously along with the wide belt (1), and when the sprinkling irrigation belt is in sprinkling irrigation, the two pushing ends are far away from the wide belt (1) and the wide belt (1) is embraced by the belt clamping piece;
the self-locking assembly comprises:
the connecting plate (11) is arranged on the outer side of the vehicle body of the traveling crane (4);
the baffle (12) is L-shaped, one end of the baffle is rotatably connected with the connecting plate (11), and the other end of the baffle can be contacted with a wheel (5) of the follow-up vehicle (4) and is used for locking the wheel (5);
the controller (13) is arranged on the traveling crane (4) and is in remote wireless connection with the electric cabinet (8);
the electromagnet (14) is arranged on the outer side of the follow-up vehicle (4) and is positioned between the baffle plate (12) and the follow-up vehicle (4), and the electromagnet (14) is electrically connected with the controller (13);
the magnet (15) is arranged on the baffle (12) and can keep contact with the electromagnet (14); and
one end of the spring (16) is connected with the traveling crane (4), and the other end of the spring is connected with the baffle (12);
the ejection mechanism is arranged below the penetrating hole (3) and provided with an ejection plate (6) which can lift along the vertical direction, and the ejection plate (6) can penetrate through the penetrating hole (3) and then eject the follow-up vehicle (4);
the trolley mechanism is arranged between the belt collecting and releasing mechanism and the trolley conveying mechanism, and is provided with a pushing end capable of sliding linearly along one side of the field, and the pushing end is used for pushing the following trolley (4) away from the pushing plate (6);
the transfer mechanism is arranged between the vehicle conveying mechanism and the field, and is provided with a transition plate (7), and the transition plate (7) is obliquely arranged and is used for enabling the traveling crane (4) to enter the ground; and
and the electric cabinet (8) is electrically connected with the belt receiving and releasing mechanism, the vehicle conveying mechanism, the pushing mechanism and the vehicle pushing mechanism.
2. A light and simple broad band laying device according to claim 1, wherein said trolley (4) is provided with a groove, said slider (9) is slidably arranged in said groove, said slider (9) is provided with a threaded hole, said trolley (4) further comprises:
the fixing plate (17) is arranged on the traveling vehicle (4);
one end of the ejector rod (18) penetrates through the fixing plate (17), the other end of the ejector rod penetrates through the threaded hole, the ejector rod (18) is provided with an external thread, and the ejector rod (18) pushes the sliding block (9) to slide by means of the external thread and the threaded hole; and
the first motor (19) is arranged on the following vehicle (4) and electrically connected with the controller (13), and the first motor (19) is used for driving the ejector rod (18) to rotate.
3. A light and simplified broad band laying device according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt (2) is two chains, and the carriage mechanism further comprises:
a base (20);
the main gear (21) is rotatably arranged on the base (20) and is in chain transmission connection with the conveyor belt (2);
the auxiliary gear (22) is rotatably arranged on the base (20) and is in chain transmission connection with the conveyor belt (2); and
the ribbed plate (23) is arranged on the conveyor belt (2), two ends of the ribbed plate are respectively connected with the chain, and the penetrating hole (3) is formed between the chain and the ribbed plate (23).
4. A lightweight simplified broad band laying apparatus as defined in claim 1 wherein said fransfer mechanism further comprises:
the bracket (24) is rotationally connected with the transition plate (7) and is provided with a through hole; and
the extension plate (27) penetrates through the transition plate (7), and the transition plate (7) is provided with an accommodating groove.
5. A lightweight simplified broad band laying apparatus as defined in claim 1 wherein said trolley mechanism comprises:
a support frame (28);
the electric guide rail (29) is arranged on the support frame (28) and is electrically connected with the electric control box (8), and the sliding direction of the electric guide rail (29) is arranged along the length of one side of the field; and
the first electric push rod (30) is arranged on the moving seat of the electric guide rail (29) and is electrically connected with the electric cabinet (8), and the pushing top end is arranged on the first electric push rod (30).
6. A light and simple broad-width belt laying device according to claim 3, wherein the pushing mechanism further comprises a cylinder (31), the cylinder (31) is slidably arranged on the base (20), and the pushing plate (6) is arranged at the end of the telescopic rod of the cylinder (31).
7. A lightweight and simplified broad band laying apparatus as defined in claim 1 wherein said take-up and pay-off mechanism further comprises:
a support (32);
the reel (33) is rotatably arranged on the support (32), and the reel (33) is used for winding and unwinding the wide belt (1); and
the second motor (34) is arranged on the support (32) and electrically connected with the electric cabinet (8), and the second motor (34) is used for driving the reel (33) to rotate.
