Abstract
本发明提供了一种减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,在产品包装外侧印刷有表层防伪图案,在产品包装内侧通过防伪油墨印刷有内层防伪码,内层防伪码为产品身份识别码,为自身固有且具有唯一性。本发明所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法采用内外双重防伪的方式,外侧的表层防伪图案用于正常流通中的防伪标识使用,而内侧的内层防伪码则为与每个商品一一对应的具有唯一性的身份识别码,由于设置于内侧,流通环节中很难被破坏且不会被直接读取,避免仿冒者在流通环节中批量获取。

技术领域
本发明属于食品包装印刷领域,尤其是涉及一种减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法。
背景技术
减重膳食产品可在保证营养的同时有效减少高热量食物的摄入,在当今社会中受到爱美人士的喜爱,因此高品质的减重膳食产品的需求越来越强烈,但目前市场上充斥着各种不同价位,不同品质的减重膳食产品,那些高价位高品质的减重膳食产品会受到不法商贩的仿制,采用低品质产品冒充,因此针对这种高端的减重膳食产品需要做好防伪工作。
目前的防伪方法一般是在外包装上印制防伪码,这种防伪码虽然可以方便查看,但在流通环节中很容易遭到破坏,且在流通环节中防伪码的信息很容易被批量读取,给仿冒者批量获取产品信息提供了便利,防伪安全性不强。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种兼具内外双重防伪,可避免流通环节防伪码被破坏且可有效隐藏防伪码信息的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,以解决上述问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,在产品包装外侧印刷有表层防伪图案,在产品包装内侧通过防伪油墨印刷有内层防伪码,所述内层防伪码为产品身份识别码,为自身固有且具有唯一性。
进一步的,包括如下步骤:
(1)将设计好的防伪图案制备成印版,并安装于印刷设备上;
(2)将待印的外膜层送入印刷设备,通过油墨印刷方式将防伪图案印制到待印的外膜层的内侧面,晾干后形成带有表层防伪图案的外膜层;
(3)通过热压机压将外膜层的内侧面与支撑基底层的外侧面连接;
(4)再在外膜层的外侧面粘合上保护膜层;
(5)调配防伪油墨,将待印的内膜层送入印刷设备,在待印的内膜层外侧面印制防伪码,晾干后形成带有内层防伪码的内膜层;
(6)在内膜层的内侧面粘合上食品膜层;
(7)通过热压机将粘合有食品膜层的内膜层的外侧面与所述步骤(4)中设有保护膜层和外膜层的支撑基底层的内侧面连接;
所述外膜层、所述保护膜层、所述内膜层、所述食品膜层均为透明膜。
进一步的,所述内层防伪码为条码、数字编号、字母编号中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步的,所述条码为一维码、二维码或三维码。
进一步的,所述外膜层和所述内膜层均为PE膜。
进一步的,所述支撑基底层为食品级硬纸张。
一种利用所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法制备的包装制品,包括从内到外依次设置的食品膜层、内膜层、支撑基底层、外膜层及保护膜层,所述内膜层与所述支撑基底层接触的一侧设有内层防伪码,所述外膜层与所述支撑基底层接触的一侧设有表层防伪图案。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法具有以下优势:
(1)采用外侧印刷表层防伪图案,内侧印刷内层防伪码,内外双重防伪的方式,外侧的表层防伪图案用于正常流通中的防伪标识使用,而内侧的内层防伪码则为与每个商品一一对应的具有唯一性的身份识别码,由于设置于内侧,流通环节中很难被破坏且不会被直接读取,避免仿冒者在流通环节中批量获取;
(2)采用双重防伪的方式,安全性可靠性更高,且制备工艺较高,对于仿冒者来说难度较大。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种减重膳食产品包装制品,包括从内到外依次设置的食品膜层1、内膜层2、支撑基底层3、外膜层4及保护膜层5,外膜层4与支撑基底层3接触的一侧设有表层防伪图案6,内膜层2与支撑基底层3接触的一侧设有内层防伪码7;
其中,外膜层4、保护膜层5、内膜层2、食品膜层1均为透明膜层,外膜层4和内膜层2均为PE膜,支撑基底层3为食品级硬纸张;
其中,内层防伪码7为产品身份识别码,为自身固有且具有唯一性;内层防伪码7可以为条码、数字编号、字母编号中的一种或多种的组合,若为条码可以为一维码、二维码或三维码,消费者可通过查询内层防伪码7来验证购买的产品身份。
一种减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,在产品包装外侧印刷有表层防伪图案,在产品包装内侧通过防伪油墨印刷有内层防伪码,包括如下步骤:
(1)将设计好的防伪图案制备成印版,并安装于印刷设备上;
(2)将待印的外膜层送入印刷设备,通过油墨印刷方式将防伪图案印制到待印的外膜层的内侧面,晾干后形成带有表层防伪图案的外膜层;
(3)通过热压机压将外膜层的内侧面与支撑基底层的外侧面连接;
(4)再在外膜层的外侧面粘合上保护膜层;
(5)调配防伪油墨,将待印的内膜层送入印刷设备,在待印的内膜层外侧面印制防伪码,晾干后形成带有内层防伪码的内膜层;
(6)在内膜层的内侧面粘合上食品膜层;
(7)通过热压机将粘合有食品膜层的内膜层的外侧面与所述步骤(4)中设有保护膜层和外膜层的支撑基底层的内侧面连接;
(8)晾干后,即得到印制有内外双重防伪标识的包装产品,根据防伪标识所在位置,分割、裁切后制袋,即可得到内侧设有内层防伪码,外侧设有表层防伪图案的包装袋。

1.一种减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,其特征在于:在产品包装外侧印刷有表层防伪图案,在产品包装内侧通过防伪油墨印刷有内层防伪码,所述内层防伪码为产品身份识别码,为自身固有且具有唯一性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将设计好的防伪图案制备成印版,并安装于印刷设备上;
(2)将待印的外膜层送入印刷设备,通过油墨印刷方式将防伪图案印制到待印的外膜层的内侧面,晾干后形成带有表层防伪图案的外膜层;
(3)通过热压机压将外膜层的内侧面与支撑基底层的外侧面连接;
(4)再在外膜层的外侧面粘合上保护膜层;
(5)调配防伪油墨,将待印的内膜层送入印刷设备,在待印的内膜层外侧面印制防伪码,晾干后形成带有内层防伪码的内膜层;
(6)在内膜层的内侧面粘合上食品膜层;
(7)通过热压机将粘合有食品膜层的内膜层的外侧面与所述步骤(4)中设有保护膜层和外膜层的支撑基底层的内侧面连接;
所述外膜层、所述保护膜层、所述内膜层、所述食品膜层均为透明膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,其特征在于:所述内层防伪码为条码、数字编号、字母编号中的一种或多种的组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,其特征在于:所述条码为一维码、二维码或三维码。
5.根据权利要求2所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,其特征在于:所述外膜层和所述内膜层均为PE膜。
6.根据权利要求2所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法,其特征在于:所述支撑基底层为食品级硬纸张。
7.一种根据权利要求2所述的减重膳食产品包装的防伪印刷方法制备的包装制品,其特征在于:包括从内到外依次设置的食品膜层、内膜层、支撑基底层、外膜层及保护膜层,所述内膜层与所述支撑基底层接触的一侧设有内层防伪码,所述外膜层与所述支撑基底层接触的一侧设有表层防伪图案。
