Firstly, placing a product 1000 on a conveyor belt 2, running the conveyor belt 2 at a set speed to bring the product into cleaning operation of each process section, and sequentially entering a pre-cleaning process section 3 and a cleaning process section 4 in the first step, wherein the product 1000 is completely submerged in cleaning liquid in an immersion liquid tank 33, so that the cleaning liquid can reach any position of the product 1000, can invade the bottom of each low-clearance component, and completely eliminates a cleaning blind area; secondly, the ultrasonic electric signal generated by the ultrasonic generator is converted into mechanical oscillation with the same frequency through the piezoelectric effect of the transducer, and is radiated in a chemical solvent in the form of ultrasonic mechanical waves, and the ultrasonic electric signal is matched with the pre-cleaning spray rod group 32 and the cleaning spray rod group 42 to clean the product; and then carrying out chemical isolation through the 5-stage chemical isolation process. When entering the rinsing section, the rinsing section is composed of a bottom immersion liquid tank 33, an ultrasonic vibration plate 331 and a spray boom, the PCBA plate is completely submerged in rinsing water of the immersion liquid tank, so that the rinsing water can reach any position on the product 1000, the rinsing water cannot completely invade the bottom of each low-clearance component due to large surface tension of the water, but cleaning liquid is easily dissolved in the water as a water-based solvent, and a small amount of residual cleaning liquid at the bottom of the component can be smoothly separated out and dissolved in the water due to mechanical oscillation sent by the immersion liquid tank 33, and finally the cleaning liquid residues and rosin soldering flux residues are quickly washed away under the striking force of the spray combination. Then the air-drying and drying operation is carried out through the air-cutting process section 6 and the drying process section 7 in sequence, and finally the air-drying and drying operation is carried out from the tail end of the equipment.
The online cleaning device for the system packaging product provided by the embodiment has the following advantages:
1. the pre-cleaning process section and the cleaning process section adopt the structural design of an immersion tank, the products are soaked while being sprayed and cleaned, the soaking effect enables the scaling powder residues to be softened, the cleaning liquid, namely the chemical solvent, to be gathered on the surface of the plate, so that the surface tension of the plate can be reduced, the chemical solvent is facilitated to quickly permeate to the bottom of the assembly when the spraying is hit, the products are easier to clean under the mechanical oscillation effect of ultrasonic waves, and the effects on removing the scaling powder residues and ion pollution under the main body of the component are good, so that the device can operate at a higher speed, and higher throughput is obtained;
2. on the premise that the structure and the conveying height of the traditional conveying device are unchanged, the immersion liquid tank is fused into the product, the product passes through the immersion liquid tank and continuously passes through the traditional spraying section, the chemical isolation section, the air cutting section and the drying section, and the uninterrupted cleaning process allows higher production level and greatly improves the cleaning productivity;
3. the rinsing process section is also provided with a dipping tank, so that the product can be soaked while being sprayed and rinsed, the rinsing efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the rinsing water can be saved.
4. The design of the condensation recovery device can reduce the steam directly discharged out of the equipment, especially the chemical substances in the cleaning liquid, and the chemical substances are largely condensed and recovered, so that the device is environment-friendly, reduces the waste gas treatment difficulty and also saves the cleaning materials.
Referring to fig. 8, the embodiment also provides an online cleaning process for a system-in-package product, based on the application of the online cleaning device for the system-in-package product, including the following steps:
s1: spraying and pre-cleaning the product in a cleaning liquid soaking environment, wetting and softening an outer layer scaling powder, and simultaneously adopting ultrasonic vibration to provide an auxiliary loosening function for residues at the bottom of the component; the temperature of the cleaning liquid is kept stable in the process;
s2: spraying and cleaning the product in a cleaning liquid soaking environment, and simultaneously adopting ultrasonic vibration to provide an auxiliary loosening function for residues at the bottom of the component; the temperature of the cleaning liquid is kept stable in the process;
s3: carrying out air cutting treatment on the cleaned product to realize chemical isolation;
s4: pre-rinsing the product; specifically, the product is subjected to DI water spraying pre-rinsing in a DI water soaking environment, and simultaneously, ultrasonic vibration is adopted to carry out pre-rinsing in a matching manner;
s5: rinsing the product; specifically, the product is subjected to DI water spray rinsing in a DI water immersion environment, and ultrasonic vibration is adopted to match rinsing;
s5: rinsing the rear end of the product; specifically, the back-end rinsing includes a two-stage DI water spray rinsing operation;
s6: air-drying the product;
s7: and drying the product.
The online cleaning process for the system packaging product provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. cleaning the product in a soaking environment; the dipping effect softens the flux residue, the cleaning liquid, namely the chemical solvent, gathers on the surface of the board to reduce the surface tension of the board, and the chemical solvent is facilitated to quickly permeate to the bottom of the component when the spraying is hit, so that the PCBA board is easier to clean under the mechanical oscillation effect of ultrasonic waves;
2. the product is soaked while spraying and rinsing, so that the rinsing efficiency is improved and the rinsing water can be saved.

Claims (4)

1. An on-line cleaning device for a system packaging product is characterized in that: the device comprises a frame, a conveyor belt, a pre-cleaning process section, a chemical isolation process section and a rinsing process section, wherein the conveyor belt is used for driving a product to sequentially pass through the pre-cleaning process section, the chemical isolation process section and the rinsing process section at a certain speed to finish cleaning operation; a cleaning liquid tank is arranged below the pre-cleaning process section, the cleaning process section and the chemical isolation process section and is used for containing cleaning liquid;
the pre-cleaning process section comprises a pre-cleaning chamber and a pre-cleaning spray rod group arranged in the pre-cleaning chamber, wherein the pre-cleaning spray rod group is used for providing cleaning liquid by the cleaning liquid tank to perform pre-cleaning operation on products passing through the pre-cleaning chamber; the cleaning process section comprises a cleaning chamber and a cleaning spray rod group arranged in the cleaning chamber, wherein the cleaning spray rod group is also used for providing cleaning liquid by the cleaning liquid tank so as to carry out cleaning operation on products passing through the cleaning chamber; the bottom of the pre-cleaning chamber and the bottom of the cleaning chamber are respectively provided with an immersion liquid tank, and cleaning liquid is connected in the immersion liquid tanks and used for immersing products in the pre-cleaning chamber and the cleaning chamber so as to ensure that the products are sprayed and pre-cleaned and sprayed and cleaned in a cleaning liquid immersing environment;
an ultrasonic vibration plate is arranged at the bottom in the immersion liquid box;
the rinsing process section comprises a pre-rinsing section, a rinsing section and a post-rinsing section, and a rinsing water tank is arranged below the rinsing process section and used for containing rinsing water;
the pre-rinsing section and the rinsing section respectively comprise a rinsing chamber and a rinsing spray rod group, products are sprayed and rinsed through the rinsing spray rod group, and the bottoms of the rinsing chambers of the pre-rinsing section and the rinsing section are respectively provided with a dipping tank for carrying out dipping operation on the products of the pre-rinsing section and the rinsing section by rinsing water; the rinsing water adopts DI water, and the product is subjected to spray pre-rinsing and spray rinsing in a DI water soaking environment;
the post-rinsing section comprises a secondary rinsing section and a tail rinsing section;
a rinsing water tank is arranged below the rinsing process section and is used for containing rinsing water; the rinsing water tank comprises a water draining tank, a pre-rinsing tank, a rinsing tank and a secondary rinsing tank which are sequentially and adjacently arranged and sequentially heightened, wherein the secondary rinsing tank is provided with a water inlet, the water draining tank is provided with a water outlet, rinsing water enters the secondary rinsing tank from the water inlet, then flows into the rinsing tank, the pre-rinsing tank and the water draining tank in sequence in an overflow mode, and then is discharged from the water outlet;
the tail end rinsing section is supplied with water through an external water supply device, the secondary rinsing section is supplied with water through a secondary rinsing tank, and spray water of the secondary rinsing section and the tail end rinsing section flows back to the secondary rinsing tank; the rinsing section is supplied with water from a rinsing tank, and spray water of the rinsing section flows back to the rinsing tank; the pre-rinsing section is supplied with water from a pre-rinsing tank, and spray water of the pre-rinsing section flows back to the pre-rinsing tank;
the system packaging product online cleaning device also comprises a condensation recovery device, which is used for condensing and recovering steam generated by the pre-cleaning process section, the cleaning process section and the chemical isolation process section;
the condensing and recycling device comprises an exhaust pipeline main body, two cooling pipe assemblies and a plurality of partition boards; the air draft pipeline main body comprises a left ventilation pipeline and a right ventilation pipeline, one cooling pipe assembly is respectively arranged in each ventilation pipeline, each cooling pipe assembly comprises a plurality of cooling pipes, and each cooling pipe assembly is externally connected with a water supply device through a cold water inlet to feed water and is discharged through a cold water outlet;
the air draft pipeline main body is provided with a water inlet box and a water outlet box which correspond to the cold water inlet and the cold water outlet and are respectively used for connecting the cold water inlet and the cold water outlet with external equipment, the front end opening of the left air draft pipeline is communicated with the front end of a pre-cleaning chamber of the online cleaning device for the system packaging product, the rear end opening of the left air draft pipeline is connected with an air outlet, the rear end opening of the right air draft pipeline is communicated with the rear end opening of the chemical isolation chamber, and the front end opening of the right air draft pipeline is connected with the air outlet;
the cooling pipe is in a serpentine design and is provided with a plurality of heat exchange plates; the partition plate is arranged at the corner of the cooling pipe in the ventilation pipe and is used for forcing the steam entering the ventilation pipe to flow in a serpentine shape along the cooling pipe;
the bottom of the cleaning liquid tank is provided with a heating device for heating the cleaning liquid to a required process temperature, and a thermocouple for monitoring the temperature of the cleaning liquid; the cleaning liquid tank is also provided with a cooling pipeline, and the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank is cooled and regulated in a mode of externally connecting cooling water.

The on-line cleaning device for system-in-package products of claim 1, wherein: the chemical isolation process section comprises a chemical isolation chamber and air cutting equipment, and is used for performing air cutting operation on the product from the cleaning process section, and the cleaning liquid of the chemical isolation process section flows back to the cleaning liquid tank.

S1: spraying and pre-cleaning the product in a cleaning liquid soaking environment, wetting and softening the outer soldering flux, and keeping the temperature of the cleaning liquid stable in the process;
s2: spraying and cleaning the product in a cleaning liquid soaking environment; the temperature of the cleaning liquid is kept stable in the process;
s3: carrying out air cutting treatment on the cleaned product to realize chemical isolation;
s4: pre-rinsing the product; specifically, the product is subjected to DI water spraying pre-rinsing in a DI water soaking environment;
s5: rinsing the product; specifically, the product is subjected to DI water spray rinsing in a DI water immersion environment;
s5: rinsing the rear end of the product; specifically, the back-end rinsing includes a two-stage DI water spray rinsing operation;
s6: air-drying the product;
s7: and drying the product.
