技术领域
本发明涉及节能环保型新材料生产加工用振动筛领域,具体涉及一种节能环保型新材料生产加工用振动筛。
背景技术
振动筛是利用振子激振所产生的往复旋型振动而工作的,振子的上旋转重锤使筛面产生平面回旋振动,而下旋转重锤则使筛面产生锥面回转振动,其联合作用的效果则使筛面产生复旋型振动,其振动轨迹是一复杂的空间曲线,该曲线在水平面投影为一圆形,而在垂直面上的投影为一椭圆形,调节上、下旋转重锤的激振力,可以改变振幅,而调节上、下重锤的空间相位角,则可以改变筛面运动轨迹的曲线形状并改变筛面上物料的运动轨迹。
现有技术存在以下不足:现有的新材料震动筛功能单一,只能筛选体积较小的材料,不能对体积较大的材料筛选。
因此,发明一种节能环保型新材料生产加工用振动筛很有必要。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种节能环保型新材料生产加工用振动筛,通过在筛选部件上面安装碾碎装置和驱动装置,把碾碎装置和驱动装置通过齿轮啮合连接起来,通过电机来带动滚筒,利用滚筒之间的尖刺碾碎所需筛选的新材料,在进行震动筛选,以解决筛选不同规格大小的新材料的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种节能环保型新材料生产加工用振动筛,包括碾碎装置、驱动部件和筛选部件,所述碾碎装置包括机壳,所述机壳上端设有入料口,所述机壳下端设有出料口,所述入料口右侧设有遮挡盖,所述机壳左右两侧分别设有两组圆孔,所述圆孔内固定安装轴承,所述碾碎装置包括转筒,所述转筒套接带刺金属套,所述带刺金属套通过螺栓固定安装在转筒外壁上,所述转筒左右两端设有圆轴,所述圆轴穿过轴承伸出机壳外部,所述圆轴一端固定安装齿轮一,所述机壳内壁设有放置槽,所述放置槽外侧设有滑动口。
优选的,所述驱动部件包括固定板,所述固定板一侧固定安装电机,所述电机输出端固定安装齿轮二。
优选的,所述固定板右侧固定安装在机壳外壁上,所述齿轮二与齿轮一啮合连接。
优选的,所述筛选部件包括金属框,所述金属框两端设有金属块,所述金属块下端连接弹簧,所述金属框内部连接金属网,所述金属框下端对角安装震动电机。
优选的,所述弹簧固定安装在放置槽底端,所述金属块通过滑动口插入放置槽内。
优选的,所述带刺金属套采用钢材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本领域技术人员通过在筛选部件上放固定安装碾碎装置和驱动部件,通过把驱动部件上的齿轮二和碾碎装置1上的齿轮一啮合连接,从而可以控制转筒的转动,转筒外壁固定安装带刺金属套,通过带刺金属套之间转动挤压,把不同规格的材料碾压成可以筛选的材料。

参照附图1-3,本发明提供的一种节能环保型新材料生产加工用振动筛,包括碾碎装置1、驱动部件2和筛选部件3;
进一步地,碾碎装置1包括机壳101,机壳101上端设有入料口102,入料口102处可以投放所需筛选的材料,机壳101下端设有出料口103,出料口103可以取出筛选好的材料,入料口102右侧设有遮挡盖104,遮挡盖104可以在碾压装置1碾压材料时,防止材料被挤弹出机壳101外伤到工作人员,机壳101左右两侧分别设有两组圆孔105,圆孔105内固定安装轴承106,碾碎装置1包括转筒107,转筒107套接带刺金属套109,带刺金属套109通过螺栓110固定安装在转筒107外壁上,带刺金属套109间相互挤压可把不同规格材料压碎成可以筛选的规格,转筒107左右两端设有圆轴108,圆轴108穿过轴承106伸出机壳101外部,圆轴108一端固定安装齿轮一111,机壳101内壁设有放置槽112,放置槽112外侧设有滑动口113,放置槽112底端安装弹簧303,金属块302通过滑动口113插入到放置槽112内,当震动电机304工作时,金属块可以在滑动口113上下震动。
进一步地,驱动部件2包括固定板201,固定板201一侧固定安装电机202,电机202设置为Y90L-6,电机202输出端固定安装齿轮二203,齿轮二203和齿轮一111啮合连接,从而可以带动转筒107转动。
进一步地,筛选部件3包括金属框301,金属框301两端设有金属块302,金属块302下端连接弹簧303,金属框301内部连接金属网305,金属框下端对角安装震动电机304,震动电机304设置为YZD-1.5-2,震动电机304震动时加快金属网305的筛选功能。
进一步地,带刺金属套109采用钢材料制成,钢是对含碳量质量百分比介于0.02%至2.11%之间的铁碳合金的统称,钢的化学成分可以有很大变化,只含碳元素的钢称为碳素钢或普通钢,钢以其低廉的价格、可靠的性能成为世界上使用最多的材料之一,是建筑业、制造业和人们日常生活中不可或缺的成分。可以说钢是现代社会的物质基础。
本发明的使用过程如下:本领域技术人员通过在筛选部件3上放固定安装碾碎装置1和驱动部件2,通过把驱动部件2上的齿轮二203和碾碎装置1上的齿轮一111啮合连接,从而可以控制转筒107的转动,转筒107外壁固定安装带刺金属套109,通过带刺金属套109之间转动挤压,把不同规格的材料碾压成可以筛选的材料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型新材料生产加工用振动筛,其特征在于:所述驱动部件(2)包括固定板(201),所述固定板(201)一侧固定安装电机(202),所述电机(202)输出端固定安装齿轮二(203)。
