Specifically, the anionic surfactant is sodium laureth sulfate solution, the amphoteric surfactant is disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate, and the nonionic surfactant is lauryl glucoside.

Claims (9)
1. A moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing a natural plant extraction improved formula is characterized in that: the plant anti-allergic agent comprises an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a humectant, a compound plant humectant, a skin conditioner, a compound plant extract, a compound plant anti-allergy agent, a thickening agent, a bacteriostatic agent, an aromatic, a preservative, a pH regulator, a chelating agent, a colorant and a solvent, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 10-12% of anionic surfactant, 1-3% of amphoteric surfactant, 0.15-2.15% of nonionic surfactant, 10-12% of humectant, 0.4-2.4% of compound plant humectant, 0.5-1.5% of skin conditioner, 0.5-1.5% of compound plant extract, 0.5-1.5% of compound plant anti-allergy agent, 0.6-2.6% of thickening agent, 0.2-0.4% of bacteriostatic agent, 0.2-0.4% of aromatic, 0.02-0.12% of preservative, 0.03-0.07% of pH regulator, 0.015-0.035% of chelating agent, 0.000117-0.000517% of colorant and the balance of solvent.

The moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing the natural plant extract improved formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the anionic surfactant is sodium laureth sulfate solution, the amphoteric surfactant is disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate, and the nonionic surfactant is lauryl glucoside.
3. The moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing the natural plant extract improved formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the humectant consists of sorbitol and glycerin, and the component ratio is 6: 5, the solvent is set to be water.

The moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing the natural plant extract improved formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the composite plant humectant consists of dendrobium stem extract, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, sophora flavescens root extract, fructus lycii extract, echinacea purpurea extract and a solvent which are specified in components, and the skin conditioner consists of camellia extract and a solvent.

The moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing the natural plant extract improved formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the compound plant extract comprises honeysuckle flower extract, calendula extract, camellia seed extract, kelp extract, grape extract, oat protein extract, honey extract, nacre extract, snake gall extract, calculus bovis factitius, eucalyptus globulus leaf extract, lavender extract, whey protein and a solvent, wherein the compound plant anti-allergy agent is composed of centella extract, chamomile extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea extract, chamomile flower extract, rosemary leaf extract and a solvent.

The moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing the natural plant extract improved formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent consists of sodium chloride, a coconut oil composition and an acrylic acid/acrylamide methyl propane sulfonic acid copolymer, and the component ratio is 6: 5: the coconut oil blend consisted of water, glycerin, and cocamide methyl MEA.
7. The moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing the natural plant extract improved formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bacteriostatic agent is triclosan, and the aromatic agent is essence.

The moisturizing and bacteriostatic hand sanitizer for infants and children containing the natural plant extract improved formula as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preservative is composed of water, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, magnesium nitrate and magnesium chloride, and the pH regulator is citric acid.
