The invention provides sandwich bread production equipment which comprises a first conveying belt for conveying bread, a first sandwich extruder, a transmission assembly, a bread slice conveying belt and a folding device, wherein the first sandwich extruder is sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the first conveying belt and is positioned above the first conveying belt and used for extruding sandwich bread, the transmission assembly is used for conveying bread slices covering the sandwich bread, the bread slice conveying belt is used for conveying the bread slices for the transmission assembly, and the folding device is positioned at the output end of the first conveying belt and used for folding the bread in half. According to the sandwich bread production equipment, two layers of sandwich bread are formed by covering two layers of bread and then turning over, and the two layers of sandwich bread are not covered one by one.

The bread folding machine further comprises a second conveying belt which is arranged at the output end of the folding device and used for conveying processed bread.
The second sandwich extruder is positioned between the transmission assembly and the turnover device and is arranged above the first transmission belt to extrude a second layer of sandwich.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the sandwich bread production equipment provided by the invention can form a multilayer sandwich by covering two layers of bread and turning over, and does not need to cover one layer of bread.
