Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition and a herbicide. The weeding composition consists of glufosinate-ammonium and bio-stimulant. The composition of the invention combines different mechanisms of the refined glufosinate-ammonium and the biological stimulin, the refined glufosinate-ammonium interrupts reversible reaction of glutamic acid in plants to cause ammonium metabolic disorder in the plants, and the biological stimulin can promote the plant metabolism, thereby accelerating the accumulation of ammonia, promoting the plant poisoning and enabling the weeding composition to be more efficient than the traditional medicine. The biological stimulin can improve the transpiration rate and the stomatal conductance of leaves, promote the up-and-down conveying and guiding of organic matters and inorganic matters in plants, regulate the osmosis of cells, accelerate the absorption of the plants to the glufosinate-ammonium at low temperature and enhance the conduction rate of the glufosinate-ammonium in the plants. The biostimulant can reduce the surface tension of water, form a layer of film on the surface of the plant and increase the penetration of the water-soluble herbicidal active substances into plant cells through the cell membrane on the surface of the leaves.

Description

Weeding composition and herbicide
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition and a herbicide.
Background
Glufosinate-ammonium is one of the most important herbicide varieties in the world at present, and is a non-selective contact-type organophosphorus herbicide with low toxicity, high efficiency and partial systemic action. After acting on plants, the growth of glutamine synthetase can be inhibited, metabolic disturbance is caused, excessive ammonia is accumulated, the plants are poisoned, meanwhile, photosynthesis is seriously inhibited, chloroplast is disintegrated, and the aim of weeding is finally achieved. Due to the special action mechanism, the glufosinate-ammonium has higher weeding speed, and weeds have very slow resistance to the glufosinate-ammonium, and can act on perennial malignant weeds which cannot be killed by the glyphosate.
Under the condition that weeds are dry under the low-temperature condition, the thickness of a wax layer of a weed blade can be increased due to a self protection mechanism, the opening degree and the number of pores of the blade are reduced, and the water vapor exchange frequency with the outside is reduced, so that the transpiration and the loss of water in the weeds are reduced, the protection mechanism also hinders the absorption of the weed blade to a herbicide, and the effect of the herbicide under the low-temperature condition is far different from that under the high-temperature condition under the same dosage of glufosinate-ammonium.
The biological stimulin refers to a substance and/or microorganism, when applied to the leaf circumference or the root circumference of a plant, the substance and/or microorganism can stimulate the natural physiological process of the plant so as to improve the nutrient absorption, the nutrient utilization efficiency, the abiotic stress resistance and the crop quality, and the effect is relatively independent of the nutrient components of the substance and/or microorganism. The biological stimulin is widely applied to fertilization and disease prevention, but is rarely applied in the field of weeding.
Therefore, it is highly desired to develop a herbicidal composition which is stable and synergistic in a low-temperature environment.

Test examples Performance test
1. Main performance index test
The herbicides obtained in examples 1 to 23 and comparative examples 1 to 13 were subjected to a surface tension test and a storage stability test in a very low temperature environment.
Surface tension test: the amount of active ingredient is measured after dilution at 600 g/ha.
The storage stability test method under the extremely low temperature environment comprises the following steps: the preparation can be maintained at-16 deg.C for 7 days, and can be recovered within 1h at normal temperature, and has normal appearance and indexes.
The results of the tests for examples 1-23 and comparative examples 1-13 are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002773119300000101
Figure BDA0002773119300000111
As can be seen from the test results in the table above, the surface tension of examples 1-23 is significantly lower than that of comparative examples 1-13. On the other hand, the samples of examples 1 to 8 and 14 to 23 were recovered at room temperature for 1 hour after being stored at-16 ℃ for 7 days, whereas the samples of comparative examples 1 to 4 and 11 to 13 were not recovered to their original state after being frozen and taken out.
2. Drug effect test in low temperature environment
The herbicides obtained in examples 1 to 23 and comparative examples 1 to 14 were evaluated for their pharmacodynamic properties in a low-temperature environment by the following methods:
the conditions of the test were as follows: the test is carried out on non-cultivated land in Zhejiang Jiandemamu test farm, 1 month and 4 days in 2020, wherein the average high temperature is 9 ℃ and the average low temperature is 3 ℃ in 1 month in the year.
And (3) test treatment: the test was co-administered once, with 3 treatments per sample, 2 replicates per treatment, and arranged in random blocks. The pesticide application device is a knapsack manual sprayer of Singaporean, and a fan-shaped spray head, the spraying amount is 300-.
The main weeds in the test field are astragalus sinicus, alopecurus, and goldenseal. All grow naturally and are distributed uniformly.
Survey content: after the application, the death and survival number of weeds in each plot are investigated and the control effect of the plants is calculated at 7, 15 and 30 days after the application.
Figure BDA0002773119300000121
The results of the drug effect treatments for examples 1-23 and comparative examples 1-14 are shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002773119300000122
Figure BDA0002773119300000131
As can be seen from the results of the above-mentioned treatments, the quick-acting properties of the herbicidal compositions of examples 1 to 23 are significantly improved as compared with those of comparative examples 1 to 13, i.e., the control effects of example 6 are all greater than 86% at day 7, while the control effect of comparative example 1 is less than 70%, and the control effect of example 6 is significantly higher than that of example 3, because the quick-acting properties increase with the increase of the amount of the biostimulant. The control effect of the herbicidal compositions of examples 1 to 23 was also significantly improved at 30 days as compared with those of comparative examples 1 to 13. The weeding composition can still maintain relatively excellent weed control effect in a low-temperature environment.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
