referring to fig. 1, the shelf goods access management device and the display device 3 may directly select an android advanced display screen and a meter containing a CPU and a display card, and integrate and install a communication unit (such as a bluetooth module, a WIFI module, a 4G module, a USB interface, a 485 interface, an RS232 interface and a network port) and a speaker adapted to the display screen and the meter, so as to ensure smooth use for executing programs and implement the shelf goods access management method; the android advanced display screen and the instrument can be installed on the side face of the bottom frame 21 through a transverse plate, and the display face is inclined upwards, so that the use of a user is facilitated.
According to the content, the goods shelf can standardize the goods to be delivered/stored in a warehouse, so that the error probability is reduced; the expiration reminding can be made when the user takes the goods according to the quality guarantee period and the warehousing time of the goods, the ex-warehouse sequence is generated, and the warehouse reminding is made, so that the expiration probability of the goods is reduced; meanwhile, the convenience of goods information management can be improved in a code reading mode; and moreover, the identification information on the storage box is reused, so that the cost is reduced, and the using effect of the goods shelf is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the weighing platform body 22 includes a plurality of weighing sensors 221 and a bearing plate 222, wherein the number and type of the weighing sensors 221 are selected according to actual requirements, and the present embodiment takes a cantilever weighing sensor and a strain gauge type tension sensor as examples to show that:
the cantilever beam weighing sensors are selected for the next two placing layers 2, the vertical pipe body 4 matched with the cantilever beam weighing sensors is welded on the bottom frame 21, the pressure head of the cantilever beam weighing sensors is clamped into the pipe body 4, and the machine body of the cantilever beam weighing sensors is fixed on the bearing plate 222 through bolts.
The upper two placing layers 2 adopt strain gauge type tension sensors, two ends of each placing layer are respectively fixed with a connecting plate 5 through bolts, and the two connecting plates 5 are respectively welded and fixed on the base frame 21 and the bearing plate 222.
The output end of the weighing sensor 221 is electrically connected to the shelf storage and retrieval management device to feed back the gravity change information of the storage position.
In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the weighing platform body 22, the bearing plate 222 includes a plate frame 2221 and a panel 2222, wherein the plate frame 2221 is formed by fixing a plurality of transverse rod members; the panel 2222 has a groove structure formed by folding the side of the rectangular plate downward, and is fixed to the plate frame 2221 in a covering manner.

Claims (10)

1. A shelf goods storage and taking management method is characterized in that: the method comprises a warehousing management sub-method, wherein the warehousing management sub-method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining and archiving shelf information, wherein the shelf information comprises the total number of storage positions on a shelf, position information of each storage position and article placement information;
screening out free storage positions according to the storage information of each storage position;
acquiring a warehousing request;
selecting the storage position from the idle storage positions as a matching storage position of the storage request, and outputting the position information of the matching storage position to a display device (3) and/or a monitoring background for display;
acquiring information of goods to be stored, wherein the information of the goods comprises the name, the quantity, the weight, the production place and the quality guarantee period of the goods; establishing a corresponding relation between the information of the goods to be stored and the position information of the matched storage position, and updating and archiving;
judging whether the storage information of the matched storage positions changes;
if yes, the file is put in storage correctly and updated;
and if not, executing a warning action if the storage information of other storage positions changes, wherein the warning action comprises controlling an alarm device to make sound and/or light warning.
2. The shelf access management method according to claim 1, wherein: and if the storage information matched with the storage positions is judged to be changed, generating a delivery sequence according to the warehousing time and the quality guarantee period of the goods.
3. The shelf access management method according to claim 2, characterized in that: the method also comprises a warehouse-out management sub-method, wherein the warehouse-out management sub-method comprises the following steps:
obtaining a shipment request, wherein the shipment request comprises the name, the quantity and the weight of goods;
a plurality of storage positions are obtained according to the delivery request and the delivery sequence and are used as distribution storage positions, and the position information of the distribution storage positions is transmitted to a display device (3) for display;
confirming whether the storage information of each storage position of the goods shelf changes;
if yes, confirming whether the object placing information of the distribution warehouse is changed;
if the goods information of the goods allocation warehouse position changes, the goods are correctly delivered;
and if the storage information of other storage positions changes, executing warning action.
4. The shelf access management method according to claim 3, wherein: the warehousing management sub-method further comprises:
the current date is differed from the warehousing time of the goods to obtain the storage time;
judging whether each goods is overdue or not according to the storage time and the quality guarantee period of the goods;
the ex-warehouse management sub-method further comprises the following steps:
confirming whether goods are overdue after receiving the shipment request;
if yes, an expiration prompt is made, and the position information of the position of the expired goods is transmitted to the display device (3) for display;
confirming whether the storage information of the storage position of the expired goods represents the goods removal or not;
if yes, updating the archive;
and if not, executing warning action if the storage information of other storage positions changes.

The shelf access management method according to claim 4, wherein: the storage information is obtained by performing gravity sensing on the warehouse location; the ex-warehouse management sub-method further comprises the steps of recording the gravity variation in the distribution warehouse location and updating and archiving after the ex-warehouse is correct.

the goods storage box is used for storing goods, and identification information is arranged on the goods storage box and comprises a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code or an RFID label; the information of the goods to be stored in each storage box corresponds to each identification information and is filed, and the information of the goods to be stored is read from the filed for the identification information;
the ex-warehouse management sub-method comprises the following steps:
when the storage box in the overdue goods storage position or the goods distribution storage position is empty, executing warning action to prompt the removal of the storage box;
subsequently, whether the storage information of the overdue goods in the storage position and the goods allocation storage position represents the vacant position is confirmed;
if yes, reading the identification information on the removed storage box, and clearing the information of the goods corresponding to the identification information in the file;
and if not, executing warning action if the storage information of other storage positions changes.
