Description

Storage management method, device, equipment and storage medium suitable for imported furniture
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of warehousing management for imported furniture, and in particular, to a warehousing management method, apparatus, device and storage medium for imported furniture.
Background
The warehousing is to store and keep commodities and articles through a warehouse; the phenomenon that commodities and articles are temporarily stored due to the fact that orders are placed in front or market forecast is placed in front in the production and circulation processes of the products is solved. The warehouse is a comprehensive place which reflects the activity condition of factory materials in a centralized way, is a transfer station for connecting production, supply and sale, and plays an important auxiliary role in promoting production and improving efficiency.
The traditional warehousing is the activity of warehousing, storing and taking out various commodities and articles by using a warehouse. Modern warehousing refers to adding links such as in-warehouse processing, sorting, in-warehouse packaging and the like on the basis of traditional warehousing; the storage is one of the important links of production, manufacturing and commodity circulation, and is also an important link of logistics activities.
In the process of implementing the application, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the technology: when a large commodity composed of a plurality of parts is stored, in order to save the space occupation of the large commodity, the parts of the large commodity are usually stored in boxes respectively; when the staff performs warehousing operation on the large commodities, due to the fact that the number of the corresponding parts is large, the situation that part of the parts are omitted during warehousing easily occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to help reduce the possibility that partial parts are omitted when workers carry out warehousing operation on large commodities, the warehousing management method, the warehousing management device, the warehousing management equipment and the storage medium suitable for imported furniture are provided by the application.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a warehousing management method suitable for imported furniture, which adopts the following technical scheme: the method comprises the following steps: when a warehousing request of target goods is received, identifying and recording an identity of a warehousing box body corresponding to the warehousing request, wherein the identity carries coding information of the warehousing box body and a commodity name corresponding to the warehousing box body;
inquiring the coding information of the warehousing part box body corresponding to the commodity name in a preset box body coding library according to the commodity name;
when the command of completing warehousing the goods is obtained, judging whether the recorded coding information of all the warehoused box bodies is consistent with the coding information of the warehoused part box bodies; if the goods are consistent with the preset goods storage time, judging that the goods are successfully stored in the storage and feeding back prompt information related to successful storage;
otherwise, judging that the goods are failed to be warehoused and feeding back prompt information related to the missing of the warehoused part box body.
By the technical scheme, when a worker puts large commodities in storage, the storage system can acquire the commodity name corresponding to the current box body in a mode of identifying the identification of the storage box body, and inquire the part box body coding information corresponding to the commodity according to the commodity name; when the warehousing of the workers is finished, the warehousing system can compare the warehousing box body coding information with the part coding information corresponding to the large commodities; if the comparison result is consistent, all parts corresponding to the large commodities are warehoused, and prompt information related to warehousing is fed back to prompt the workers to successfully warehouse; if the comparison result is inconsistent, the situation that the box bodies corresponding to part of the parts are not stored exists, and then the current staff is reminded in a mode of feeding back prompt information related to the missing of the box bodies of the parts put in storage, so that the staff can timely know the missing situation of the parts and timely adjust the missing situation; therefore, the possibility that partial parts are omitted when the workers carry out warehousing operation on the large commodities is reduced, and the warehousing effect of the large commodities is improved.
Preferably, after the identification and recording of the identity of the warehousing box corresponding to the warehousing request, where the identity carries the coding information of the warehousing box and the commodity name corresponding to the warehousing box, the method further includes:
if the identified identification of the warehousing box body is the recorded identification of the warehousing box body, pausing the process of identifying the warehousing box body and feeding back an interrupt prompt interface related to repeated warehousing of the box body;
and when a confirmation instruction sent by the user through the interrupt prompt interface is acquired, continuing executing the process of identifying the identity of the warehousing box body and deleting the identity of the warehousing box body which is repeatedly identified.
Through the technical scheme, in the process that a worker stores a plurality of boxes corresponding to a large commodity, when the warehousing system identifies that a certain box is repeatedly warehoused, the warehousing and storing process is stopped and an interruption prompting interface related to repeated warehousing of the boxes is fed back to remind a user that the box which needs warehousing currently and the stored box are repeated, and then after the worker removes the current box for adjustment and confirms the current box through the interruption prompting interface, the box is continuously identified and recorded; therefore, the possibility that a plurality of boxes corresponding to a certain part are stored due to reasons such as working errors when a plurality of boxes corresponding to large commodities are put in storage by workers is reduced, and the storage effect of the large commodities is further improved.
Preferably, the determining that the goods are successfully put into the warehouse includes:
inquiring a first standard quantity of warehousing part boxes corresponding to the commodity names;
inquiring and recording the warehousing quantity of all the warehousing boxes;
if the first standard quantity is consistent with the warehousing quantity, judging that the goods are warehoused successfully;
and if the first standard quantity is inconsistent with the warehousing quantity, feeding back prompt information related to the wrong box bodies in the warehousing box bodies.
By the technical scheme, after the warehousing system determines that the coding information of the warehousing boxes is consistent with the coding information of the warehousing part boxes, whether the quantity of the warehousing boxes is consistent with the quantity of the boxes which should be warehoused actually or not can be continuously checked; if the box bodies are inconsistent, the box bodies corresponding to the parts which do not belong to the current large commodities exist, and then the user is reminded to process the box bodies stored in error in time in a mode of feeding back prompt information related to the box bodies stored in the warehouse in error; the possibility that part of the part box body which does not belong to a large commodity is stored by mistake when the worker stores the large commodity is reduced, so that the storage effect of the large commodity is further improved.
Preferably, after the code information of the warehousing component box corresponding to the commodity name is queried in a preset box code library according to the commodity name, the method further includes:
if the coding information of the warehousing part box body corresponding to the commodity name is not inquired, storing the commodity name corresponding to the warehousing box body acquired by identification into a preset box body coding library;
when the command of finishing warehousing the goods is obtained, the prompt information of successful warehousing is fed back;
and storing the recorded coding information of all the warehousing boxes into a preset box coding database, and setting the recorded coding information of all the warehousing boxes as the coding information of the warehousing part boxes corresponding to the commodity names.
According to the technical scheme, when a storage request of large commodities which are not stored in advance in the box coding library is received by the storage system, the commodity name of the large commodity is obtained by identifying the box identity information, the obtained commodity name is stored in the preset box coding library, and then when the storage of a worker is finished, the actually stored coding information of the warehousing box is correspondingly set to the coding information of the warehousing part box corresponding to the commodity name, so that the effect of automatically updating the box coding library is achieved; so that when the staff carries out secondary storage to this major possession commodity, the warehouse system can normally transfer the spare part box coding information that the major possession commodity corresponds and check.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
receiving a delivery request of a target cargo, wherein the delivery request comprises a commodity name of the cargo;
inquiring the coding information of the ex-warehouse part box body corresponding to the commodity name in a preset box body coding library according to the commodity name;
identifying and recording an identity of the ex-warehouse box body corresponding to the ex-warehouse request, wherein the identity carries coding information of the ex-warehouse box body;
when the goods delivery completion instruction is obtained, whether the recorded coding information of all the delivery boxes is consistent with the coding information of the delivery part boxes is judged; if the goods are consistent, judging that the goods are successfully delivered out of the warehouse and feeding back prompt information related to successful delivery out of the warehouse;
if the goods are inconsistent, judging that the goods fail to be delivered out of the warehouse;
and feeding back prompt information related to the missing of the ex-warehouse part box body.
Through the technical scheme, when a worker carries out warehouse-out operation on large commodities, the worker firstly inputs the commodity name of the goods needing warehouse-out to a warehousing system; the warehousing system can inquire the coding information of the part box corresponding to the commodity according to the commodity name, and then obtains the coding information corresponding to the current box in a mode of identifying the identity of the box out of the warehouse when the box is out of the warehouse; when the goods delivery completion instruction is obtained, the warehousing system compares the delivery box body coding information with the part coding information corresponding to the large goods; if the comparison result is consistent, all parts corresponding to the large commodities are taken out of the warehouse, and prompt information related to the taking out of the warehouse is fed back to prompt a worker to successfully take out of the warehouse; if the comparison result is inconsistent, the situation that the box bodies corresponding to part of the parts are not taken out is indicated, and then the current staff is reminded in a mode of feeding back prompt information related to the missing of the box bodies of the parts taken out of the warehouse, so that the staff can timely know the missing situation of the parts and check the missing and filling; therefore, the possibility that partial parts are omitted when the workers carry out warehouse-out operation on the large commodities is reduced, and the warehousing effect of the large commodities is improved.
Preferably, the determining that the goods are successfully delivered from the warehouse comprises:
inquiring a second standard quantity of the ex-warehouse part box bodies corresponding to the commodity names;
inquiring and recording the ex-warehouse quantity of all the ex-warehouse boxes;
if the second standard quantity is consistent with the ex-warehouse quantity, judging that the goods are successfully ex-warehouse;
and if the second standard quantity is inconsistent with the ex-warehouse quantity, feeding back prompt information related to the existence of wrong boxes in the ex-warehouse boxes.
By the technical scheme, after the warehousing system determines that the coded information of the ex-warehouse boxes is consistent with the coded information of the ex-warehouse part boxes, whether the quantity of the ex-warehouse boxes is consistent with the quantity of the boxes which should be actually ex-warehouse or not can be continuously checked; if the box bodies are inconsistent, the box bodies corresponding to the parts which do not belong to the current large commodities possibly exist in the box bodies which are delivered out of the warehouse, and then the user is reminded to process the box bodies which are delivered out of the warehouse in time in a mode of feeding back prompt information related to the box bodies which are delivered out of the warehouse and have wrong box bodies; the possibility that part of the box bodies are lost due to the fact that part of the box bodies do not belong to a large commodity are mistakenly taken out of the warehouse when workers take the large commodity out of the warehouse is reduced, and therefore the warehousing effect of the large commodity is further improved.
Preferably, after the determining that the goods has failed to be delivered from the warehouse, the method further includes:
determining difference coding information which is inconsistent with the coding information of the ex-warehouse box body in the coding information of the ex-warehouse part box body;
the feedback and prompt information related to the missing of the ex-warehouse part box body comprise:
and feeding back prompt information corresponding to the distinguishing coding information.
Through the technical scheme, the warehousing system can compare two coding information and obtain the difference coding information after confirming that the coding information of the out-of-warehouse box is inconsistent with the coding information of the out-of-warehouse part box, that is, the coding information of the out-of-warehouse box is compared with the box information of the coding information deletion of the out-of-warehouse part box, then, the mode of feeding back the specific deletion information is carried out through the box information of the specific deletion, the staff is fed back to the specific deletion information, so that the staff can timely check for missing and make up for the deleted box, and the convenience of the staff in the process of taking out the large goods out of the warehouse is improved.

Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-5.
The embodiment of the application discloses a warehousing management method suitable for imported furniture, which is based on a warehousing system of a warehouse, wherein the warehousing system is used for recording and managing the entry and exit of goods, and comprises input equipment for inputting instructions by workers, identification equipment for identifying goods information, processing equipment for processing data and display equipment for displaying processing results; the input device can be a mouse or a keyboard; the identification device can be a bar code reader, a two-dimensional code reader or other devices which can be used for identifying cargo information; the processing device may be a device having a data processing function such as a processor; the display device may be a display screen or a computer screen or other devices capable of displaying.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
and S10, when the warehousing request of the target goods is received, identifying and recording the identity of the warehousing box corresponding to the warehousing request.
The target goods are any goods needing to be stored, the identification can be two-dimensional codes or bar codes and the like which are pasted on the box body and can be used for storing information, the mode of identifying the identification by the warehousing system can be that the two-dimensional codes on the box body are scanned and identified by a two-dimensional code reader, or the bar codes on the box body are scanned and identified by a bar code reader, and the identification carries coding information of the warehousing box body and a commodity name corresponding to the warehousing box body.
Specifically, when receiving a warehousing request of a worker for any one cargo, the warehousing system can obtain coding information of a warehousing box body and a commodity name corresponding to the warehousing box body in a mode of scanning and identifying a box body identity; for example, if the current goods to be warehoused are large goods a, the large goods a is formed by combining three part boxes, namely a1, a2 and A3, namely the large goods a comprises a box a1, a box a2 and a box A3, and two-dimensional codes for identifying box identification information are pasted on the part boxes; when the warehousing system scans the two-dimensional code of any one part box by using the two-dimensional code reader to execute warehousing operation, the warehousing system can correspondingly obtain the coded information corresponding to the box as A1, A2 or A3, and then obtain the trade name corresponding to the warehousing box as A; and then the warehousing system records the identified identification information.
And S11, inquiring the coding information of the warehousing part box corresponding to the commodity name in a preset box coding library according to the commodity name.
Specifically, after the warehousing system acquires the commodity name of the goods to be stored, the warehousing system inquires which part boxes constitute the commodity name in a preset box coding library according to the commodity name; different product names input by background workers and codes of the part boxes corresponding to the different product names are stored in a preset box coding library in advance; for example, the product names stored in advance in the box code library are a and B, the code information of the component box corresponding to the commodity name a is a1, a2, and A3, and the code information of the component box corresponding to the commodity name B is B1, B2, and B3; that is, article A is constituted by casing A1, casing A2 and casing A3, and article B is constituted by casing B1, casing B2 and casing B3.
And S12, judging whether the recorded coding information of all the warehousing boxes is consistent with the coding information of the warehousing part boxes.
Specifically, after the warehousing operation of the boxes is completed, a worker inputs a command of completing warehousing of goods into the warehousing system, and the warehousing system judges whether the recorded coding information of all warehoused boxes is consistent with the coding information of warehoused part boxes or not when receiving the completed command; if the goods are consistent with the preset goods storage time, judging that the goods are successfully stored in the storage and feeding back prompt information related to successful storage; otherwise, judging that the goods are failed to be warehoused and feeding back prompt information related to the missing of the warehousing part box body; for example: the inquired coding information of the part box body corresponding to the commodity name A is A1, A2 and A3, if the obtained coding information of the warehousing box body is recorded as A1, A2 and A3, the goods are judged to be successfully warehoused, and prompt information related to successful warehousing, such as 'successful warehousing of commodities' is displayed; if the obtained coded information of the warehousing box is recorded as A1 and A2, the warehousing failure is judged and prompt information related to the missing of the warehousing part box, such as 'incomplete commodity box', and the like, is displayed to remind workers of the condition of missing parts, so that the workers can check the missing and fill the missing parts according to the fed-back failure information in time; therefore, the possibility that partial parts are omitted when the workers carry out warehouse-out operation on the large commodities is reduced, and the warehousing effect of the large commodities is improved;
in one embodiment, when a user stores a large commodity, a plurality of boxes corresponding to partial parts may be repeatedly stored, so that the actually stored boxes are inconsistent with the boxes corresponding to the large commodity; after the step of identifying and recording the identity of the warehousing box corresponding to the warehousing request, the method can further comprise the following steps: if the identified identification of the warehousing box body is the recorded identification of the warehousing box body, pausing the process of identifying the warehousing box body and feeding back an interrupt prompt interface related to repeated warehousing of the box body; for example, the currently recorded warehousing boxes are respectively box a1 and box a2, and if the identity of box a1 is identified again during the current warehousing request, it is determined that the case of repeated warehousing of the box occurs, the warehousing process of the box is suspended, and an interrupt prompt interface is fed back.
As shown in fig. 2, the interrupt prompt interface may be a pop-up frame interface including a confirmation area, a cancellation area, and an information display area, where the information display area may display a prompt related to the repeated warehousing of the box, such as "box a1 repeatedly warehoused"; after seeing the content information fed back by the interrupt prompt area, the worker can move out the repeatedly-stored box body, then sends a confirmation instruction to the warehousing system by clicking the confirmation area, and after receiving the confirmation instruction sent by the user through the interrupt prompt interface, the warehousing system can continue to execute the process of identifying the identity of the repeatedly-identified warehousing box body and delete the identity of the repeatedly-identified warehousing box body; for example: when the worker moves out the repeatedly warehoused box A1 and then stores the box A3, the warehousing system deletes the identified identity of the box A1 after receiving the command to be confirmed so as to reduce the situation that the identity of the box A1 is repeatedly recorded, and then continues to perform identity identification warehousing operation on the box A3; when the warehousing system detects that the boxes are repeatedly stored, the warehousing process can be automatically stopped and related prompt information can be given out, so that workers can timely process the boxes with the repeated warehousing condition, the possibility that the boxes corresponding to part of parts are repeatedly stored to cause inconsistency between the actually stored boxes and the boxes corresponding to the large commodities is reduced, and the warehousing effect of the large commodities is further improved.
In one embodiment, the case that when a user stores a large commodity, part of boxes which do not belong to the current large commodity are stored by mistake, so that the stored boxes are inconsistent with the boxes corresponding to the large commodity is considered; the step of determining that the goods are successfully put in storage may be specifically performed as: firstly, respectively inquiring a first standard quantity of part boxes corresponding to commodity names and recording the obtained warehousing quantities of all warehousing boxes; then comparing the inquired first standard quantity with the warehousing quantity, if the first standard quantity is consistent with the warehousing quantity, indicating that the situation of box body error storage does not exist, and judging that the goods are warehoused successfully at the moment; if the first standard quantity is inconsistent with the warehousing quantity, feeding back voice prompt information such as 'warehousing box body errors' and the like related to the wrong box body existing in the warehousing box body so as to remind a user of timely processing the wrongly stored box body; for example, the part boxes corresponding to the commodity names are box A1, box A2 and box A3, and the obtained coded information of the warehousing boxes is recorded as box A1, box A2, box A3 and box D2; the corresponding first standard quantity is 3, and the warehousing quantity is 4; by checking the first standard quantity and the warehousing quantity, the warehousing system can find the wrongly stored boxes in time and remind a user of processing the wrongly stored boxes in time; the possibility that part of the box body which does not belong to the current large commodities is stored by mistake is reduced, and therefore the warehousing effect of the large commodities is further improved.
In an embodiment, in consideration of the situation that it is inconvenient for a worker to manually update data in the preset box code library, after the step of querying the code information of the warehousing part box corresponding to the commodity name in the preset box code library according to the commodity name, the following steps may be further performed: if the coding information of the warehousing part box body corresponding to the commodity name is not inquired, storing the commodity name corresponding to the warehousing box body acquired by identification into a preset box body coding library; for example, if the commodity name corresponding to the first warehousing box stored by the staff is called D, and the preset coding database does not contain the commodity name called D, the commodity name is stored into the preset coding database; and then the staff continues to store the warehousing box body.
When receiving a goods warehousing completion instruction input by a worker, directly feeding back prompt information of successful warehousing; then storing the recorded coding information of all the warehousing boxes into a preset box coding library, and setting the recorded coding information of all the warehousing boxes as the coding information of the warehousing part boxes corresponding to the commodity names; for example, for a newly recorded commodity name D, if the recorded coding information of the warehousing box is box D1, box D2 and box D3 when the command of successful warehousing is received, the coding information of the part box corresponding to the commodity name D is set as box D1, box D2 and box D3; therefore, the effect that when a worker stores a new large commodity for the first time, the data in the box body coding database is automatically updated in a mode of recording the storage process of the large commodity is achieved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, it is considered that when a worker performs a warehouse-out operation on a large commodity, a case corresponding to the large commodity may not be completely warehouse-out, and the worker is not easily aware of the case due to a large number of cases corresponding to the large commodity, thereby bringing inconvenience to a field installer; the warehousing management method suitable for the imported furniture can further comprise the following steps of:
and S20, receiving the warehouse-out request of the target goods.
Wherein the ex-warehouse request comprises the commodity name of the goods; specifically, when a worker needs to carry out warehouse-out operation on a large commodity, the worker can firstly input the name of the commodity needing to be warehouse-out in the warehousing system.
And S21, inquiring the code information of the ex-warehouse component box body corresponding to the commodity name in a preset box body code library according to the commodity name.
Specifically, after receiving the commodity name needing to be delivered from the warehouse, the warehousing system correspondingly queries the commodity consisting of the part boxes; based on the foregoing example, if the received trade name is a, the warehousing system will look up the part box information corresponding to the trade name a in the box code library, that is, box a1, box a2, and box A3.
And S22, identifying and recording the identification of the ex-warehouse box corresponding to the ex-warehouse request.
The identity identification carries coding information of the ex-warehouse box body; specifically, when the warehousing system executes the ex-warehouse operation, the coding information of the ex-warehouse box and the commodity name corresponding to the ex-warehouse box are obtained in a mode of scanning and identifying the box identity.
And S23, judging whether the recorded coding information of all the ex-warehouse boxes is consistent with the coding information of the ex-warehouse component boxes.
Specifically, the warehousing system generates an ex-warehouse finished instruction after executing an ex-warehouse process, and then the warehousing system judges whether the recorded coding information of all ex-warehouse boxes is consistent with the coding information of ex-warehouse part boxes; if the goods are consistent with the prompt information, judging that the goods are successfully delivered out of the warehouse and feeding back the prompt information related to the successful delivery out of the warehouse; otherwise, judging that the goods are failed to leave the warehouse and feeding back prompt information related to the missing of the box bodies of the parts which are taken out of the warehouse; when the goods are not completely taken out of the warehouse, the warehousing system can inform workers of the actual condition of the box body through the mode of feeding back and displaying prompt information, so that the workers can timely check for missing and fill up the missing situation of the goods, the possibility that the large goods are not completely taken out of the warehouse and inconvenience is brought to field installation personnel is reduced, and the warehousing effect of the large goods is further improved.
Furthermore, when the situation of missing of the box body out of the warehouse is considered, a worker cannot quickly know which part corresponds to the specific missing box body; after the step of determining the goods delivery failure, the following steps can be further performed: firstly, determining difference coding information which is inconsistent with the coding information of the ex-warehouse box body in the coding information of the ex-warehouse part box body; for example, if the coded information of the ex-warehouse component box corresponding to the commodity a is box a1, box a2 and box A3, and the actually recorded coded information of the ex-warehouse box is box a2 and box A3, the corresponding inconsistent distinguishing coded information is box a 1; then, when the warehousing system feeds back prompt information related to the missing of the ex-warehouse part box body, the prompt information corresponding to the distinguishing coding information, such as 'box body A1 missing', can be fed back and displayed at the same time, so that the staff can check for missing and filling up the missing box body in time according to the fed back information of the missing box body.
Furthermore, when a worker carries out warehouse-out operation on a certain large commodity, a situation that part of the box bodies which do not belong to the large commodity are wrongly warehouse-out is considered; the step of determining the goods ex-warehouse success may be specifically performed as: firstly, respectively inquiring the second standard quantity of the part boxes corresponding to the commodity names and recording the obtained ex-warehouse quantity of all ex-warehouse boxes; then, the inquired second standard quantity is compared with the warehouse-out quantity, if the second standard quantity is consistent with the warehouse-out quantity, the situation that the box body is wrongly taken out of the warehouse does not exist, and at the moment, the goods are judged to be successfully taken out of the warehouse; if the second standard quantity is inconsistent with the ex-warehouse quantity, voice prompt information such as 'ex-warehouse box body errors' and the like related to the existence of wrong box bodies in the ex-warehouse box bodies is fed back to remind a user of timely processing the wrong out-warehouse box bodies; the possibility that part of the box bodies which do not belong to the large commodities are wrongly taken out of the warehouse is reduced, so that the effect of taking out the large commodities is improved.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when a worker performs warehousing or ex-warehouse operation on a large commodity, the warehousing system can compare the warehousing or ex-warehouse box body coding information with the part coding information corresponding to the large commodity; if the comparison result is inconsistent, the warehousing system can remind the current staff in a mode of feeding back prompt information related to the missing of the warehousing or ex-warehousing parts and boxes, so that the staff can timely know the condition that the parts are missed for warehousing or are missed for ex-warehousing and timely adjust, the possibility that part of the parts are missed when the staff carry out warehousing or ex-warehousing operation on large commodities is reduced, and the warehousing effect of the large commodities is improved.
