Abstract
The invention provides a picking method and a picking system based on PDA code scanning, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the background server receives a sales order uploaded by a store terminal in real time, generates a delivery task record table according to the information of the sales order and stores the delivery task record table in a database; responding to a picking task getting request of a picking personnel PDA terminal, and sending a corresponding delivery task record table to the picking personnel PDA terminal; the picking personnel PDA terminal acquires the position information of each goods according to each goods ID, generates the optimal picking path according to the position information and displays the optimal picking path; and the picking personnel PDA terminal performs one-by-one matching on the goods information acquired by scanning the goods two-dimensional code by the picking personnel PDA terminal and the goods IDs in the delivery task record table, and removes the goods information corresponding to the goods IDs from the delivery task record table when the matching is successful. The picking personnel can use the PDA to carry out rapid picking delivery operation, thereby greatly improving the delivery efficiency and accuracy.

In the conventional method for picking the goods in the store, the store personnel can pick the goods only by holding the sales order to the warehouse and checking the goods name, the bar code and the like by naked eyes, so that the efficiency is low, and errors are easy to occur. Although some store management software realizes the electronization of sales documents, in the warehouse delivery link, the warehouse personnel need to check the goods names, the bar codes and other modes one by naked eyes to check the real objects, and the efficiency is very low.
By implementing the invention, shop personnel directly select the corresponding delivery task on the PDA, whether the goods need to be delivered can be checked by scanning the physical barcode, the delivery quantity of the corresponding goods can be accumulated by scanning the barcode of the goods continuously, and the management control of the physical quantity and the delivery task quantity of the system is realized. The picking and delivery operation of the sales task list is rapidly realized, and the delivery efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to better illustrate the process flow of the steps of the present invention, the following embodiment is specifically exemplified:
1. after the products are sold, sales orders are issued by store clerks and uploaded to the background server through the APP, the sales orders comprise information such as delivery task order IDs, goods IDs, delivery quantity, goods bar codes and shipper IDs, the background server extracts the information in the sales orders, generates a delivery task record table comprising the information, and writes the delivery task record table into a database of the server. After each sales order is opened, the background can follow the sales order to generate a delivery task record table to be taken.

After the picking personnel in the warehouse log in the APP through the PDA, the picking personnel can query a delivery task record table to be picked in the database of the server and select tasks to be picked. After the task is received, the picking personnel server sends the goods information to be picked corresponding to the task to the picking personnel PDA. The picking personnel can check the detailed contents of the tasks including the goods information, the goods quantity and the like through the PDA, and then pick the goods.

The server sends the delivery task record table selected by the picking personnel to the PDA, the delivery task information in the PDA comprises goods ID and the quantity of goods, and also comprises position information corresponding to each kind of goods, and the PDA generates the optimal picking path according to the position information. When the picking personnel can check the detailed contents of the tasks through the PDA, the picking personnel can also check the corresponding optimal picking path.
4. When picking up goods, the picking personnel scans the bar code on the goods by using the PDA, so that the PDA obtains the picked goods information, the PDA matches the obtained information with the goods id in the delivery task recording table, if the information is matched with the goods id, the picking action is recorded, and if the information is not matched with the goods id, the picking action is sent out by voice to prompt that the goods are picked wrongly. And counting the quantity of the goods with the quantity of the goods to be picked larger than 1 under the condition of successful matching. And when the number exceeds the preset value, sending out a voice prompt. And recording and storing each matching action in the whole picking process by the PDA until all goods in the delivery task record table are picked, and using the PDA for later management and verification.
5. The PDA records the picking action each time, and correspondingly records the position information when the action is executed, compares the position information with the pre-generated optimal picking path, and judges whether the picking personnel picks the goods according to each node in the picking path. If not, voice prompt the picking personnel to pick according to the optimal path. Meanwhile, a new optimal picking path can be generated according to the current position of the picking personnel and the condition of picked goods, and the picking personnel is prompted to pick goods according to the newly generated optimal path. The algorithm for generating the optimal pick path may select any one or more of the existing multi-point optimal path algorithms.
It should be noted that the above method or flow embodiment is described as a series of acts or combinations for simplicity, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present invention is not limited by the described acts or sequences, as some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously according to the present invention.
