The invention relates to a field calibration device for a 10kV pole-mounted switch voltage transformer, which is characterized by comprising the following components: the high-voltage wiring terminal is connected to a first high-voltage terminal of the mutual inductor through a high-voltage insulated wire, the first low-voltage wiring terminal is connected to a first low-voltage terminal of the mutual inductor through a low-voltage insulated wire, and the second low-voltage wiring terminal is connected to a second low-voltage terminal of the mutual inductor through a low-voltage insulated wire; the second low-voltage binding post and a second high-voltage terminal of the mutual inductor are grounded through a grounding wire; a low-voltage voltmeter and a booster are arranged between the first low-voltage wiring terminal and the second low-voltage wiring terminal in parallel; the high-voltage wiring terminal is also connected to a first end of an electrostatic voltmeter, and a second end of the electrostatic voltmeter is grounded.

Background
A power distribution switch monitoring system (FTU for short) installed on a column switch has the functions of remote control, remote signaling and fault detection, is communicated with a power distribution automation main station, provides the running condition of a power supply system and various parameters, namely information required by detection and control, including on-off state, electric energy parameters, phase-to-phase faults, grounding faults and fault parameters, executes commands issued by the power distribution main station, and has the functions of regulating and controlling power distribution equipment, positioning sight faults, isolating faults, rapidly recovering power supply in non-fault areas and the like.
And a power supply voltage transformer (PT) is used for supplying power to a power distribution switch monitoring system (FTU for short) of the column switch. In practical application, the problems of insulation defect, primary and secondary disconnection and the like do not need special metrological verification, but a withstand voltage test and a secondary voltage test of the mutual inductor are needed to be carried out, and whether the mutual inductor is qualified or not is checked.
Professional equipment such as a step-up transformer, a voltage regulator and a universal meter is needed for making insulating oil voltage-resistant equipment in actual work, equipment reconnection is complex, and secondary damage such as secondary insulation breakdown is easily caused to influence equipment use. This is a disadvantage of the prior art.
In view of the above, the invention provides a field calibration device for a 10kV pole-mounted switch voltage transformer; it is very necessary to solve the above-mentioned defects existing in the prior art.

The second low-voltage binding post 3 and a second high-voltage terminal 10 of the mutual inductor are grounded through a grounding wire 11;
a low-voltage voltmeter 12 and a booster 13 are arranged between the first low-voltage terminal 2 and the second low-voltage terminal 3 in parallel; the measuring range of the low-voltage voltmeter 12 is 0-500V, and the division value is 1V; the measurement precision is improved.
The high-voltage terminal 1 is also connected to a first end of an electrostatic voltmeter 14, and a second end of the electrostatic voltmeter 14 is grounded. The division value of the electrostatic voltmeter 14 is 1.0 kV; the detection precision is improved. The high-voltage wiring terminal, the first low-voltage wiring terminal, the second low-voltage wiring terminal, the static voltmeter, the low-voltage voltmeter and the booster are all arranged in the protective shell 15, and the shell of the protective shell is grounded through a grounding wire; the safety of operators is ensured, and electric shock accidents are avoided.
The booster knob is set to the initial position 0 before use. And after checking that the position of the connecting line is error-free, starting the booster to regulate the voltage to 220V, observing the voltage-to-transformation ratio of the electrostatic voltmeter and calculating.
If the voltage withstand test is carried out, the voltage is correspondingly adjusted to the corresponding position, and the change condition of the meter and whether the tested equipment is abnormal (flashover, heating, peculiar smell and the like) are observed according to the static time to judge.
The booster is used for regulating the voltage of the low-voltage end of the mutual inductor, the regulating range is 0-250 volts, and the low-voltage voltmeter is used for reading a regulating value.
The booster regulates voltage to be pressurized from a low-voltage terminal of the transformer, and a corresponding high voltage (10kV) is induced from the high-voltage side of the voltage transformer; plus or minus 0.1 error is allowed.
