The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry, in particular to a hydrophilic membrane and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The hydrophilic membrane can be used for medical detection sheets for relevant detection, for example, a blood glucose test paper is a hydrophilic membrane. The hydrophilic film is mainly formed by coating a transparent hydrophilic coating layer on a base film such as PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) or PP (polypropylene). The hydrophilic membrane for medical detection is used for enabling a detection sample to rapidly reach a reaction area through the siphoning effect of the hydrophilic membrane.
However, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the process of manufacturing the hydrophilic film, a hydrophilic coating may be partially omitted or unevenly coated, and since the hydrophilic coating is transparent and colorless, the defective products are difficult to be found by naked eyes, and the defective products cause that the medical detection piece cannot sample, so that the detection test paper fails.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, advantages and features of the present invention more apparent, a hydrophilic membrane and a method for manufacturing the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hydrophilic film provided by the present invention comprises a base film 1 and a hydrophilic coating layer 2, wherein the hydrophilic coating layer 2 is coated on the base film 1; the hydrophilic coating 2 is prepared by mixing hydrophilic coating liquid and colored substances, and the hydrophilic coating liquid is dissolved with the colored substances.
The colored substance can be organic matter, inorganic matter or synthetic substance as long as the colored substance is soluble with the hydrophilic masking liquid and does not influence or slightly influences the hydrophilic performance of the hydrophilic masking liquid; the color type and the shade of the colored substance can be adjusted according to the requirement; the hydrophilic membrane can be used in a medical test strip, such as a blood glucose test strip or a virus test strip. The hydrophilic masking liquid corresponding to different types of hydrophilic membranes has different formulas, and corresponding colored substances are required to be selected for each type of hydrophilic masking liquid. Specifically, the colored hydrophilic film provided in this embodiment and the transparent hydrophilic film in the prior art may be compared and analyzed by a water dripping test, and whether the hydrophilic properties, such as the hydrophilic angle and the diffusion rate, of the two films are the same or close to each other is compared, and if so, the colored substance may be applied in this embodiment.
According to the hydrophilic film provided by the embodiment, the hydrophilic coating 2 comprises the colored substance, so that whether the hydrophilic film is qualified or not can be checked by visual tools such as naked eyes or image processing in the process of manufacturing and using the hydrophilic film, and when the hydrophilic coating is locally leaked or unevenly coated, the hydrophilic coating area 3 and the unevenly coated area 4 can be conveniently and quickly identified.
Optionally, the colored substance comprises an aqueous pigment, an oily pigment or a fluorescent agent. The materials of the existing hydrophilic masking liquid are mainly divided into water-soluble materials and oil-soluble materials. The hydrophilic coating liquid of the water-soluble material needs to be water-based pigment, and the hydrophilic coating liquid of the oil-soluble material needs to be oil-based pigment so that the pigment is dissolved with the corresponding hydrophilic coating liquid. The fluorescent agent can show an invisible color under characteristic illumination, and the fluorescent agent which is soluble with the hydrophilic coating solution can be used for manufacturing a hydrophilic film. Specifically, plant pigments can be used as the colored substance, and are classified into water-soluble pigments and fat-soluble pigments, and different kinds of plant pigments can be selected for different kinds of hydrophilic coating liquids.
Alternatively, the color of the colored substance may be red, yellow, blue, white or other colors. The hydrophilic film is made and used by adopting more obvious red, yellow, blue, white or other colored substances, and whether the hydrophilic coating is locally omitted or unevenly coated is easily detected.
Optionally, the mass ratio of the colored substance to the hydrophilic masking liquid is 1: 10000-1: 10. The mixed masking liquid is prepared in such a way that the color of the mixed masking liquid can be recognized by naked eyes; during specific manufacturing, the mass ratio of the colored substance to the hydrophilic masking liquid can be adjusted according to the needs of customers.
Optionally, the base film may be made of PET, PP, or other materials that can be made into a film. The PET or PP and other materials have certain flexibility, and are convenient to cut into different sizes.
Based on the same technical concept as that of the above hydrophilic membrane, the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a hydrophilic membrane, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, uniformly mixing the hydrophilic masking liquid and the colored substance according to a preset proportion to form a mixed masking liquid, wherein the hydrophilic masking liquid is dissolved with the colored substance;
s2, uniformly coating the mixed coating liquid on the base film 1;
and S3, drying the mixed coating solution on the base film 1 to obtain a hydrophilic coating, wherein the hydrophilic coating and the base film form the hydrophilic film.
According to the method for manufacturing the hydrophilic film, the hydrophilic coating 2 comprises the colored substances, so that whether the hydrophilic film is qualified or not can be checked by visual tools such as naked eyes or image processing in the process of manufacturing and using the hydrophilic film, and when the hydrophilic coating is locally leaked or unevenly coated, the hydrophilic coating area 3 and the unevenly coated area 4 can be conveniently and quickly identified.
Optionally, the steps S2 and S3 further include: checking whether the thickness of the mixed masking liquid at each position on the base film reaches a preset threshold value; if so, executing the step S3; if not, recoating the positions on the base film where the thickness of the mixed coating liquid does not reach the preset threshold value, so that the thickness of the mixed coating liquid at each position on the base film reaches the preset threshold value. Since the mixed coating liquid has a color, the hydrophilic coating liquid coated region 3 and the uneven coating region 4 are easily recognized during the manufacturing and using processes, thereby improving the yield.
Optionally, the step of S3 specifically includes: and drying the mixed coating liquid on the base film in a baking or ultraviolet irradiation mode. In other embodiments, the mixed coating solution on the base film may be dried in other drying manners to obtain the hydrophilic film.
In summary, according to the hydrophilic film and the method for manufacturing the same provided by the present invention, since the hydrophilic coating 2 includes the colored substance, the hydrophilic film can be inspected to be qualified or not by using a visual tool such as naked eyes or image processing during the process of manufacturing and using the hydrophilic film, and when the hydrophilic coating is locally leaked or unevenly coated, the hydrophilic coating area 3 and the uneven coating area 4 can be conveniently and quickly identified.
The above description is only for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any variations and modifications made by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
