Abstract

本发明公开了一种新形式贵金属包装工艺,包括如下步骤:S1选用四片卡纸,且四片卡纸从下往上依次设置,并分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层;S2第一层卡纸和第四层卡纸上阵列开设有六个圆孔,第二层卡纸和第三层卡纸上阵列开设有六个方孔;S3第二层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET泡罩,第三层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET胶片;S4对第二层卡纸上的PET泡罩进行凸模。本发明通过加载RFID芯片,纪念币包装首次具有专家防伪功能,能够在熊猫币回购及电商“7日内包退换”等业务场景中实现快速无损鉴真,而鹰码鉴真作为大众防伪技术,为广大消费者提供了一个使用手机就可以快速查询真伪信息的便捷鉴真手段。

技术领域
本发明涉及贵金属包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种新形式贵金属包装工艺。
背景技术
现有的贵金属工艺品在销售过程中,会有回购及电商“7日内包退换”等业务场景,然而,贵金属工艺品在回购和退换过程中不便于快速鉴真,现有的贵金属工艺品包装一般采用纸包装进行售卖;
在纸包装的制造过程中,最大的污染源是胶水的应用,胶水的制造、胶水使用后的残胶、清洗废液均对环境造成很大的威胁,同时,纸包装在回购和退换时,不具有快速鉴真的功能。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种新形式贵金属包装工艺。
本发明提出的一种新形式贵金属包装工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1选用四片卡纸,且四片卡纸从下往上依次设置,并分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层;
S2第一层卡纸和第四层卡纸上阵列开设有六个圆孔,第二层卡纸和第三层卡纸上阵列开设有六个方孔;
S3第二层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET泡罩,第三层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET胶片;
S4对第二层卡纸上的PET泡罩进行凸模,通过高周波加热凸模,对材料进行局部加热挤压成型,同时辅以真空吸塑,保证PET成型后的纪念币的容器高透明度,并确保纪念币的容器能够与纪念币外形高度吻合;
S5在纪念币的容器内放置纪念币,同时在纪念币的容器开口对应的PET胶片表面印刷上防伪型二维码,并且在第三层卡纸中植入防伪型芯片;
S6第一层卡纸、第二层卡纸、第三层卡纸和第四层卡纸压合成型:采用高周波热合工艺;
S7将步骤6压合成型的成品用压虚线刀裁剪成多条易撕线,使得每个纪念币产品可掰下或撕下;
S8将通过步骤S7裁剪后的成品,十二个一组放入纸箱中,六个成品为一排并正反交错摆放。
优选的,所述防伪芯片为RFID芯片,防伪型二维码为防伪鹰码。
本发明中,所述一种新形式贵金属包装工艺,可以实现回购及电商“7日内包退换”等业务场景中实现快速鉴真,防伪溯源智能中包装是密封的,一经破坏就不可恢复,且内部能够植入RFID芯片作为专家防伪鉴真手段。为了便于运输及为纪念币提供足够的保护,多枚一板,整板挺括,硬壳式包覆,为方便售卖,每枚币应该能够成为一个独立的包装单元,并且容易撕下,在不破坏包装的前提下,纪念币正背面均应清晰可见,该中包装的后期封装工序在造币厂内完成,能够满足自动化大批量生产要求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种新形式贵金属包装工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1选用四片卡纸,且四片卡纸从下往上依次设置,并分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层;
S2第一层卡纸和第四层卡纸上阵列开设有六个圆孔,第二层卡纸和第三层卡纸上阵列开设有六个方孔;
S3第二层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET泡罩,第三层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET胶片;
S4对第二层卡纸上的PET泡罩进行凸模,通过高周波加热凸模,对材料进行局部加热挤压成型,同时辅以真空吸塑,保证PET成型后的纪念币的容器高透明度,并确保纪念币的容器能够与纪念币外形高度吻合;
S5在纪念币的容器内放置纪念币,同时在纪念币的容器开口对应的PET胶片表面印刷上防伪型二维码,并且在第三层卡纸中植入防伪型芯片;
S6第一层卡纸、第二层卡纸、第三层卡纸和第四层卡纸压合成型:采用高周波热合工艺;
S7将步骤6压合成型的成品用压虚线刀裁剪成多条易撕线,使得每个纪念币产品可掰下或撕下;
S8将通过步骤S7裁剪后的成品,十二个一组放入纸箱中,六个成品为一排并正反交错摆放。
本发明中,所述防伪芯片为RFID芯片,防伪型二维码为防伪鹰码。
本发明结构:成板密封,每一枚币的包装区域均可简便地掰下或撕下单独售卖,每一枚币的包装均可较简便地拆开,且一旦拆开就不可复原,对纪念币硬壳式包覆,能够承受一定的重量,整板要挺括不塌;双面透明可视,可以清晰地看到所盛装的纪念币正背面;包装有质感,整体美观大气,能承载一定的图文信息,可用于宣传;同时,绿色环保,手感好,防指纹,能承受航空运输的高温及低温,在东北的严寒天气不易破碎,跌落不破碎。耐磨度高,不易划伤刮花;
通过高周波加热凸模,对材料进行局部加热挤压成型,同时辅以真空吸塑,保证PET成型后的高透明度,并确保纪念币的容器能够与纪念币外形高度吻合,尺寸精确,且外形美观,光滑无痕,质感高档,透光度纯净度高,纪念币正面背面纤毫毕现,使用的绿色环保材料,具有优良的韧性和高强度,确保包装的牢固耐用,而其可回收利用、再生的特性,保证了其对环境的零污染;
鹰码防伪技术是一种通过印刷将防伪图案隐藏至图像中的防伪技术,采用多层结构,肉眼不可见,且不可扫描复制,结合可变二维码技术实现防伪型二维码。消费者通过定制APP扫描包装上的防伪型二维码实现鹰码鉴真和二维码关联查询。包装内层植入加密型RFID芯片,可通过专用读写设备来查询鉴定,判定金币包装是否曾被开启;
成品纸张的高周波热合,是新型的纸包装无胶制造工艺,通过将被加工的多层薄片物料压在加有高频电磁场的上下电极之间,物料内部分子被激化而高速运动、摩擦、加热,使得分子在不同物料间相互扩散、渗透、镶嵌,从而使得多层薄片物料在压着位溶为一体。这种无胶制造工艺强度高,热合处的物理化学性能均与物料一致无二,避免了胶水胶带的假粘、高温高湿环境下的老化龟裂、低温环境下的脆化等问题。而纸包装成型过程的无胶化,更是对于环境保护的进一步努力;
本技术的纸张和塑料复合材质的泡罩式包装定位为出厂中包装,成本较为低廉,消费者可自行选择完整保留或撕开抛弃。结构为多枚一板,整板挺括,硬壳式包覆,包装一经开启即不可复原,且可以快速明确地分辨出包装是否曾被开启。每枚币均可容易撕下,成为一个独立的包装单元,便于销售。在不破坏包装时,纪念币正背面均清晰可见。每板的尺寸经过严格测算,完美贴合运输箱,便于储运,能够在运输过程中为纪念币提供足够的保护,并最大化节省空间。

1.一种新形式贵金属包装工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1选用四片卡纸,且四片卡纸从下往上依次设置,并分别为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层;
S2第一层卡纸和第四层卡纸上阵列开设有六个圆孔,第二层卡纸和第三层卡纸上阵列开设有六个方孔;
S3第二层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET泡罩,第三层卡纸上的方孔内均固定有PET胶片;
S4对第二层卡纸上的PET泡罩进行凸模,通过高周波加热凸模,对材料进行局部加热挤压成型,同时辅以真空吸塑,保证PET成型后的纪念币的容器高透明度,并确保纪念币的容器能够与纪念币外形高度吻合;
S5在纪念币的容器内放置纪念币,同时在纪念币的容器开口对应的PET胶片表面印刷上防伪型二维码,并且在第三层卡纸中植入防伪型芯片;
S6第一层卡纸、第二层卡纸、第三层卡纸和第四层卡纸压合成型:采用高周波热合工艺;
S7将步骤6压合成型的成品用压虚线刀裁剪成多条易撕线,使得每个纪念币产品可掰下或撕下;
S8将通过步骤S7裁剪后的成品,十二个一组放入纸箱中,六个成品为一排并正反交错摆放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新形式贵金属包装工艺,其特征在于,所述防伪芯片为RFID芯片,防伪型二维码为防伪鹰码。
