本发明涉及一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统,属于汽车驱动技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车保有量的逐年增加以及现代工业的不断发展,燃油汽车面临的能源效率低、二氧化碳排放、有害尾气排放以及噪声污染等问题日益凸显。
为了解决以上问题,新能源汽车研究与开发成为必然选择。增程式混合动力汽车作为传统汽车和电动车的过渡车型,由于其增程式混合动力系统结构简单、成本低等优势,成为各大厂家的研发重点。增程式混合动力系统是由发动机带动发电机进行发电,驱动电机带动车轮进行驱动的一种串联式混合动力,当电池组电量充足时采用纯电动模式行驶,而当电量不足时,启动发动机,带动发电机为动力电池充电,提供电动机运行的电能,从而增加汽车的行驶里程。
在传统的增程式新能源汽车中,发动机与发电机直接连接,驱动系统单独布置于增程系统之外,需要单独布置,结构松散,此种布置方案需要占用整车较大空间,不利于整车布置。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统。
实现上述目的,本发明采取下述技术方案:一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统,包括壳体、电机控制器、发电系统以及驱动系统;所述发电系统包括发动机、飞轮、扭转减震器、传动机构一以及发电机,所述驱动系统包括驱动电机、传动机构二以及差速器;所述发动机的输出端与飞轮固定连接,所述飞轮与扭转减震器固定连接,所述扭转减震器与传动机构一的输入端连接,所述传动机构一的输出端与发电机连接,所述驱动电机与传动机构二的输入端连接,所述传动机构二的输出端与差速器连接;所述飞轮、扭转减震器、传动机构一以及传动机构二均设置在壳体内,发电机以及驱动电机平行固定在壳体的右侧,发动机设置在壳体左侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过将驱动系统集成到增程式混合动力系统中,使动力系统结构更加紧凑,减小了增程系统和驱动系统的布置空间;同时,电机控制器、驱动电机和发电机共同形成的冷却系统结构更加紧密,水阻小,冷却效果好;在该增程混合动力系统中,发动机输出端与变速器输入轴相连;发电机一端连接输入轴固定在变速器壳体上,一端通过电机支架与驱动电机相连;驱动电机一端与变速器输出轴相连固定在变速器壳体上,一端通过电机支架与发电机相连,具有减振效果好、整机强度高、集成度高、布置简洁、匹配度高等优势。

具体实施方式一:如图1~图3所示,本发明公开了一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统,包括壳体8、电机控制器10、发电系统以及驱动系统;所述发电系统包括发动机1、飞轮2、扭转减震器3、传动机构一4以及发电机5,所述驱动系统包括驱动电机6、传动机构二7以及差速器9;所述发动机1的输出端通过螺栓与飞轮2固定连接,所述飞轮2通过螺栓与扭转减震器3固定连接,所述扭转减震器3通过花键与传动机构一4的输入端连接,所述传动机构一4的输出端通过花键与发电机5连接,发动机1输出动力经飞轮2、扭转减震器3以及传动机构一4传递到发电机5,进而对整车动力电池进行充电,所述驱动电机6通过花键与传动机构二7的输入端连接,所述传动机构二7的输出端通过花键与差速器9连接;所述飞轮2、扭转减震器3、传动机构一4以及传动机构二7均设置在壳体8内,壳体8用于保护和固定其内部的传动机构一4和传动机构二7,系统大部分被集成在壳体8内部,使空间更加紧凑,节省整车搭载布置空间,发电机5以及驱动电机6平行固定在壳体8的右侧,便于拆卸与更改,以适应不同整车性能需求,这种布置方式更有利于整车的前置前驱要求,发电机5以及驱动电机6的输出端通过对应的螺栓、止口和定位销定位均与壳体8右侧连接,发电机5以及驱动电机6的另一端通过电机支架11固定连接,减小了整个增程系统的振动和噪声,保证了整车的平稳运行;发动机1设置在壳体8左侧,此布置方式利于通过调整电机尺寸来调整增程系统性能,以适应不同车厂的性能需求。

具体实施方式三:如图3所示,本实施方式是对具体实施方式一或二作出的进一步说明,所述系统还包括两个水软管12,其中一个所述水软管12的进水端与电机控制器10出水口连通设置,且出水端与驱动电机6入水口连通设置,另一个所述水软管12的进水端与驱动电机6出水口连通设置,且出水端与发电机5入水口连通设置,冷却液从电机控制器10的出水口流出经其中一个水软管12,在驱动电机6入的水口进入驱动电机6的冷却水道后,从驱动电机6的出水口流出,经另一个水软管12在发电机5的入水口进入发电机5的冷却水道,最后在发电机5的出水口流出。整个过程电机控制器10、驱动电机6以及发电机5,通过两个水软管12连接形成一体的水路结构,提高了系统散热效果。

通过调整传动机构内各齿轮齿数可以调整发动机1与发电机5、驱动电机6和车轮的速比关系,使发电系统和驱动系统都在最佳效率区间工作,可以更高效运行,使整个混动增程系统更高效运行。
在整车驾驶过程中,当动力电池电量充足时,发动机1不工作,整车动力电池输出动力经驱动电机6、传动机构二7和差速器9传递到整车车轮,为整车提供驾驶动力。当电池电量不足时,发动机1开始工作,通过输出轴将动力输出到传动机构一4进而传递到发电机5,通过发电机5对整车动力电池进行充电。整个上述过程,提高了整车的续航里程,减小了电池容量进而减小整车车重,使整车能耗同时减小,同时小容量电池也降低了整车的安全风险。
将驱动系统集成到增程系统之内,使整个混合动力系统集成度更高,更有利于整车布置。
发动机1输出动力经过传动机构一4带动发电机5向整车动力电池输入电能,驱动电机6从整车动力电池中获取电能输出动力经过传动机构二7以及差速器9驱动整车。
驱动电机6与发电机5通过壳体8与发动机1相连,且相对于发动机1平行布置,可极大满足整车布置要求;发电机5和驱动电机6两端通过电机支架11和壳体8固定连接,整机强度高,同时驱动电,6与发电机5分别独立安装于壳体5右侧,便于通过调整电机尺寸进而调整电机性能参数,以适应不同车厂不同的电机性能需求。电机控制器10、驱动电机冷却水道和发电机冷却水道通过水软管12连接,形成一体的水路结构,散热效果好。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同条件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (4)
1.一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统,包括壳体(8)、电机控制器(10)、发电系统以及驱动系统;所述发电系统包括发动机(1)、飞轮(2)、扭转减震器(3)、传动机构一(4)以及发电机(5),所述驱动系统包括驱动电机(6)、传动机构二(7)以及差速器(9);其特征在于:所述发动机(1)的输出端与飞轮(2)固定连接,所述飞轮(2)与扭转减震器(3)固定连接,所述扭转减震器(3)与传动机构一(4)的输入端连接,所述传动机构一(4)的输出端与发电机(5)连接,所述驱动电机(6)与传动机构二(7)的输入端连接,所述传动机构二(7)的输出端与差速器(9)连接;所述飞轮(2)、扭转减震器(3)、传动机构一(4)以及传动机构二(7)均设置在壳体(8)内,发电机(5)以及驱动电机(6)平行固定在壳体(8)的右侧,发动机(1)设置在壳体(8)左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述传动机构一(4)以及传动机构二(7)均是齿轮组。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述系统还包括两个水软管(12),其中一个所述水软管(12)的进水端与电机控制器(10)出水口连通设置,且出水端与驱动电机(6)入水口连通设置,另一个所述水软管(12)的进水端与驱动电机(6)出水口连通设置,且出水端与发电机(5)入水口连通设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种集成驱动系统的增程式混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述发动机(1)的输出动力端设有限扭减振零件。
