Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agilawood related products, in particular to a method and a process for manufacturing a sticky powder-free agilawood line incense and coil incense.
Background
Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum is dried woody part of Aquilaria sinensis of Thymelaeaceae, and is a wood, perfume and Chinese medicinal material. When being infected and stimulated by trauma or oleobacter sphaerocephalus, the tree core part of the agarwood plant can secrete a large amount of resin to help healing, and a tissue with strong fragrance is generated in the process. These parts, which are very dense, can sink under water and are also known as "submerged incense".
In many parts of the world, agarwood is a precious spice used as burning incense, extracting spices, adding to wine, or directly engraved into decorations. Eaglewood is also known as eaglewood. Eaglewood is hard, mostly not floating in water, slightly bitter in taste and sweet. The strong smoke emitted during burning has strong fragrance and black oily substance exuded.
The stick-powder-free incense stick is different from the incense stick in the prior art, and is prepared by adopting 100 percent of agilawood powder, not adding the stick powder and water and utilizing a high-pressure forming process of grease components in agilawood, so the stick-powder-free incense stick can reflect the fragrance of the agilawood log more mellow and natural, but the existing stick-powder-free incense stick and incense stick are more complicated to prepare and have low production efficiency.
