病情重，彻夜难眠者，用量加倍。孕妇和经期不宜服用。
对于精神分裂患者，先使用治燥汤抑制狂躁症状，待狂躁症状控制后，使用安神定心汤。
实施例2 本申请的药物组合物治疗精神分裂症实例
共计选取中轻度精神分裂症患者60例，标准为首次用药(未接受过任何中西药抗精神病药物、抗抑郁药物治疗)，符合《中医神志病临床诊疗指南》中癫症的标准。
根据患者和家属的选择，21例患者使用解郁安神颗粒(吉林松辽制药有限公司，按照说明书使用)
其余39例服用药物和服药方案按照实施例1的记载，依照患者要求和身体状况有部分患者有同时使用治燥汤和安神定心汤的时期。
治疗总时长为3个月。
使用简明精神病量表(BPRS)和阴性症状量表(SANS)记录治疗效果(参见《心理评估与测量学》，广东高等教育出版社以及其他精神病学著作)。

可见本申请的治燥汤和安神定心汤实现了明显优于类似中成药的效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种治疗精神分裂的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括治燥汤和安神定心汤两种中药组合物，其中：
治燥汤每剂包括：生石膏50-300克、生大黄10-60克、芒硝15-45克、三棱5-20克、干姜5-20克、郁金5-20克、木香5-20克、牵牛子10-30克、生桃仁10-30克、枳壳5-20克、生铁落30-60克、青皮10-30克。
2.根据权利要求1的中药组合物，其中安神定心汤每剂包括：酸枣仁15-50克、夜交藤15-50克、牛黄粉0.5-2克、菖蒲15-50克、旱莲草10-20克、麦冬10-20克、五味子10-20克、炙甘草5-15克、龙眼肉10-20克、丹参10-20克、党参10-20克、钩藤10-20克、莲子肉10-20克、大枣5-10克。
3.根据权利要求1或2的中药组合物，其中治燥汤每剂由以下成分组成：
生石膏200克、生大黄30克、芒硝30克、三棱10克、干姜15克、郁金15克、木香10克、牵牛子20克、生桃仁20克、枳壳15克、生铁落35克、青皮20克。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项的中药组合物，其中安神定心汤每剂由以下成分组成：酸枣仁35克、夜交藤25克、牛黄粉1克、菖蒲25克、旱莲草15克、麦冬15克、五味子15克、炙甘草10克、龙眼肉15克、丹参15克、党参15克、钩藤15克、莲子肉15克、大枣10克、陈皮15克、半夏15克。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项的中药组合物，其为水煎剂。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项的中药组合物，其用法为治燥汤每日一剂；安神定心汤每日一剂，白天服用三分之一，临睡前服用三分之二。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项的中药组合物在制备治疗精神分裂症的药物中的应用。
