It is to be understood that the references herein to upper, lower, left, right, transverse, vertical, etc. are made based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings for the convenience of describing the present application and for simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the folded layers referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and that, to the extent angles and perspectives, such orientation would change accordingly and should not be taken as limiting the present application. The folded portion 11 may extend in the lateral direction from the center of the functional region to both left and right edges to form an integrally folded cover. In use, the night breast pad is laterally fixed to underwear or a breast such that the center of the functional region corresponds to the nipple area, and the folded portion 11 is unfolded in the vertical direction to cover the breast. By the arrangement, the folding parts extend from the center of the functional area to the left edge and the right edge, so that the overlapping marks formed by the folding parts can play a role in guiding the body fluid in the central area to diffuse to the two side areas, and the absorption performance of the night breast pad can be improved. In other embodiments, the folded upper layer may have other shapes, such as a triangle, a semicircle, etc., which are not limited herein, and the folded night breast pad will be described as a quadrangle.
The folded portions 11 extend from the center of the functional region to both end edges to form an integrally folded surface layer, and the folded portions 11 extending to the edges are fixed. By fixing the end of the folded part 11, when the surface layer is unfolded, the surface layer of the functional area is unfolded, and the surface layer of the marginal area is fixed, so that the surface layer is cup-shaped or hemispherical. In order to make the unfolded surface layer in a cup or hemispherical shape, the folding width of the folding part 11 in the central area should be larger than that of the folding part 11 in the edge area, so that the surface layer in the central area has enough area to protrude to form the cup or hemispherical shape when unfolded.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 4 in combination, wherein fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the night breast pad of fig. 2 along the direction B-B'. In one embodiment, two adjacent folded portions 11 of the functional region may be adjacent to each other but not overlapped with each other, and two adjacent folded portions 11 of the non-functional region may be stacked with a shift to have an effect that the folded width of the central region folded portion 11 is greater than the folded width of the edge region folded portion 11. The staggered lamination means that two folded portions have an overlapping region but do not completely overlap into one folded portion, and as shown in fig. 4, the dashed-line frame region is the overlapping region of the two folded portions 11. Through the dislocation range upon range of the folding portion that will not function the district, can play the similar effect of binding off, make the both ends of surface course tighten up relatively central zone. The size of the laminated area is not limited in the application, and can be specifically set according to the model of the night breast pad. It will be appreciated that the folds 11 comprise folds corresponding to the channels, so that the emulsion spreads along the folds, thereby accelerating absorption.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another night breast pad along a-a' direction in fig. 2. In one embodiment, the laminated width of the folded layers of the folded part may gradually decrease, for example, may gradually decrease, in the extending direction from the center of the functional region to the non-functional region. Wherein, the laminating width W refers to the overlapped area of the two folded layers. As shown in fig. 5, the laminated width of the folded portion 11-1 is larger than that of the folded portion 11-2. The central region can be convex to form a hemispherical shape after the face layer is unfolded by setting the laminating width of the central region to be greater than that of the edge region to form an effect that the folding width of the central region folding part 11 is greater than that of the edge region folding part 11.
In an embodiment, each folded part may include one or more folded layers, or each folded part may be a relatively wide folded layer, or may be a plurality of relatively narrow folded layers stacked, that is, for a face layer of the same size, the folded part may be folded less times or more times, and is not limited herein.
In the above embodiment, the folding of the surface layer 10 can simplify the manufacturing process of the nursing pad for night use, and the folding mode can be adjusted and controlled to control the shape after unfolding and reduce the volume of packaging and transportation.
Similarly, the absorbent core layer 20 and the backsheet 30 are folded at the same time as the face layer 10 is folded. Because the absorbent core layer 20, the bottom layer 30 and the surface layer 10 are stacked, the three layers can be folded simultaneously after being pressed, so that the absorbent core layer 20, the bottom layer 30 and the surface layer 10 have the same folding parts.
In one embodiment, since the edge region needs to be laminated and fixed with a plurality of folded portions, in order to reduce the thickness of the fixed end and to secure the fixed end more firmly, the absorbent core layer 20 may be provided only in the functional region, and the absorbent core layer 20 in the functional region may be folded, and the edge fixed region may include only the back sheet 30 and the face sheet 10. Of course, without limitation, the absorbent core layer 20 may extend to the edge regions.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6 in combination, fig. 6 is a schematic side view illustrating a night breast pad according to an embodiment of the present application. The night breast pad that this application provided still includes moulding strip 40, it is located to mould strip 40 the non-functional area, mould strip 40 the extending direction with the extending direction of folded portion 11 is the same.
The molding strip 40 has certain flexibility and can be bent to change the shape, and meanwhile, the molding strip 40 has certain rigidity and can keep the shape formed by bending after bending. The molding strip 40 may be a silicone strip or a sponge strip, etc. By utilizing the performance of the molding strip 40, the molding strip 40 is arranged at the edge of the night breast pad, and after the night breast pad is unfolded, the molding strip can be bent and adjusted, so that the night breast pad keeps a cup shape or a semi-sphere shape, and the molding and fixing effects are achieved.
In one embodiment, the molding strip 40 may be disposed on the upper and lower edges of the night breast pad, and the upper and lower ends of the night breast pad may be shaped by the molding strip on the upper and lower edges. In addition, the molding strip positioned below the night breast pad can play a role of supporting the night breast pad, so that a breast support effect is formed, and the molding of the night breast pad is facilitated. When the night breast pad is installed inside underwear, the plastic strip 40 forms protrusions above and below the night breast pad, thereby increasing the friction force with the inside of the underwear and preventing the night breast pad from moving downward or falling off.
When all setting up the molding strip at upper and lower both ends, can set up the length of molding strip is relatively shorter for the length of molding strip of lower extreme in the length that can set up the upper end, and it is longer to mold the molding strip through making the lower extreme, can play the bearing design effect, can also let the upper end of night breast pad better with the laminating nature of breast simultaneously, avoid oppressing the breast.
In other embodiments, the molding strip 40 may be disposed only on the lower edge of the night bra pad, and serves to support and fix the night bra pad, thereby preventing the night bra pad from falling off and shifting.
When the night breast pad with the plastic strip 40 is used, the containing groove can be formed in the underwear and used for containing and connecting the night breast pad in a clamping mode, the night breast pad is convenient to match with the underwear, at the moment, the back glue can not be arranged on the night breast pad, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, and the underwear cannot be bonded.
Referring to fig. 7 in combination, fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating the cooperation of the night bra pad and the underwear according to the embodiment of the present application. The underwear provided by the application comprises a body 70, wherein the body is used for being attached to a night breast pad, the night breast pad can be the night breast pad disclosed in any one of the above embodiments, and the specific structure refers to the description of the above embodiments and is not described herein again. Still be provided with the storage tank 701 on the body 70 of this underwear, this storage tank 701 can be used to hold the shaping strip of joint night breast pad, realizes night breast pad's installation location.
