The breast pad provided by the first embodiment of the application comprises a body 10, wherein the body 10 comprises a top sheet 11, a bottom sheet 13 and an absorbent core body sandwiched between the top sheet 11 and the bottom sheet 13.
The top sheet 11 is disposed on the side close to the skin of the user, and is preferably a soft sheet material having low irritation, such as gauze, cotton cloth, spunlace nonwoven fabric, or air-through nonwoven fabric having a weight of 10 to 60g/m2 per unit area, and more preferably an air-through nonwoven fabric made of thermoplastic synthetic fibers, because it is in contact with the skin.
As the synthetic fibers constituting the hot air non-woven fabric, polyolefin fibers such as Polyethylene (PE) fibers and polypropylene (PP) fibers, polyester fibers, polyamide fibers such as nylon, and the like may be used, and in some alternative embodiments, natural fibers or viscose fibers may be added together to further reduce irritation to the skin, and these natural fibers may include wood fibers, cotton fibers, and the like.
The absorbent core layer is arranged between the top sheet 11 and the bottom sheet 13, specifically, the absorbent core layer is a three-dimensional network structure formed by a plurality of fibers which are entangled and properly connected, a plurality of pores are distributed among the three-dimensional network structure, a high polymer water absorption material (not shown) is contained among the three-dimensional network structure, liquid can be absorbed and diffused through the pores, and the liquid can be absorbed and retained through the high polymer water absorption material, and the fibers can be fluff pulp.
The back sheet 13 is disposed on a side away from the skin of the user, in order to prevent the liquid from contaminating the clothes of the user through the top sheet 11, the back sheet 13 is usually made of a water-repellent material, specifically, a PE film, SMS nonwoven fabric, etc., and preferably, the back sheet 13 allows the gas, such as water vapor, to pass through but does not allow the liquid to pass through, so that the user does not feel stuffy when using the disposable diaper.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the main body 10 includes a connection portion 103, the breast pad is formed in an inverted bowl shape by the connection portion 103, the connection portion 103 is formed by connecting a portion of the top sheet 11 and a portion of the bottom sheet 13 to form a first connection portion 104, the first connection portion 104 is folded in half along a virtual first axis 105 in a direction in which the top sheet 11 on both sides of the first axis 105 is adhered, and the top sheet 11 after being folded in half is connected.
The combination refers to that the materials to be combined are connected to form a whole, and generally, the materials can be formed through a hot melting or bonding mode, wherein the hot melting can be realized by heating the materials to enable the materials to be locally melted after reaching the melting point temperature, and the materials are connected after solidification forming, or external energy such as ultrasonic waves is acted on the materials to enable the materials to be locally melted at high temperature, and the materials are connected after solidification forming.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a developed state when the bonded portion 103 is detached, the top sheet 11 and the back sheet 13 are bonded along the outer peripheral edge portion 101 to form a substantially circular shape, and a closed space is formed between the top sheet 11 and the back sheet 13 by the bonding of the outer peripheral edge portion 101, the absorbent body 12 is accommodated in the closed space, a pair of substantially V-shaped notch portions 102 are provided on the outer peripheral edge portion 101, and the first connecting portion 104 is provided inside the notch portions 102.
The notch 102 includes an opening that is directed outward, which is a direction from the center of the body 10 toward the outer peripheral edge 101, and it is understood that the notch 102 is formed in a shape that gradually decreases inward, because the notch 102 is substantially V-shaped.
In this embodiment, there is a pair of the cut-out portions 102, the pair of cut-out portions 102 are symmetrically arranged on the outer peripheral portion 101, the first connecting portion 104 is arranged inside the pair of cut-out portions 102, and the first connecting portion 104 forms the combining portion 103, so that the breast pad is formed into a bowl-shaped three-dimensional shape, in which the central region of the main body 10 is protruded relative to the outer peripheral portion 101.
Referring to fig. 10, 11, 12 and 13, fig. 10 shows a first connecting portion 504 of a nursing pad in a fifth embodiment in a unfolded state, in this embodiment, only one notch 502 is provided, when the first connecting portion 504 is folded to form a combination portion, the nursing pad can be formed into a bowl shape, similarly, fig. 11 shows a sixth embodiment in which the position of the notch 602 of the nursing pad is different from that of the first embodiment, fig. 12 shows a nursing pad with four notches (702 a, 702b, 702c and 702 d) in a seventh embodiment, fig. 13 shows an eighth embodiment in which the notch 802 of the nursing pad is rectangular, and similarly, the nursing pad can be formed into a bowl-shaped three-dimensional shape.
In addition, since the absorbent body 12 does not extend to the first connecting portion 104 and the first connecting portion 104 is connected to the backsheet 13 only by the top sheet 11, the thickness of the main body 10 at the first connecting portion 104 is small, and therefore, the first connecting portion 104 can be easily folded, and the first connecting portion 104 has higher bonding strength and firmness when the top sheet 11 is directly connected to the backsheet 13.
In this embodiment, the side of the absorbent body 12 facing the first connecting portion 104 is in a straight line shape, so that the entire absorbent body 12 is in a straight line shape, and the side of the absorbent body 12 facing the first connecting portion 104 may be provided in other shapes, but these other shapes should be such that there is a distance between the side of the absorbent body 12 and the first connecting portion 104.
The absorption body 12 is arranged in the accommodating space and comprises a pair of end parts (1201, 1202) and a middle part 121 positioned between the pair of end parts (1201, 1202), the middle part 121 is provided with a pair of folding parts (122, 123) which are arranged separately, each folding part (122, 123) comprises at least one folding area formed by the absorption body 12 after Z-shaped folding, and a gap area 1220 which is opened towards the top sheet 11 is arranged between the pair of folding parts (122, 123).
Specifically, in this embodiment, the pair of folding portions includes a first folding portion 122 and a second folding portion 123, wherein the first folding portion 122 includes a first folding area 1221, the first folding area 1221 includes a first layer 1221a extending from the end portion 1201 to the middle portion 121, a second layer 1221b formed by folding the first layer 1221a toward the bottom sheet 13 and extending toward the end portion 1201, and a third layer 1221c formed by folding the second layer 1221b toward the bottom sheet 13 and extending toward the middle portion 121, and the first layer 1221a, the second layer 1221b, and the third layer 1221c are stacked, so that the first folding area 1221 is Z-folded.
Similarly, the second fold 123 comprises a second fold region 1231, and the third layer of the second fold region 1231 is connected to the third layer 1221c of the first fold region 1221, it being understood that the third layer of the second fold region 1231 and the third layer 1221c of the first fold region 1221 are both part of the absorbent body 12.
It will be appreciated that the first layer 1221a and the second layer 1221b comprise, between them, a first fold 1221d connecting the first layer 1221a and the second layer 1221b, at which first fold 1221d the absorption body 12 is folded over, on the one hand, so that a fold is formed at the first fold 1221d, the pores between the fibres in the area corresponding to the fold will be smaller than the pores between the fibres in the peripheral area, according to a capillary mechanism, the diffusion of the liquid at the fold will be stronger than in other areas, on the other hand, a first gap 1221f is formed in the area where the first layer 1221a overlaps the second layer 1221b, the first gap 1221f has larger pores than those formed between the fibers constituting the absorbent body 12, and the relatively larger pores can have better absorption capacity for more viscous liquid, and similarly the second folded portion 1221e and the second gap 1221g are formed between the second layer 1221b and the third layer 1221 c.
The gap 1220 is located between the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123, the gap 1220 is substantially in the form of a groove with an opening, specifically, the groove is formed by a side wall formed by stacking the first layer 1221a and the second layer 1221b of the first folding region 1221 and the second folding region 1231, and a groove bottom is formed by the first folding region 1221 and the third layer 1221c of the second folding region 1231 or the absorbent body 12 connecting the third layer 1221c of the first folding region 1221 and the third layer 1221c of the second folding region 1231, and the opening of the gap 1220 faces the topsheet 11.
Referring to fig. 6 together, fig. 6 shows a schematic view of the breast pad of this embodiment when the breast pad is worn on a breast, the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123 are respectively located in the left and right directions of the breast, the nipple 900 protrudes from the breast, when the breast pad is attached to the breast, the gap 1220 corresponds to the nipple 900, since the top sheet 11 directly contacts with the nipple 900, and the gap 1220 is disposed in the direction away from the nipple 900 on the top sheet 11, on one hand, the nipple 900 has a slight accommodating space, which prevents the absorbent body 12 from directly abutting against the nipple 900, which causes the nipple 900 to generate a compressive feeling, and on the other hand, due to the supporting effect of the top sheet 11, the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123 do not clamp the nipple 900 during the movement, thereby preventing the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123 from generating an uncomfortable feeling to the nipple 900. Further, since the breast pad of the present invention is formed in a bowl shape and the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123 are separated, when the breast pad is attached to a breast and attached to the breast inward in both side directions, the positions of the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123 can be adapted to the position and shape of the nipple 900, thereby further improving the comfort in use. Meanwhile, when milk overflows from the nipple 900, on the one hand, milk can be absorbed by the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123, and, due to the multi-layer structure of the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123, the thickness or the absorption capacity of the absorbent body 12 is increased at the nipple 900, so that the breast pad has high absorption capacity, on the other hand, due to the diversion effect of the first folding portion 1221d, milk can be rapidly diffused through the first folding portion 1221d after penetrating through the top sheet 11, and due to the existence of the first gap 1221f, viscous milk can be rapidly diffused along the first gap 1221f, on the other hand, since the nipple 900 is located in the gap area 1220, the gap area 1220 is communicated with the second gap 1221g, so that, when a large amount of milk overflows, milk can be buffered by the gap area 1220, and diffused by the absorbent body 12 through the second gap 1221g, on the four sides, since the gap section 1220, the first gap 1221f, and the second gap 1221g are provided, when the high molecular weight water absorbent material in the absorbent body 12 absorbs the liquid and swells, the high molecular weight water absorbent material can expand in the direction of the gap section 1220, the first gap 1221f, and the second gap 1221g, that is, there is a space for swelling and expansion, and the high molecular weight water absorbent material does not directly expand in the thickness direction, which causes extreme discomfort in use.
Furthermore, the first folding portion 122 and the second folding portion 123 are symmetrically disposed along a virtual second axis 1223, and the first connection portion 104 corresponding to the notch portion 102 is folded in two along the first axis 105 to form the connection portion 103, wherein the second axis 1223 is perpendicular to the first axis 105.
Further, referring to fig. 8, in the third embodiment, the width of the gap area 3220 is H, since the diameter of the nipple is usually 10mm on average, and the larger size is 30mm, preferably H ≧ 30mm or H ≦ 10mm, so as to prevent the nipple from being directly clamped between the first folding portion 322 and the second folding portion 323, preferably H is 4-8mm, and the gap area 3220 with this size can, on the one hand, make a certain gap still exist between the first folding portion 322 and the second folding portion 323 when the breast pad is attached to the breast, for preventing the absorbent body and the top sheet from pressing the nipple, and, on the other hand, can quickly absorb the breast milk.
Further, the first folding portion comprises at least two folding zones, each folding zone is Z-folded, preferably, adjacent folding zones are adjacent to each other but do not overlap each other, and adjacent folding zones are staggered and stacked, i.e. two folding zones have overlapping areas but do not completely overlap each other to form a folding zone, in particular, referring to fig. 9, in a fourth embodiment, the first folding portion 422 comprises a first folding zone 4221 and a third folding zone 4222, wherein the third folding zone 4222 and the first folding zone 4221 have the same folding manner, i.e. the third folding zone 4222 and the first folding zone 4221 are Z-folded, and the third folding zone 4222 and the first folding zone 4221 are adjacent to each other but do not overlap each other, and the third folding zone 4222 and the first folding zone 4221 are staggered and stacked, similarly, the second folding portion 423 comprises a second folding zone 4231 and a fourth folding zone 4232, the fourth fold region 4232 is offset from the second fold region 4231.
Preferably, the fold area adjacent the topsheet 41 in each fold is closer to the end portion (4201,4202) than the fold area adjacent the backsheet 43, such as in the fourth embodiment, the third fold area 4222 is closer to the end portion 4201 than the first fold area 4221, and the fourth fold area 4232 is closer to the other end portion 4202 than the second fold area 4231, so that the opening of the gap area 4220 between the first fold 422 and the second fold 423 has a trapezoidal shape with a large top and a small bottom, which allows the gap area 4220 to adapt to the nipple on the one hand, and the gap area 4220 to match the shape of the breast when the breast pad is fitted on the breast on the other hand, thereby further improving the comfort of use.
Further, the gap width between the first folding region 4221 and the second folding region 4231 is H1, the gap width between the third folding region 4222 and the fourth folding region 4232 is H2, and the ratio of H2 to H1 is 1.2-3.0.
Further, the third layer of the third fold region 4222 extends toward the middle and forms the first layer of the first fold region 4221.
