In order to realize a hemispherical form, techniques have been developed, such as forming a planar circular material on a surface layer on an outer surface using a heat-deformable material such as polyethylene, heating the planar circular material and pressing it against a hemispherical mold to perform heat molding, which results in poor shape retention of a product, and when the hemispherical shape is deformed, the adhesiveness thereof is deteriorated and positional deviation occurs, and for example, providing a gathered portion formed of an elastic body such as a rubber band in each longitudinal direction on both sides of a circular or approximately circular product, thereby forming a hemispherical shape having better shape retention, or cutting a circular absorbent layer along one radius or both opposite sides thereof, overlapping a sector region at the cut position and joining the surfaces to form a hemispherical shape, or providing a notch portion on one side or both opposite sides of the absorbent layer, in this way, it is necessary to cut or form a notch in the absorbent layer, which is very likely to cause a decrease in the absorption performance, and particularly, the absorption amount is greatly affected, and it is not necessary to cut or form a notch in the absorbent layer, which makes it difficult to perform rapid or automated production.
In addition, in order to form a breast pad having a more preferable hemispherical shape, documents of patent application No. CN202111081398.2 entitled, a breast pad manufacturing method and a breast pad have proposed that a breast pad is folded in half and then a folding treatment is performed on one folded side of the folded breast pad to make the breast pad with an opened opening have a hemispherical shape.

the first side part and/or the second side part comprises a combination area for fixedly connecting the surface layer and the bottom layer;
a corner portion folded along a second fold line so that the bottom layer becomes an inner surface, and a fixing layer is provided between the bottom layers to be the inner surfaces so as to be combined with the bottom layer to be the inner surface;
the second folding line is arranged corresponding to the combining area and is inclined to the first folding line.
2. The double-folded-corner breast pad according to claim 1, wherein the corner portions include a first corner portion and a second corner portion, the first corner portion and the second corner portion are disposed in both end directions of the first folding line, the absorbent layer includes a pair of notch portions which are recessed along the edge toward the center direction and have a gradually reduced opening, a virtual line connecting apexes of the pair of notch portions is included between the pair of notch portions, the first folding line coincides with the virtual line, the notch portions include edge lines, and the second folding line is substantially parallel to the adjacent edge lines.
3. The bi-fold breast pad of claim 2 wherein said first side portion includes a first bonded area and said second side portion includes a second bonded area, said first bonded area being disposed in correspondence with said second bonded area.
4. The bi-fold corner breast pad of claim 3, wherein said first and second bonded regions include an overlapping region therebetween, said overlapping region being in a separated or separable state, said separable state being that said first and second bonded regions 221 and 221 are separable upon application of a force of 1N or less between said first and second bonded regions.
5. The bi-fold breast pad of claim 4, wherein said bond region is elongated and includes a length direction and a width direction, said length direction of said bond region is parallel to said second fold line, said width of said bond region is 2-8mm, and said face layer and said base layer are non-fixedly attached along both sides of said width direction of said bond region.
6. The bi-folded breast pad of claim 4 wherein said second bonding region is in the form of a break point and comprises a plurality of dot-like bonding regions, the dot-like bonding regions of the second bonding region comprise a recessed region recessed from the second side bottom layer in the direction of the first side bottom layer, said first bonding regions are also in the form of break points, and the dot-like bonding regions of the first bonding regions comprise recessed regions recessed from the first side bottom layer in the direction of the second side bottom layer.
7. The double-cornered breast pad of claim 6, wherein the fibers between the facing of the first side portion and the facing of the second side portion corresponding to the overlapping region are compressed and bonded together.
8. The double-folded breast pad of claim 6, wherein an adsorption sheet is further provided in the overlapping region, and the first side portion facing layer and the second side portion facing layer are adsorbed on the adsorption sheet by electrostatic action.
9. The bi-fold breast pad of claim 4 wherein said first corner portion further comprises a cut corner portion at an end remote from said second fold line, said cut corner further comprising a cut edge line, said cut edge line being parallel to said second fold line.
10. The bi-fold corner breast pad of claim 4, wherein said fastening layer comprises a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, wherein the first adhesive layer is disposed adjacent to the second fold line and the second adhesive layer is disposed adjacent to the end of the first corner, and the adhesion of the second adhesive layer is greater than the adhesion of the first adhesive layer.
