[Solution] The present invention is based on findings that the abdomen of a wearer can be prevented from touching a front patch, and that wearing comfort can be improved by providing a notch in a location where the abdomen of the wearer has the potential of touching the front patch. In other words, the present invention pertains to a tape-type disposable diaper having fastening tapes and a front patch, and is characterized in that a central notch section that is indented toward the inside of the front patch is formed at least towards the upper edge of the front patch, and the top of the indentation of the central notch section is positioned in the central area of the front patch.

Description

Tape-type disposable diaper
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper. More specifically, the present invention relates to a tape-type disposable diaper that is worn on the wearer's body by fastening a fastening tape provided on the back body to the front body.
Conventionally, a tape-type disposable diaper in which a fastening tape is attached to the back body and a front patch is provided on the front body is known. The fastening tape and the front patch can be mechanically coupled by hook fasteners (male members) and loop members (female members), for example. For this reason, it is possible to attach a disposable diaper to a wearer's body by fastening the fastening tape provided on the back body to the front patch provided on the front body.
Thus, the front patch plays an important role for fixing the tape-type disposable diaper to the wearer's body. Therefore, in order to facilitate the fastening of the fastening tape, the front patch is preferably provided on the outer surface of the front body as wide as possible.
Further, the conventional front patch is generally formed in a quadrangular shape (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). For example, a conventional front patch is formed in a rectangular shape having a longitudinal direction in the left-right direction of the front body of a disposable diaper. The conventional rectangular front patch can be formed relatively easily on the production line of disposable diapers, and is therefore considered to be easily mass-produced.

On the other hand, there are many elderly people and infants who wear disposable diapers, and the posture tends to be inclined forward when wearing disposable diapers. In particular, elderly people often bend forward and take a sitting posture while wearing disposable diapers. And if a person wearing a disposable diaper takes a forward leaning or sitting posture, the distance between the base of the abdomen and the leg will be close, so the front body of the disposable diaper is brought closer and wrinkles are formed. Has occurred.
Under such circumstances, as in the prior art, considering the ease of fastening of the fastening tape, a front patch formed in a square shape should be provided on the outer surface of the front body in the widest possible area. Then, when the wearer bends forward, the abdomen hits the upper edge of the front patch, resulting in a situation where the feeling of wear was reduced. In particular, since the front patch has a hook-and-loop fastener for holding the fastening tape on the entire surface and is formed of a relatively hard material, if the wearer hits the abdomen directly, the skin may be damaged. There was also a fear that it would end.
Similarly, when the front patch is formed in a square shape, when the wearer bends forward, the base of the leg will hit the lower edge of the front patch. For this reason, not only the wearing feeling of the disposable diaper is lowered, but the part of the lower edge of the front patch where the wearer's leg hits is wrinkled in the range of motion of the leg, and the front patch is supposed to receive the fastening tape. It did not have the function of.
FIG. 10 shows an example of a conventional disposable diaper to which a conventional front patch is attached. In FIG. 10, when the wearer of the disposable diaper takes a forward leaning posture or a sitting posture, the portion of the front patch that may hit the base of the wearer's abdomen or leg is circled and displayed. is doing.
Therefore, as a result of intensive investigations on means for solving the problems of the conventional invention, the inventor of the present invention has cut out a portion of the front patch that may hit the wearer's abdomen or the base of both legs. By providing, the knowledge that a wearer's abdomen or the base of both legs can be prevented from hitting a front patch, and a feeling of wear can be improved was acquired. The inventor has conceived that the problems of the prior art can be solved based on the above knowledge, and has completed the present invention.
Specifically, the present invention has the following configuration.
The present invention relates to a tape-type disposable diaper having a fastening tape 10 and a front patch 20.
The disposable diaper according to the present invention includes a rear body 1 covering the back of the wearer, a front body 2 covering the abdomen of the wearer, and a crotch 3 positioned between the back body 1 and the front body 2 when worn. Composed.
A fastening tape 10 is attached to the back body 1 so as to extend from the left and right side edges of the back body 1.
The front body 2 is provided with a front patch 20 for fastening the fastening tape 10.
Here, it is assumed that the front patch 20 is divided into a central area 20a, a left side area 20b located on the left side of the central area, and a right side area 20c located on the right side of the central area. The division of these areas may be obtained by dividing the front patch 20 into the central area 20a, the left-side area 20b, and the right-side area 20c in three equal parts in the left-right direction, or the central area 20a and the left-side area 20b. , And the right side region 20c may be divided at an arbitrary ratio such as 4: 3: 3 or 6: 2: 2.
In the present invention, a central notch portion 21 that is recessed toward the inner side of the front patch 20 is formed on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20, and the recessed top portion 211 of the center notch portion 21 is formed on the front patch 20. It is characterized by being located in the central region 20a.
In the present invention, a central notch 21 is provided at the center on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20 as described above. Thus, since the center notch part 21 is provided along the shape of a wearer's abdomen, even if a wearer takes the forward leaning posture or the sitting posture, the abdomen is the front patch 20. It can prevent hitting the upper edge. Therefore, according to this invention, a wear feeling can be improved compared with the conventional disposable diaper. Further, in the present invention, in view of the function of the front patch 20 for fastening the fastening tape 10, the front patch 20 is formed only where it is necessary, so that expensive materials can be used effectively.
In the present invention, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 is located in the left side region 20b or the right side region 20c, and a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 211 of the central notch portion. It is preferable that the distance between the straight lines extending in the left-right direction from 5 mm to 80 mm. The upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 may be located in either the left side region 20b or the right side region 20c, and the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 is substantially left side region. It may be formed in two places, 20b and the right side region 20c.
As described above, by setting the recess width of the central cutout portion 21 to 5 mm or more, even when the diaper is bent while wearing the disposable diaper, the abdomen is pressed by the front patch 20 and the wearing feeling is felt. The situation where it falls can be prevented. Further, if the recess width of the central notch 21 is 80 mm or less, the function of the front patch 20 for fixing the fastening tape 10 provided on the back body 1 to the front body 2 is not impaired.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 includes a curve connecting the concave top 211 of the central notch 21 and the upper end 202 of the front patch 20. Furthermore, in the present invention, the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 is formed from a curve connecting the intersection of the upper edge 201 and the left edge 205, the concave top 211 of the central notch, and the intersection of the upper edge 201 and the right edge 206. It is also good to do.
As described above, the central notch 21 is provided in accordance with the shape of the wearer's abdomen by connecting the concave apex 211 of the center notch 21 and the upper end 202 of the front patch 20 with a curve. . Therefore, the wearing feeling of the disposable diaper can be further improved.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the curve connecting the concave top part 211 of the central notch part 21 and the upper end part 202 of the front patch 20 is S-shaped. Further, the S-shaped curve is preferably an S-shape that once bulges outward from the upper end portion 202 toward the concave apex 211 and then indents toward the concave apex 211.
As in the above configuration, the curve connecting the concave top portion 211 of the central cutout portion 21 and the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 is S-shaped, so that the wearer's abdomen fits along the S-shaped depression. . For this reason, even if it is a case where a wearer's abdomen contacts the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20, the situation which gives an unnecessary feeling of pressure to a wearer's abdomen can be prevented. Therefore, the wearing feeling of the disposable diaper can be further improved.
In the present invention, a lower left cutout portion 22 in which the lower left corner of the front patch 20 is cut out and a lower right cutout portion 23 in which the lower right corner of the front patch 20 is cut out are formed on the lower edge 203 side of the front patch 20. In addition, it is preferable that the concave top portion 221 of the lower left notch portion 22 is located in the left side region 20b, and the concave top portion 231 of the lower right notch portion 23 is located in the right side region 20c.
Even when the wearer is in a forward leaning posture or a sitting posture by forming notches (22, 23) in the left and right corners of the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 as in the above configuration. , The range of motion at the base of both legs (hip joint periphery) can be sufficiently secured. Thereby, compared with the conventional disposable diaper, a feeling of wear can further be improved.
Further, in the present invention, the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 is located in the central region 20a, and a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 221 of the lower left notch portion 22 in the left-right direction. The distance between the extending straight line and the straight line extending in the left-right direction from the concave top 231 of the lower right notch 23 is preferably 5 mm or more and 80 mm or less.
As described above, by setting the recess width of the lower left notch portion 22 and the recess width of the lower right notch portion 23 to be 5 mm or more, even if the front patch is bent while wearing the disposable diaper, the front patch The situation where the base of the leg hits the corner below 20 can be prevented. Further, if the recess width of the lower left notch portion 22 and the recess width of the lower right notch portion 23 are 80 mm or less, the fastening tape 10 provided on the back body 1 is fixed to the front body 2 of the front patch 20. There is no loss of functionality.
In the present invention, the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 preferably includes a curve connecting the concave top 221 of the lower left notch, the lower end 204 of the front patch 20, and the concave top 231 of the lower right cut. . Further, in the present invention, the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 is formed from a curve connecting the intersection of the lower edge 203 and the left edge 205, the lower end 204 of the front patch 20, and the intersection of the lower edge 203 and the right edge 206. It is good as well.
As described above, the shape of the range of motion of the wearer's legs is obtained by connecting the concave top 221 of the lower left notch part, the lower end part 204 of the front patch 20 and the concave top part 231 of the lower right notch part by a curve. Accordingly, the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 can be curved. Therefore, the wearing feeling of the disposable diaper can be further improved.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the curve forming the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 and the curve forming the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 are preferably the same shape.
The front patch 20 is formed by cutting at a position corresponding to the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 in the manufacturing process. For this reason, by making the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 have the same curved shape, the front patch 20 can be cut with the same cutting blade. Accordingly, it is not necessary to separately provide cutting means (cutting blades) for cutting the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20, and trim trimming means is not required, so that the cost for the manufacturing machine can be reduced. .
In the present invention, the front patch 20 has a left side edge 205 that connects one end portions of the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203, and a right side edge 206 that connects the other ends of the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203.
Further, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 may not coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and the side edges 205 and 206. In this case, the angle formed by the tangent line of the upper edge 201 at the intersection of each side edge 205, 206 and each side edge 205, 206 is preferably an obtuse angle.
By having the above-described configuration, the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 has a rounded shape at the upper end 202. For this reason, the touch of the upper end part 202 of the front patch 20 becomes good, and the situation where the four corners of the front patch touch the wearer's skin can be prevented. Therefore, the wearing feeling of the disposable diaper can be further improved.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 may coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and the side edges 205 and 206. In this case, it is preferable that the angle formed by the tangent line of the upper edge 201 at the intersection of the side edges 205 and 206 and the side edges 205 and 206 is an acute angle.
By having the above-described configuration, the curve connecting the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 211 of the central notch has a shape that is more gently depressed toward the concave top portion 221. For this reason, the unnecessary feeling of pressure which arises when a wearer's abdomen contacts the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 can be prevented more. Therefore, the wearing feeling of the disposable diaper can be further improved.
In the present invention, the front patch 20 may be divided into a central region 20a, a left side region 20b, and a right side region 20c.
Thus, the front patch 20 may be formed by the first piece belonging to the central region 20a, the second piece belonging to the left side region 20b, and the third piece belonging to the right side region 20c. In this way, when the front patch 20 is manufactured by combining three pieces formed separately, the first piece belonging to the central region 20a is compared with the second piece or the third piece and below the front body 2. The front patch 20 in which the center cutout portion 21, the lower left cutout portion 22, and the lower right cutout portion 23 are formed can be easily manufactured by shifting and attaching.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the notch is not formed on the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20, but the notch may be formed only on the lower edge 203.
That is, in another embodiment of the present invention, only the lower edge 203 side of the front patch 20 has a lower left cutout portion 22 in which the lower left corner of the front patch 20 is cut out, and a lower right portion in which the lower right corner of the front patch 20 is cut out. The cutout portion 23 may be formed, the concave top portion 221 of the lower left cutout portion may be positioned in the left side region 20b, and the concave top portion 231 of the lower right cutout portion may be positioned in the right side region 20c.
The present invention can provide a tape-type disposable diaper that can prevent the wearer's abdomen or the base of both legs from hitting the front patch 20 and has an improved wearing feeling by having the above-described invention specific matters.

The “left and right direction” and “up and down direction” are directions orthogonal to each other.
In the present specification, “A to B” means A or more and B or less.
(1. Basic configuration of disposable diapers)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a tape-type disposable diaper, in which the front body 2 is folded so that the front patch 20 attached to the outer surface of the front body 2 can be seen. FIG. 2 is an exploded view showing an example of a tape-type disposable diaper, and shows a state in which the disposable diaper is viewed from a surface that does not contact the wearer's skin (non-skin contact surface). .
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tape-type disposable diaper 100 of the present invention is applied to the back body 1 covering the wearer's back when worn, the front body 2 covering the wearer's abdomen, and the inseam of the wearer. It consists of each part of the crotch part 3 to be peeled.
Side flaps are extended in the left and right directions on the back body 1 and the front body 2 of the tape-type disposable diaper 100. Further, a fastening tape 10 is attached to the back body 1 so as to protrude from the side edges of the side flaps. On the other hand, a front patch 20 for fastening the fastening tape 10 is provided on the skin non-contact surface side of the front body 2. For this reason, the tape-type disposable diaper 100 has a fastening tape 10 attached to the back body 1 with the back body 1 applied to the back of the wearer and the front body 2 applied to the abdomen of the wearer. By attaching to the front patch 20 provided in the front body 2, it is possible to attach to the wearer.
The crotch 3 is located between the back body 1 and the front body 2. An absorbent body 31 for absorbing and holding a liquid such as urine is disposed from the back body 1 to the front body 2 around the crotch 3. The absorbent body 31 is covered with a liquid-permeable top sheet 32 from the side that contacts the skin of the wearer (skin contact surface), and the liquid-impermeable back sheet from the opposite skin non-contact surface side. 33. Accordingly, liquid such as urine passes through the top sheet 32 and is absorbed and held by the absorber 31, and leakage to the outside is prevented by the liquid-permeable back sheet 33.
Further, side sheets 34 may be disposed on both side edges of the top sheet 32. The side sheet 34 is preferably formed of a material having high air permeability while having hydrophobicity. Alternatively, the three-dimensional gather 35 may be formed by fixing one end of the side sheet 34 on the surface of the top sheet 32 and disposing an elastic elastic member (three-dimensional gather elastic material) 41 in the other end. Good. When the three-dimensional gather elastic member 41 contracts, the three-dimensional gather 35 stands by using the contraction force. The standing three-dimensional gather 35 functions as a leak-proof wall for preventing liquid from leaking from the side of the top sheet 32.
Further, a cover sheet 36 may be bonded to the outer surface of the back sheet 33 in order to reinforce the back sheet 33 and improve its feel. As a material for forming the cover sheet 36, for example, a nonwoven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyester, or a wet nonwoven fabric can be used.
(2. Components of disposable diapers)
Hereinafter, the structure of each part of the tape-type disposable diaper according to the present invention will be described.
(2-1. Fastening tape)
The fastening tape 10 is a member provided with fastening means 11 for attaching the disposable diaper 100 to the wearer. The fastening tape 10 constitutes a fastening mechanism together with the front patch 20 provided on the front body 2. The fastening tape 10 is arranged so as to extend from the side edge of the side flap of the back body 1 and is fixed to the front patch 20 provided on the front body 2.
The fastening tape 10 only needs to have a length that can reach the front patch 20 disposed in the front body 2, and the shape thereof is not limited to the illustrated one. 1 and 2 show an example in which two fastening tapes 10 are provided on each of the left and right side edges of the back body 1. However, the number of the fastening tapes 10 may be one on each of the left and right side edges, or three or more.
Fastening means 11 is provided near the tip of each fastening tape 10. For example, the fixing means 11 may be fixed by an adhesive or an adhesive tape, or may be a planar fastener that is mechanically coupled to the front patch 20. As a fastening mechanism for fixing the fastening tape 10 and the front patch 20, it is particularly preferable to use a planar fastener that is fixed by mechanical coupling of a hook material (male member) and a loop material (female member). The surface fastener is composed of, for example, a combination of a hook material having a large number of protrusions (such as hooks and mushrooms) formed on the surface and a loop material having loop-shaped fibers disposed on the surface. For example, a hook material may be adopted as the fastening means 11 of the fastening tape 10 and a loop material may be formed on the front patch 20. In the surface fastener, when the hook material is bonded to the surface of the loop material, a large number of protrusions of the hook material are engaged with the surface of the loop material. For this reason, the surface fastener is preferable in that the hook material and the loop material are peelable and can be firmly fixed, can be repeatedly used, and has high fixing strength. .
As a material constituting the base material of the fastening tape 10, for example, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, other fabric, paper, or plastic film can be used. In addition, as a material constituting the cloth, for example, a polyethylene-based, polypropylene-based, polyamide-based, polyester-based, polyvinyl chloride-based, or polystyrene-based synthetic resin can be suitably used.
(2-2. Front patch)
The front patch 20 is a member for securing the fastening tape 10 provided on the back body 1 to the front body 2 and maintaining it. The front patch 20 is attached to the outer surface (non-skin contact surface side) of the front body 2 and constitutes a fastening mechanism together with the fastening tape 10 described above. For example, when an adhesive tape is employed as the fastening means 11 of the fastening tape 10, the front patch 20 may be formed of a plastic film having a smooth surface. On the other hand, when a hook material of a planar fastener is adopted as the fastening means 11 of the fastening tape 10, a loop material of a planar fastener may be adopted as the front patch 20.
(2-2-1. Embodiment with Front Patch)
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an embodiment of a front patch employed in the present invention. The shape of the front patch is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. 3, but the shape of the front patch according to the present invention will be described first by taking a preferred embodiment. In FIG. 3, in order to explain the shape of the front patch, “black circle” is shown for some elements, but this “black circle” does not actually exist. In FIG. 3B, “broken lines” are displayed, but these “broken lines” are virtual lines that do not exist.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the front patch 20 includes a central region 20a, a left side region 20b located on the left side of the central region 20a, and a right side region located on the right side of the central region 20a. 20c. In the example shown in FIG. 3A, the length from the left end to the right end of the front patch 20 is equally divided into a central region 20a, a left region 20b, and a right region 20c. However, these divisions conceptually divide the area of the front patch 20 in order to explain the configuration of each part of the front patch 20, and are not limited to three equal parts. For example, the central area 20a, left side area 20b, and right side area 20c of the front patch 20 are divided at an arbitrary ratio such as 2: 4: 4, 4: 3: 3, or 6: 2: 2. It is good as well. However, it is preferable that the left side region 20b and the right side region 20c have the same length in the left-right direction.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the front patch 20 has a shape in which the left-right direction is the longitudinal direction and the up-down direction is short. The front patch 20 includes a curved or refracted upper edge 201, a curved or refracted lower edge 203 facing the upper edge 201, a left edge 205 connecting the left edge of the upper edge 201 and the left edge of the lower edge 203, The right side edge 206 that connects the right end of the edge 201 and the right end of the lower edge 203 is a basic configuration.
Further, in the example shown in FIG. 3A, the front patch 20 has upper end portions 202 at two locations, a left side region 20b and a right side region 20c. That is, when a straight line is drawn in the left-right direction of the front patch 20 from the upper end portion 202 located in the left side region 20b, the upper end portion 202 located in the right side region 20c exists on this straight line. However, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 only needs to belong to at least the left side region 20b or the right side region 20c, and the left side region 20b and the right side region 20c of the front patch 20 include There may be a height difference.
A central notch 21 is formed on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20. By forming the center cutout portion 21, the upper edge 201 is curved or refracted. FIG. 3A shows an example in which the upper edge 201 is curved. The central cutout portion 21 is recessed toward the inner side of the front patch 20, and the concave top portion 211 is located in the central region 20a. The concave top portion means the most concave portion of the formed notch. In FIG. 3A, the concave peak portion 211 is indicated by a point, but the concave peak portion 211 may be linear as described later. When the concave top portion 211 is formed as a point, the concave top portion 211 is preferably located at the center of the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20. However, the concave apex 211 only needs to belong to at least a region divided as the central region 20a, and may be shifted from the center of the upper edge 201 by a predetermined distance in the left-right direction.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the upper edge 201 preferably includes a curve connecting the concave top portion 211 of the center cutout portion and the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3A, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 is located in each of the left side region 20b and the right side region 20c. The concave top portion 211 is connected by a curve. The curve connecting the upper end portion 202 and the concave top portion 211 may be a gentle S-shaped curve or a gentle arc-shaped curve as shown in FIG.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3A, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 does not coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206). In other words, the angle θ 1 formed by the tangent line between each side edge (205, 206) and the upper edge 201 at the intersection of each side edge is an obtuse angle (θ 1 > 90 degrees). For example, the angle θ 1 is preferably 95 to 135 degrees, 100 to 130 degrees, or 105 to 110 degrees. As will be described later (for example, as shown in FIG. 4A), the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 can be made to coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and the side edges (205, 206). As in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3A, when the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 does not coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206), the upper edge 201 The upper end portion 202 and the concave top portion 211 of the central notch portion 21 may be connected by a gentle S-shaped curve. Thus, the entire upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 can be configured with a gentle curve. Therefore, even if the wearer's abdomen is in contact with the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20, it is possible to prevent the wearer from having an unnecessary feeling of pressure. Note that the difference in the deviation (distance K) between the upper edge 202 of the front patch 20 and the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206) is 0.5 mm to 10 mm, 1 mm to 8 mm, 2 mm, for example. It can be ˜6 mm, or 3 mm˜4 mm.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, an S-shaped curve connecting the upper end portion 202 of the upper edge 201 and the concave top portion 211 of the central notch portion 21 is notched from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 to the central notch portion. It is configured to have a shape that once bulges outward toward the concave top portion 211 of the portion 21 and then sinks inward. That is, the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 is formed by two symmetrically continuous S-shaped curves. As a result, a central notch 21 that is recessed toward the inner side is formed on the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20.
More specifically, the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 is formed by two symmetrically continuous S-shaped gentle curves. The gentle curve means that the angle of the tangent to the curve changes gently. For example, the amount of change in the angle of the tangent is preferably 1 to 20 degrees or 1 to 10 degrees.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 has an S-shaped curve connecting the upper end 202 and the concave apex 211 does not exceed a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the upper end 202. To the extent, it bulges outward. Further, the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 is recessed inward so that the S-shaped curve connecting the upper end 202 and the concave apex 211 does not exceed the straight line extending from the concave apex 211 in the left-right direction. In addition, the expression that the S-shaped curve connecting the upper edge 201 and the concave top 211 is “swelled” or “depressed” is an expression when compared with the straight line connecting the upper edge 201 and the concave top 211.
As described above, the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 is formed by two symmetrically continuous S-shaped gentle curves, so that even when the wearer bends forward, for example, the wearer's abdomen can be Fits the central notch 21. Therefore, even if the wearer's abdomen contacts the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 by connecting the left and right upper ends 202 and the concave top 211, the S-shaped curve is unnecessary for the wearer. It can prevent giving a feeling of pressure.
On the other hand, the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 has a lower end 204 located in the central region 20a, a lower left notch 22 is formed in the left region 20b, and a lower right notch 23 is formed in the right region 20c. ing. The lower left cutout portion 22 cuts out the lower left corner of the front patch 20, and the concave top portion 221 of the lower left cutout portion 22 is located in the left side region 20b. Similarly, the lower right cutout portion 23 cuts out the lower right corner of the front patch 20, and the concave top portion 231 of the lower right cutout portion is located in the right side region 20 c of the front patch 20. As described above, the lower left notch portion 22 and the lower right notch portion 23 are formed, whereby the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 is refracted or curved. FIG. 3A shows an example in which the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 is curved.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3A, when a straight line is drawn in the left-right direction from the concave top portion 221 of the lower left cutout portion 22, the concave top portion 231 of the lower right cutout portion 23 exists substantially on the straight line. . However, the concave top portion 221 of the lower left cutout portion 22 and the concave top portion 231 of the lower right cutout portion 23 may have a height difference in the vertical direction.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 is located in the central region 20a. The lower end portion 204 is preferably located at the center of the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20, but may be located at a location that is shifted by a predetermined distance in the left-right direction within the range belonging to the central region 20a.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 includes a concave top 221 of the lower left notch 22, a lower end 204 of the front patch 20, and a concave of the lower right notch 23. It is preferable that a curve connecting the top portion 231 is included. A curve connecting the lower end portion 204 and the concave crest portion 221 of the lower left notch portion 22 (or the concave crest portion 231 of the lower right notch portion 23) is a gentle S-shaped curve as shown in FIG. Alternatively, it may be a gentle arc-shaped curve.
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3A, the concave crest 221 of the lower left notch 22 and the concave crest 231 of the lower right notch 23 are provided on the lower edge 203 and the side edges (205, 206). This is an example that does not coincide with the intersection. In other words, the angle θ 2 formed by the tangent line between each side edge (205, 206) and the lower edge 203 at the intersection of each side edge is an acute angle (θ 2 <90 degrees). For example, the angle θ 2 is preferably 45 to 85 degrees, 50 to 80 degrees, or 70 to 75 degrees. Further, theta 2 of the angle, the sum of the theta 1 angle is particularly preferably made of 180 degrees (θ 1 + θ 2 = 180 degrees). However, the sum of θ 1 and θ 2 may exceed 180 degrees. In such a case, as shown in FIG. 3A, the intersection of the lower edge 203 and the side edges (205, 206) and the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 are formed into a gentle S-shaped curve. It is good also as tying by. As a result, the entire lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 can be configured with a gentle curve. Therefore, even if the roots of the wearer's legs are in contact with the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20, no unnecessary pressure is felt on the wearer.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3A, it is preferable that the shapes of the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 coincide. That is, the curve of the upper edge 201 and the curve of the lower edge 203 are preferably formed with the same curvature. In this way, in order to make the shapes of the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 coincide with each other, the same cutting blade (cutter) may be used when the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 are cut. By matching the shapes of the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203, the front patch 20 can be produced more efficiently.
That is, as shown in FIG. 3A, the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 is preferably formed by two symmetrically continuous S-shaped curves, like the upper edge 201.
In such a case, since the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 are formed with gentle curves, the front patch 20 has a structure that can easily extend in the left-right direction. For this reason, it becomes possible to fit a diaper appropriately by a wearer's body. That is, a tape-type disposable diaper often pulls the front body of the diaper in the left-right direction in order to fit the front body of the diaper to the wearer's abdomen. Therefore, as described above, when the front patch 20 attached to the front body is structurally easy to extend in the left-right direction, the diaper can be fitted and fitted more appropriately to the wearer's body. Become.
Next, with reference to FIG. 3B, an outline of the shape dimensions of the front patch 20 will be described. Here, the example at the time of applying this invention to the disposable diaper for adults is demonstrated. However, the dimension of the shape of the front patch 20 is not limited to the following description, and can be applied to, for example, a disposable diaper for infants by changing as appropriate.
As shown in FIG. 3B, the length (line segment A) in the left-right direction of the front patch 20 is preferably 200 mm to 600 mm, and particularly preferably 280 mm to 500 mm. The vertical length of the front patch 20, that is, the vertical length (line segment B) from the upper end 202 to the lower end 204 of the front patch 20 is preferably 100 mm to 200 mm, and 140 mm to 180 mm. It is particularly preferred that Here, the length of the front patch 20 in the vertical direction (line segment B) is preferably 20% to 60% of the length in the left-right direction (line segment A), 25% A length of ˜50% is particularly preferred.
As shown in FIG. 3B, a distance (line segment C) between a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 and a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the concave top portion 211 of the central notch portion 21. Is preferably 5 mm to 80 mm, 10 mm to 60 mm, 15 mm to 50 mm, and particularly preferably 20 mm to 40 mm. In addition, the length (line segment D) of the left side edge 205 and the right side edge 206 of the front patch 20 is preferably 50 mm to 200 mm, and particularly preferably 120 mm to 160 mm. Note that the length of the left side edge 205 and the length of the right side edge 206 are preferably substantially the same, but may not be the same. Here, the vertical distance (line segment C) from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 to the concave top portion 211 of the central notch 21 is the length (line segment) of the left edge 205 and the right edge 206 of the front patch 20. The distance is preferably 1% to 50% or 10% to 40% with respect to D), and more preferably 20% to 30%.
As shown in FIG. 3B, in the central region 20a, a distance between a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the concave top portion 211 of the central notch 21 and a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20. (Line segment E) is preferably 50 mm to 200 mm, and particularly preferably 120 mm to 160 mm. In the left side region 20b, a distance (line segment F) between a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 and a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the concave top portion 211 of the lower left notch 22 is 50 mm. It is preferably from ˜200 mm, particularly preferably from 120 mm to 160 mm. Further, in the right side region 20c, the distance (line segment G) between the straight line extending in the left-right direction from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 and the straight line extending in the left-right direction from the concave top portion 231 of the lower right notch 23 is It is preferably 50 mm to 200 mm, and particularly preferably 120 mm to 160 mm. Here, the line segment E, the line segment F, and the line segment G shown in FIG. 3B may be substantially the same or different. For example, the line segment F or the line segment G may be a distance of 50% to 90% with respect to the line segment E, or may be a distance of 60% to 80%. Further, the line segment E, the line segment F, and the line segment G may be substantially the same as or different from the lengths (the line segment D) of the left side edge 205 and the right side edge 206 of the front patch 20. It may be.
Further, in the central region 20a, the concave top portion 211 of the central notch portion 21 may be shifted from the center of the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 by a predetermined distance in the left-right direction. That is, the distance (line segment H) between the straight line extending in the vertical direction from the concave top part 211 of the central notch 21 and the left side edge 205, and the straight line and the right side edge extending in the vertical direction from the concave top part 211 of the central notch 21. The distance (line segment I) between 206 may be different. For example, the segment H may be 70% to 90% of the segment I. Similarly, in the central region 20a, the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 may be shifted from the center of the lower edge side 203 of the front patch 20 by a predetermined distance in the left-right direction.
As shown in FIG. 3B, a straight line extending in the left-right direction from the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 and a left-right direction from the concave top portion 221 of the lower left notch portion 22 (or the concave top portion 231 of the lower right notch portion 23). The distance between the straight lines extending in the direction (line segment J) is preferably 5 mm to 80 mm, 10 mm to 60 mm, 15 mm to 50 mm, and particularly preferably 20 mm to 40 mm. Here, the distance (line segment J) in the vertical direction from the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 to the concave top portion 221 of the lower left cutout portion 22 (or the concave top portion 231 of the lower right cutout portion 23) is The distance between the left edge 205 and the right edge 206 (line segment D) is preferably 1% to 50% or 10% to 40%, and preferably 20% to 30%. Particularly preferred.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the distance between the line segment C and the line segment J is preferably substantially the same, but they may be different. In short, the line segment C is the recess width of the central notch portion 21, and the line segment J is the recess width of the lower left notch portion 22 and the lower right notch portion 23. For example, the recess width of the central notch 21 may be deeper than the recess width of the lower left notch 22 (or lower right notch 23).
Further, in FIG. 3B, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 does not coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206). The distance in the left-right direction (line segment K) from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 to the intersection is preferably, for example, 5 mm to 50 mm, and particularly preferably 20 mm to 30 mm. In FIG. 3B, the concave crest 221 of the lower left notch 22 and the concave crest 231 of the lower right notch 23 coincide with the intersection of the lower edge 203 and each side edge (205, 206). Absent. The distance (L) in the left-right direction from the concave crest 221 of the lower left notch 22 and the concave crest 231 of the lower right notch 23 to the intersection is preferably, for example, 5 mm to 50 mm, and 20 mm to 30 mm. It is particularly preferred. In this way, for example, by configuring the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 not to coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and the side edges (205, 206), the angle of the corner of the front patch 20 is 90 degrees or more. Therefore, even when the wearer's skin is in contact, the wearer will not feel uncomfortable.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20, a straight line extending in the vertical direction from the concave top portion 211 of the center cutout portion 21 and extending in the vertical direction from the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20. The distance between the straight lines (line segment M) is preferably 50 mm to 250 mm, or 100 mm to 200 mm, and particularly preferably 130 mm to 170 mm. 3B, on the lower edge 203 side of the front patch 20, a straight line extending in the vertical direction from the lower end 204 of the front patch 20 and a concave top 221 of the lower left notch 22 (or right The distance (line segment N) between the straight lines extending in the vertical direction from the concave top part 231) of the lower notch part 23 is preferably 50 mm to 250 mm, or 100 mm to 200 mm, particularly preferably 130 mm to 170 mm. . The distance between the line segment M and the line segment N may be the same or different.
(2-2-2. Other Embodiments of Front Patch)
Hereinafter, another embodiment of the front patch 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7.
In the following description of the embodiment, the description of the same parts as the above-described embodiment will be omitted.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4A, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 coincides with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206). Further, the concave crest 221 of the lower left notch 22 coincides with the intersection of the lower edge 203 and the left edge 205, and the concave crest 231 of the lower right notch 23 coincides with the intersection of the lower edge 203 and the right edge 206. ing. And the upper end part 202 of the front patch 20 and the concave top part 211 of the center notch part 21 are connected by the S-shaped gentle curve. Similarly, the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 221 of the lower left notch portion 22 and the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 231 of the lower right notch portion 23 are also S-shaped gentle curves. It is tied by In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4A, the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 are curved along the shape of the wearer's abdomen and both legs, so that the wearer does not feel uncomfortable. Is preferable.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4B, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 coincides with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206). Further, the concave crest 221 of the lower left notch 22 coincides with the intersection of the lower edge 203 and the left edge 205, and the concave crest 231 of the lower right notch 23 coincides with the intersection of the lower edge 203 and the right edge 206. ing. The upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 is formed so as to draw a gentle arc-shaped curve that passes through the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 211 of the central notch portion 21. Further, the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 draws a gentle arc-shaped curve that passes through the concave top 221 of the lower left cutout 22, the lower end 204 of the front patch 20, and the concave top 231 of the lower right cutout 23. It is formed as follows. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4B, since the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 have a simple shape, the front patch 20 can be prevented from being cut and formed, and mass production is possible. It's easy to do.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4C, the upper edge 202 of the upper edge 201 of the front patch 20 does not coincide with the intersection of the upper edge 201 and the side edges (205, 206). The corners are rounded off. Further, at the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20, the lower left corner of the front patch 20 is cut off at the lower left cutout portion 22, and similarly, the lower right corner of the front patch 20 is cut off at the lower right cutout portion 23. . Thus, by cutting out the four corners of the front patch 20 in a round shape, the risk of damaging the skin of the wearer can be minimized.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4D, the upper end 202 of the front patch 20, the concave top 211 of the central notch 21, the concave top 221 of the lower left notch 22, the lower end 204 of the front patch 20, and The concave top portions 231 of the lower right notch portion 23 are each formed by a straight line parallel to the left-right direction. For this reason, the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 are refracted.
FIG. 5 shows a shape shown in FIGS. 4A to 4D, in which a central notch 21 is formed on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20, and the lower left edge 203 side of the front patch 20 has a lower left side. The example of the state which does not form the notch part 22 and the lower right notch part 23 is shown. FIGS. 5A to 5D correspond to FIGS. 4A to 4D, respectively. As shown in FIG. 5, only the center cutout 21 may be formed on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20.
On the other hand, FIG. 6 shows the shape shown in FIGS. 4A to 4D, in which the center notch portion 21 is not formed on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20 and the lower edge 203 side of the front patch 20 is formed. The example of the state which formed the lower left notch part 22 and the lower right notch part 23 is shown. FIGS. 6A to 6D correspond to FIGS. 4A to 4D, respectively. As shown in FIG. 6, only the lower left cutout portion 22 and the lower right cutout portion 23 may be formed on the lower edge 203 side of the front patch 20.
FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment of the front patch 20. As shown in FIG. 7A, the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 may have different shapes. For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the upper edge 201 is formed in a gentle arc shape that is recessed toward the inside of the front patch 20, and the lower edge 203 is formed as a concave top 221 of the lower left notch 22. And an S-shaped curve that connects the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 and an S-shaped curve that connects the concave top portion 231 of the lower right notch portion 23 and the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7A, the upper edge 201 is curved so as to follow the shape of the abdomen, and the lower edge 203 is also curved so as to conform to the shapes of both legs. The fit of diapers can be increased.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7B, the front patch 20 is divided into a central area 20a, a left side area 20b, and a right side area 20c. That is, the central region 20a is the first piece, the left side region 20b is the second piece, and the right side region 20c is the third piece. Then, the first piece 20a is displaced downward as compared with the second piece 20b and the third piece 20c, so that a center cutout portion 21, a lower left cutout portion 22, and a lower right cutout portion 23 are formed. . As described above, the front patch 20 may be divided into three regions, and the center cutout portion 21, the lower left cutout portion 22, and the lower right cutout portion 23 may be formed.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7C, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 211 of the central notch portion 21 are connected by a straight line. Further, the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 221 of the lower left notch portion 22 and the lower end portion 204 of the front patch 20 and the concave top portion 231 of the lower right notch portion 23 are connected by straight lines. As described above, the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 may have a shape in which a straight line is refracted.
FIG. 8 shows a front patch 20 according to still another embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, a central notch 21 is formed on the upper edge 201 side of the front patch 20, and a concave apex 211 is located in the central region 20a. Further, the upper end portion 202 of the front patch 20 is located at the intersection of the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206). The upper end portion 202 and the concave top portion 211 of the front patch 20 are connected by a gentle S-shaped or arcuate curve. Here, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the angle θ 1 formed by the tangent of the upper edge 201 at the intersection of each side edge (205, 206) and each side edge is an acute angle (θ 1 <90 degrees). For example, the angle θ 1 shown in FIG. 8 is preferably 45 to 85 degrees, 50 to 80 degrees, or 70 to 75 degrees.
On the other hand, on the lower edge side 203 of the front patch 20, a lower end 204 is positioned in the central region 20a, a lower left notch 22 is formed in the left region 20b, and a lower right notch 23 is formed in the right region 20c. Is formed. Further, the concave crest 221 of the lower left notch 22 and the concave crest 231 of the lower right notch 23 are located at the intersections of the lower edge 203 and the side edges (205, 206). The lower end 204 of the front patch 20 and the concave tops 221 and 231 are connected by a gentle S-shaped or arcuate curve. Here, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the angle θ 2 formed by the tangent line of the lower edge 203 at the intersection of each side edge (205, 206) and each side edge is an obtuse angle (θ 2 > 90 degrees). For example, the angle θ 2 shown in FIG. 8 is preferably 95 to 135 degrees, 100 to 130 degrees, or 105 to 110 degrees. Further, theta 2 of the angle, the sum of the theta 1 angle is particularly preferably made of 180 degrees (θ 1 + θ 2 = 180 degrees). However, the sum of θ 1 and θ 2 may exceed 180 degrees.
In the front patch 20 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, when a straight line is drawn in the left-right direction (longitudinal direction of the front patch), the straight line and the upper edge 201 do not intersect at three or more points. Similarly, when the front patch 20 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 draws a straight line in the left-right direction, the straight line and the lower edge 203 do not intersect at three or more points. That is, it is preferable that the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 are not parallel to the horizontal direction, regardless of which point is tangent. In this way, by designing the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 so as not to make a portion parallel to the left-right direction, it is possible to prevent the sheet from being cut when the front patch 20 is manufactured.
That is, as will be described later, when the front patch 20 is manufactured, a sheet material in which the front patch 20 is long and continuous is cut at positions corresponding to the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 and separated into individual front patches 20. To do. Therefore, the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 correspond to the cutting line of the sheet material. Here, if the cutting line (upper edge 201 and lower edge 203) of the sheet material has a portion parallel to the left-right direction, when the sheet material is cut, the linear pressure is weakened in the parallel portion. Therefore, for example, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4D, if the point where the upper edge 201 intersects each side edge (205, 206) is parallel to the left-right direction, , Sheet material is prone to breakage. In this regard, in the front patch 20 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 are not formed with portions parallel to the left-right direction. Therefore, according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, even when the sheet material is cut at a position corresponding to the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203, the front patch is efficiently produced without being cut. 20 becomes easy to manufacture.
(2-3. Absorber)
The absorber 31 is a member for absorbing and holding the wearer's urine. The absorber 31 is made of an absorbent material in order to absorb and hold the wearer's urine and body fluid. As the absorbent material, for example, fluff pulp, a super absorbent polymer (“SAP”), a hydrophilic sheet, or the like can be used. An example of fluff pulp is a cotton pulp or non-wood pulp defibrated. An example of a superabsorbent polymer is sodium polyacrylate. As the hydrophilic sheet, for example, tissue, absorbent paper, or a nonwoven fabric subjected to a hydrophilic treatment can be used.
The absorber 31 is sandwiched between the top sheet 32 and the back sheet 33 by being sandwiched between the top sheet 32 and the back sheet 33 and sealing the periphery of both sheets. The shape of the absorber 31 is not limited to the illustrated shape, and may be, for example, a rectangular shape, a gourd shape, or a T shape. In the tape-type diaper 100 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an hourglass-type absorber is adopted as the absorber 31.
(2-4. Top sheet)
The top sheet 32 is a liquid-permeable sheet disposed so as to cover the skin contact surface side of the absorber 31. The top sheet 32 allows a liquid such as urine to permeate the absorber 31 arranged on the lower surface side thereof.
As the liquid permeable material constituting the top sheet 32, for example, a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, or a porous fill can be employed. In particular, it is preferable to use a non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, or nylon that has been subjected to a hydrophilic treatment.
The top sheet 32 may be composed of a single sheet material, but may be composed of a plurality of sheet materials. For example, the structure which combined the sheet | seat arrange | positioned at the surface part of an absorber and the sheet | seat arrange | positioned at the part of a side flap may be sufficient.
(2-5. Backsheet)
The back sheet 33 is a liquid-impermeable sheet disposed so as to cover the absorber 31 from the skin non-contact surface side. The back sheet 33 prevents the liquid held by the absorber 31 from leaking outside the diaper.
As the liquid-impermeable material constituting the back sheet 33, for example, a liquid-impermeable film made of a resin such as polyethylene can be employed. In particular, it is preferable to use a microporous polyethylene film. This microporous polyethylene film is preferable in that it has a large number of fine pores of about 0.1 μm and is liquid impermeable but moisture permeable so that it can prevent the diaper from being steamed.
(2-6. Solid gather)
The three-dimensional gather 35 is a member that functions as a leak-proof wall for preventing the urine excreted by the wearer from leaking out of the diaper. The three-dimensional gather 35 may be formed by a side sheet 34 different from the top sheet 32 and the back sheet 33. For example, one end side of the side sheet 34 is fixed to the surface of the top sheet 32, and the three-dimensional gather stretchable material 41 is disposed in an extended state on the other end side. Thereby, the three-dimensional gather 35 stands up by the contraction force of the three-dimensional gather stretchable material 41, and can effectively prevent a side leak in which a liquid such as urine leaks out from the opening around the leg of the diaper.
The three-dimensional gather 35 may be formed at least on the crotch part 3 in order to prevent leakage from the crotch part 3, but may be formed on the back body 1 and the front body 2. Further, it is only necessary that at least one pair of three-dimensional gathers 35 be formed on the left and right sides of the crotch, and for example, two or more pairs may be formed on the left and right sides of the crotch.
(2-7. Various gathers)
In the tape-type disposable diaper according to the present invention, it is preferable to form the leg gathers 37 and the waist gathers 38 in addition to the three-dimensional gathers 35.
The leg-around gather 37 is a member for preventing a liquid such as urine from leaking from the opening around the leg of the disposable diaper. A leg-around elastic member 42 is disposed in an extended state along the opening around the leg portion, and a leg-around gather 37 is formed by using the contraction force of the leg-around elastic member 42. Thereby, it becomes difficult to form a gap around the leg, and urine leakage from the opening around the leg can be effectively prevented. In addition, when the leg gathers 37 are formed, the leg crotch material 42 contracts on both sides of the absorber 31 when changing the diaper, so that the crotch part 3 is deformed into a bowl shape as a whole. For this reason, urine and body fluid are collected in the crotch part 3 formed in a bowl shape, and the diaper can be easily replaced without spilling urine.
For example, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is an example in which three leg stretchable members 42 that are linear along the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the diaper are arranged around the legs of the disposable diaper. The leg-around elastic member 42 is made of, for example, thread rubber or flat rubber. However, the leg-around elastic members 42 are not necessarily arranged linearly, and may be arranged in a curved line along the curve of the leg-periphery opening, for example.
The waist gathers 38 are members for preventing leakage of urine from the opening around the waist of the disposable diaper, improving fit of the disposable diaper, and preventing the diaper from falling down. A waist elastic member 43 is disposed in an expanded state along the opening around the waist, and the waist gathers 38 are formed using the contraction force of the waist elastic material 43. Thereby, since the waist circumference opening part of a disposable diaper closely_contact | adheres to a wearer's abdomen and back part, while being able to leak urine, a feeling of fitting can be improved.
For example, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is an example in which four linear waist elastic members 43 are arranged around the waist of the disposable diaper along the short direction (left-right direction) of the diaper. The waist elastic member 43 is made of, for example, thread rubber or flat rubber, like the leg elastic member 42.
Examples of the leg-around elastic member 42 and the waist elastic member 43 include rubber made of an elastic material such as natural rubber or synthetic rubber (urethane rubber, etc.), an elastic net, an elastic film, and an elastic foam (urethane). Form). These elastic materials are fixed to other components of the diaper by an adhesive or other means. The fixing method may be, for example, adhesion using a hot melt adhesive or other highly fluid adhesive, or may be welding by heat or ultrasonic waves such as heat sealing.
(3. Manufacturing method of disposable diapers)
The overall flow of the tape diaper manufacturing method according to the present invention will be described below.
First, the absorber 31 is placed on the upper surface of a long backsheet material that is a material of the backsheet 33. Then, a long top sheet material as a material of the top sheet 32 is placed on these upper surfaces. Thereby, the intermediate body which a disposable diaper continues continuously is produced | generated. At this time, a long side sheet material as a material of the side sheet 34 may be bonded to the top sheet material, and the three-dimensional gather expansion / contraction material 41 may be disposed on the side sheet material to form the three-dimensional gather 35.
The intermediate body of the disposable diaper obtained in this way is cut out in an arc shape and cut (R cut) corresponding to the opening around the leg of the diaper to form an opening around the leg. Thereafter, the fastening tape 10 and the front patch 20 formed in separate lines are attached to the back body 1 and the front body 2, respectively. Finally, the tape-type diaper 100 can be manufactured by individually cutting the intermediate body of the disposable diaper.
Next, a method for manufacturing the front patch 20 will be described with reference to FIG.
In particular, an example in which the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 are curved in the same shape will be described below.
FIG. 9 is a diagram schematically showing the manufacturing process of the front patch 20. As shown in FIG. 9, a front patch roll 52 around which a long front patch material 51 as a material of the front patch 20 is wound is positioned upstream of the production line. From the front patch roll 52, the front patch material 51 is pulled out and conveyed along the direction of arrow A to the downstream of the production line. A cutting cutter roller 53 is positioned downstream of the front patch roll 52. The cutting cutter roller 53 has a rotation shaft and rotates in the direction of arrow B. The cutting cutter roller 53 forms the individual front patches 20 by cutting the front patch material 51 carried along the production line in a direction orthogonal to the flow direction.
Here, the cutting blade 54 of the cutting cutter roller 53 is curved in a shape corresponding to the shape of the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20. Therefore, it is possible to cut the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 by using one cutting cutter roller 53. As described above, if the shapes of the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 coincide with each other, the front patch 20 can be efficiently manufactured using the cutting cutter roller 53, and thus the manufacturing cost can be reduced. And the speed of manufacturing the front patch 20 can be improved.
Although not shown in the drawings, the cutting cutter roller 53 may be configured such that the front patch material 51 is rotated by sandwiching the front patch material 51 between an anvil roll having a flat surface.
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the front patch 20 in which the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 are both formed by curves is shown.
On the other hand, for example, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4D, the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 are linearly formed, and the upper edge 201 and a part of the lower edge 203 are left and right. If there is a horizontal part in the direction, the line pressure at the time of cutting changes in the horizontal part and other parts, so that there is a possibility that the front patch 20 is cut when cut.
In this regard, in the embodiment where the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 do not have horizontal portions in the left-right direction as in the embodiment shown in FIG. There is an advantage that cutting is difficult to occur. In particular, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, horizontal and horizontal directions are also obtained at the intersection of the upper edge 201 and each side edge (205, 206) and at the intersection of the lower edge 203 and each side edge (205, 206). Never become.
For this reason, by forming the upper edge 201 and the lower edge 203 of the front patch 20 with curves, the problem in cutting the front patch 20 individually can be solved.
The present invention can be applied to disposable diapers for infants or adults such as the elderly and persons with disabilities who need nursing care.
