The top of the medicine fertilizer collector 63 is provided with a port, one side of the port is positioned below the fertilizing device 4, and the fertilizer from the fertilizing device 4 is collected; the other side of the port is located below the applicator 5, where the pesticide from the applicator is collected. The bottom of the pesticide-fertilizer collector 63 is funnel-shaped, and the bottom port extends into the groove formed by the fertilizing furrower 61. The fertilizer discharged by the fertilizing device 4 and the pesticide discharged by the pesticide applying device 5 are mixed in the pesticide-fertilizer collector 63 and then fall into the groove formed by the fertilizing furrower 61 from the bottom port of the pesticide-fertilizer collector 63.
And a soil covering device 8 is arranged behind the seed metering device 2 and used for collecting soil on two sides into ridges and covering the sowed potato seeds. The power of the soil covering device 8 comes from a rear output shaft of the tractor, and is transmitted to the gearbox through the universal joint, and then is output to the soil covering device 8. The film covering device 9 is positioned at the rear of the soil covering device 8 and at the bottom of the frame 1 and is used for covering a plastic film on the ridge surface. A drip tape laying device 10 is arranged behind the film covering device 9 and is used for laying drip tapes in soil. The left side and the right side of the middle part of the frame 1 are symmetrically provided with land wheels 11 which are used for providing power for the seed sowing device 2, the fertilizing device 4 and the pesticide applying device 5, wherein the left land wheel transmits the power to the seed sowing device 2 and the pesticide applying device 5 respectively through chain transmission; the right land wheel transmits power to the fertilizing device 4 through chain transmission.
The seed discharging device 2 and the reseeding device 3 are provided with a missed seeding detection device 7 for detecting a missed seeding phenomenon of the seed discharging device 2 in time and sending an action command to the reseeding device 3 in time to complete a missed seeding detection function. The miss-seeding detection device 7 comprises an infrared photoelectric sensor 71 and an intelligent control box 72, wherein the infrared photoelectric sensor 71 is arranged on the seed cylinder 23 of the seed sowing device 2 and is used for detecting whether seed potatoes exist on the seed sowing spoon; intelligent control box 72 installs in the right front side of seed case 25, and intelligent control box 72 includes touch-sensitive screen, PLC and step driver, realizes man-machine interaction through the touch-sensitive screen, can realize the regulatory function of multiple parameter. The infrared photoelectric sensor 71 belongs to a diffuse reflection type and is provided with an infrared light source and a light receiving device, light emitted by the light source is received by the photosensitive element through the reflection of potato seeds, the required information is obtained through the processing of the intelligent control box 72, when the seeds are planted on the seed sowing chain spoon 21, the PLC in the intelligent control box 72 does not react, and the reseeding device 3 does not act; when no potato is planted on the seed sowing chain spoon 21, light emitted by the light source is not reflected, required information is not obtained in the intelligent control box 72, the PLC can respond to the light and timely send an action signal to the reseeding servo motor 34, and the reseeding servo motor 34 acts to complete the reseeding process. The infrared photoelectric sensor 71 is arranged at the rising stage of the seed metering chain spoon 21 after the seed metering device 2 finishes scooping seeds, the empty spoon condition of the seed metering chain spoon 21 can be timely detected in advance, the PLC sends out action command signals to the reseeding servo motor 34 within the time when the empty spoon is detected to move to the bottom seed descending stage, when the time is up, the reseeding servo motor 34 acts, and the reseeding chain spoon 31 acts for a distance of one plant distance, so that reseeding is just finished. In the invention, the mounting height of the vibration motor 24 is lower than that of the infrared photoelectric sensor 71 in the miss-seeding detection device 7, so that the miss-seeding detection is started after the seed taking chain spoon 21 finishes seed taking and realizes stable motion.
In the invention, a PLC control system sends a control signal to a reseeding servo motor 34 as an action command signal, when a seeding chain spoon 21 is empty, a miss-seeding phenomenon occurs, when the phenomenon occurs, the PLC calculates action sending time according to self programming, the time point is obtained by accumulating three times, the first time point is the time point of the distance traveled by the seeding chain spoon 21 from the current empty spoon occurrence time point to the final seeding stage is T1; the second time point is a time point T2 when the reseeding servo motor 34 acts and drives the reseeding chain spoon to move for a distance of one row spacing; and the third time point is the time point T3 of the distance that the seed potatoes fall into the seed ditch after falling off from the reseeding chain spoon, and the accumulation of the three time points is used as the delay time for the PLC to send a command to the reseeding servo motor. The accumulated time points are programmed into a PLC control system under the accumulation of three time points of T1, T2 and T3. Meanwhile, after the PLC sends an action command, the reseeding device 3 must be ensured to act and move for a distance of one plant spacing, so that the time point T2 can be calculated conveniently. Meanwhile, after the reseeding device 3 acts, the reseeded seed potatoes can fall into the correct position where the seeds are thrown out by normal seed sowing, the plant spacing of normal sowing is guaranteed, and the planting requirements of users are met.
When the potato planter works, the planter is connected to a tractor in a trailing mode, the tractor drives the planter to work, the tractor inputs power into a transmission system of a gearbox to drive the soil covering device 8 to work, and the sowed potatoes are covered with soil and ridged. Meanwhile, the left land wheel 11 and the right land wheel 11 drive the seed sowing device 2, the fertilizing device 4 and the pesticide applying device 5 to act through chain transmission in the rotating process. When the miss-seeding phenomenon occurs, the reseeding device 3 sends reseeding actions to reseed seeds in time; the soil covering device 8 covers soil and forms ridges in time, the film covering device 9 covers plastic films on ridge surfaces, and the drip irrigation tape laying device 10 lays drip irrigation tapes on the soil layer surfaces, so that multiple operation procedures of precision seeding, fertilization, pesticide application, soil covering, film covering, drip irrigation tape laying and the like can be completed at one time through the soil covering device.
The intelligent potato reseeding machine with the miss-seeding detection and reseeding functions provided by the invention is described in detail above. the ditching device comprises a fertilization ditcher (61), a seeding ditcher (62) and a pesticide-fertilizer collector (63), the fertilization ditcher (61) is positioned under the fertilization device (4) and the pesticide application device (5), the fertilization ditcher (61) comprises two symmetrically-arranged ditching disks, the two ditching disks are connected with the middle part of the front end of the rack (1) through a connecting rod, the ditching disks are fixedly connected with the bottom of the connecting rod through U-shaped bolts, the top of the connecting rod is connected with the rack (1), and a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the connecting rod at intervals in the vertical direction;
