When the first positioning jig 10 and the second positioning jig 60 are fixedly coupled by the fixing member 90, the fixing peg 603 is inserted into the fixing hole 104, further enhancing the stability of the assembly.
After the first positioning fixture 10 and the second positioning fixture 60 are fixedly connected by the fixing member 90, in step S106, as shown in fig. 11a and 11b, the other side of the adhesive member 30 faces the inner side of the arc-shaped display portion 202, and the clamping portion 703 of the sliding member 70 is placed in the sliding groove 102 of the first positioning fixture 10 and slides along the sliding groove 102, so as to press and attach the other side of the adhesive member 30 to the inner side of the arc-shaped display portion 202.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the second positioning jig 60 further includes a plurality of second positioning holes 604 on the side surface in the length direction; as shown in fig. 6, the sliding member 70 further includes a plurality of second positioning pillars 705, which are arranged in the same direction as the first positioning pillars 704, and the second positioning pillars 705 are located on a third surface perpendicular to the first surface 703, that is, on a side surface in the length direction of the sliding member 70; the second positioning post 705 is matched with the second positioning hole 604 to further limit the sliding direction of the sliding fixing component, that is, the sliding direction of the sliding fixing component is the length direction of the second positioning post 705, and when the sliding fixing component slides to the end of the sliding groove 102 far away from the central axis of the first positioning fixture 10, the adhesive member 30 can be accurately attached to the inner side of the arc-shaped display portion 202.
When the adhesive member 30 is accurately attached to the inner side of the arc display portion 202, the positioning member 40 having a plurality of positioning blocks 401 is also accurately attached to the inner side of the arc display portion 202. At this time, the S107 detachment step is performed: the slide 70 and the second positioning jig 60 are removed, and the curved screen 20 is taken out from the first positioning jig 10.
Specifically, when the plurality of position-limiting members 80 are removed first, the sliding member 70 and the positioning member 40 can be detached, and the sliding member 70 can be taken out from the sliding groove 102. Subsequently, the fixing member 90 is removed, and the second positioning jig 60 is taken out in a vertically upward direction, and finally the curved screen 20 is taken out along the hollow portion of the first positioning jig 10, so that the structure shown in fig. 12 is obtained.
Finally, the assembling step of the curved screen 20 and the middle frame 50 is performed, that is, step S108: the curved screen 20 is positioned and assembled on the middle frame 50 through the positioning block 401 attached to the positioning piece 40 on the inner wall of the arc-shaped display part 202 and matched with the positioning groove 501 of the middle frame 50, so that the curved screen module is formed, and the assembly of the curved part of the curved screen 20 is completed.
According to the assembling method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the positioning piece provided with the positioning block is adhered to the inner side of the arc-shaped display part of the curved screen through the adhesive piece, the positioning grooves are correspondingly arranged on the side edge of the middle frame in the length direction, and the positioning block is matched with the positioning grooves, so that the curved screen is assembled on the middle frame and is fixedly connected with the middle frame, and the problem that the large-radian curved screen is difficult to assemble on the middle frame is solved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a mobile terminal, which comprises the curved screen module provided by the embodiment, and the mobile terminal can be a smart phone or a tablet computer and the like.
The curved screen module, the assembly method thereof and the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention are described in detail, a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation mode of the invention, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the technical scheme and the core idea of the invention; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
