In the related art, taking a curved surface screen smart phone as an example, a curved surface display module of the curved surface screen smart phone is adhered to a middle frame through glue so as to realize fixing and sealing effects. Generally, as shown in fig. 1, in the process of assembling a mobile phone, a dispensing gap 5 of about 0.15mm is generally designed between a frame portion 1 of a middle frame and a light-transmitting cover plate 4 of a curved display module, and the dispensing gap 5 can be used for filling glue so as to achieve adhesion and fixation of the curved display module on the middle frame, thereby completing assembly of the curved display module.
However, in the actual assembly process, it is found that the size of the dispensing gap between the middle frame and the curved surface display module is not easy to control due to assembly deviation, so that the glue path is not uniform; or the glue dispensing gap is reduced due to overlarge pressure during assembly, and the glue filled in the glue dispensing gap can be extruded out of the glue dispensing gap due to excessive extrusion, so that the thickness of a glue path is insufficient, and risks such as glue dropping or poor sealing of the product appearance exist.

The application aims to provide an electronic device, which solves the problems that when a display module of the existing electronic device is adhered and fixed with a middle frame, the size of a glue dispensing gap between the display module and the middle frame is not easy to control, glue is easy to overflow, and the assembly stability of the display module and the middle frame is affected.

Wherein the middle frame comprises a frame part 1 for forming the side wall of the electronic equipment, and a supporting structural member 2 is arranged on the inner surface of the frame part 1. The display module comprises a display screen 3 and a light-transmitting cover plate 4 covered on the display screen 3. In the conventional assembly process of the display module of the electronic device, referring to fig. 1, although the glue dispensing gap 5 is preset between the middle frame and the display module, no structure which may be used for supporting is designed between the side portion of the display module and the middle frame, so that the situation that the glue dispensing gap 5 becomes smaller easily occurs in the assembly process of the display module due to the action of pressure, and poor phenomena such as glue overflow and falling easily occur, or poor tightness and poor connection stability between the display module and the middle frame can be caused due to the glue overflow.
In the embodiment of the application, through reasonably improving the structure of the middle frame, the support structural member 2 is additionally arranged on the inner surface of the frame part 1, the support structural member 2 has a certain supporting and positioning function, a stable and uniform dispensing gap 5 can be formed between the display module and the middle frame by the design, and the situation that the dispensing gap 5 is reduced due to large screen pressing force (assembly pressure) in the assembly process is difficult to happen, so that the adhesive filled in the dispensing gap 5 can not overflow, and finally, the display module can be stably adhered and fixed on the middle frame. In addition, in the dispensing sealing of the display module and the middle frame, the supporting structural member is positioned in the area filled with the adhesive (such as glue) and cannot be exposed, so that the appearance quality of the electronic equipment cannot be affected.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the supporting structural member 2 is additionally arranged on the middle frame, so that the phenomena of overflow, falling off and the like of glue in dispensing sealing can be avoided, the phenomena of poor tightness between the display module and the middle frame and poor connection stability of the display module and the middle frame can be avoided, and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the middle frame includes a frame portion 1 for forming a side wall of an electronic device, a plurality of support structural members 2 are disposed on an inner surface of the frame portion 1, and the plurality of support structural members 2 are uniformly disposed on the inner surface of the frame portion 1.

The cross section of the protruding structure can be in a regular shape such as arc, rectangle, trapezoid and the like. Of course, other shapes are also possible, as long as the display module can be stably supported, and the display module can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs by a person skilled in the art, which is not limited by the present application.
Specifically, the supporting structural member 2 is a protruding structure with a rectangular section, and on the basis of the structure, the height of the supporting structural member 2 is 0.1-0.13 mm, the width is 0.3-0.4 mm, and the length is 0.6-1.0 mm. The support structure 2 has small size and is easy to be uniformly arranged, and the adhesive 6 can also shield the support structure 2 after the adhesive 6 is filled between the light-transmitting cover plate 4 and the inner surface of the frame part 1 and between the light-transmitting cover plate 4 and the support structure 2. In addition, the height of the supporting structural member 2 can be set to be 0.1 mm-0.13 mm in size of the glue-line gap 5, and the size range is suitable for the assembly requirements of most mobile phones.
In an alternative example of the application, the intermediate frame is of integral construction with the support structure 2. It should be noted that fig. 3 shows a schematic illustration in which a dispensing gap 5 is formed between the display module and the middle frame, but the dispensing gap 5 is not filled with an adhesive 6 (i.e. glue). Fig. 4 shows a schematic illustration of forming a dispensing gap 5 between the display module and the middle frame, and filling the adhesive 6 (i.e. glue) in the dispensing gap 5, i.e. filling the adhesive 6 between the transparent cover plate 4 and the inner surface of the frame portion 1 and between the transparent cover plate 4 and the supporting structure 2. The adhesive 6 may conceal the support structure 2.
In an alternative example of the present application, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, an assembling groove 11 is provided on the inner surface of the rim portion 1 of the center; the supporting structural member 2 is arranged in the assembly groove 11, and the supporting structural member 2 is of a ladder structure. In this example, an assembly groove is formed in the inner surface of the frame 1 to accommodate and fix the support structure 2.
As shown in fig. 8, the support structure 2 is, for example, a stepped structure, and includes a first step surface 21 and a second step surface 22 higher than the first step surface 21; the first step surface 21 is used for avoiding the display screen 3, and the second step surface 22 is used for supporting the light-transmitting cover plate 4. For example, the display module comprises a plane part and curved surface parts positioned at two sides of the plane part; the curved surface portion is adhered and fixed to the frame portion of the middle frame.
The display screen may be, for example, an active matrix organic light emitting diode screen (AMOLED screen). Compared with the traditional display panel, the AMOLED has the characteristics of higher reaction speed, higher contrast ratio and wider visual angle, has good display effect, and can improve the use experience of a user.
The edge of the display screen 3 is fixed to the inner surface of the frame 1, for example, by double-sided adhesive tape. Thus, the whole display module can be firmly arranged on the middle frame.
In an alternative example of the present application, the middle frame further includes a bottom plate portion, the frame portion 1 is connected to an edge of the bottom plate portion and is disposed around the bottom plate portion, and the frame portion and the bottom plate portion enclose a receiving cavity on one side; the display screen 3 is located in the accommodating cavity, for example, and the light-transmitting cover plate 4 covers the accommodating cavity.
