Specifically, the user may input information related to a travel (e.g., information about travel round-trip time, travel round-trip location, travel mode, etc.) in a third application capable of providing travel services, and generate a corresponding travel data sheet through the third application, where the travel information of the travel of the user is recorded in the travel data sheet, and then the user may send the travel data sheet to the first application through the third application, and after receiving the travel data sheet, the first application may generate a corresponding travel processing request according to the travel data recorded in the travel data sheet, that is, equivalent to receiving the travel processing request sent by the user through the third application, where when sending the travel data sheet to the first application through the third application, it is necessary to pre-associate a first account number used by the user in the first application with a first account number used by the user in the third application, therefore, the third application can send the travel data sheet to the first application according to the pre-established account association relation.
For example, suppose that after the user a logs in the third-party application through the user account a registered in the third-party application in advance, each travel control can be selected in the travel data interface of the third application (certainly, the travel data can also be directly input in the travel data interface), and after the user a determines each travel control selected by the user a in the third application, the third application generates a corresponding travel data sheet according to the travel control selected by the user, and presents the corresponding travel data sheet to the user. The third application described here may be an application other than the first application and the second application described in the embodiments of the present application, or may be the second application described in the embodiments of the present application, that is, the travel mission may be generated not only in the first application but also in any one of the micro applications in the first application, and is not particularly limited here.
In practical applications, when a business leader appoints a business employee to go on a business trip, the business leader usually sends a business trip notification to the business employee through a first application in advance, and the business trip notification usually records detailed information of the whole business trip, such as business trip round trip time, business trip round trip location, and the like, so in order to further facilitate the business trip application of a user, in the embodiment of the application, after the user (i.e. a business employee) receives information about the business trip notification sent by other users (where other users may be business leaders or other business employees) through the first application, the first application may recognize the information as a business trip notification according to the content contained in the information, and when the first application monitors that the user performs a specified operation on the business trip notification (e.g. clicking a confirmation execution control in the business trip notification, or pressing a text display box of the business trip notification for a long time, and the like), the first application can extract the travel data related to the travel notification, and generate a corresponding travel processing request according to the extracted travel data, namely, when it is monitored that the user performs a specified operation on the travel notification, the first application receives the travel processing request sent by the user.
In addition to the above-mentioned several ways, in this embodiment of the application, the first application may further include a voice receiving function related to the travel, and when the user starts the voice receiving function, the travel data may be input into the first application in a voice manner, in this process, the first application may collect the voice information of the user, and recognize the travel data included in the voice information through a preset voice recognition model, such as the travel round-trip time, the travel round-trip location, the travel way, and the like, and generate a corresponding travel processing request according to the recognized travel data, that is, equivalently, the travel processing request sent by the user is received in a voice collecting manner.

In order to more clearly, concisely and regularly display the generated travel order, in the embodiment of the present application, the first application may generate the travel order displayed in the form of a travel card according to the received travel processing request, as shown in fig. 5.

The first application can generate the travel order as shown in fig. 5 according to the received travel processing request, the travel order is displayed in the interface of the first application in a travel card mode, and the user can visually check the round trip information and the travel mode of the travel through the travel card, so that convenience is brought to the user.
Of course, in addition to displaying the travel orders in the form of travel cards, other display manners may be used, such as displaying the entire travel order in a single page, which is not described herein.
S303: and when the fact that the travel order meets the preset conditions is monitored, obtaining travel data related to the travel order from a second application, and providing travel service for the user according to the travel data.
For an enterprise, business trip applications of enterprise employees usually need to be audited, firstly, the enterprise employees are prevented from handling private matters by using enterprise resources, secondly, the business trip of the enterprise employees is ensured, and the enterprise employees are prevented from going out privately by using business trip time.
Based on the above reasons, in the embodiment of the present application, after the first application generates the corresponding travel order according to the received travel service request, it is not immediately required to obtain the travel data related to the travel order from the second application, but it is required to monitor whether the travel order meets the preset condition, if so, obtain the travel data related to the travel order from the second application, and if not, prompt the user to modify the travel order, where whether the travel order mentioned herein meets the preset condition means that after the travel order is generated, the first application needs to monitor whether the travel order passes the review of the travel application, and if the travel order passes the travel review, determine that the travel order meets the preset condition, and then obtain the travel data related to the travel order from the second application.
For the auditing mode of the business order, the following modes can be adopted: the business leaders or enterprise supervisors are required to verify business applications proposed by the enterprise employees to ensure whether the business applications are business assigned business applications. Therefore, in this embodiment of the present application, if a first application generates a corresponding travel order according to a received travel processing request, the travel order may be sent to a first designated user in the first application, where the first designated user is an enterprise leader or an enterprise supervisor that can audit the travel order, and in a process of sending the travel order to the first designated user in the first application, a user may find the first designated user that can audit the travel order in an enterprise address book stored in the first application, and then send the travel order to the first designated user through the first application.
In addition to the above-mentioned manner, in this embodiment, the first application may also automatically send the travel order to the first designated user without any active operation of the user, because, in practical applications, an enterprise leader or an enterprise supervisor generally has special authority for the first application, such as a group owner, an administrator, and the like in the group, and therefore, in this embodiment, after the first application generates the travel order, the first application may send the travel order to the group owner or the administrator (i.e. the first designated user) in the enterprise group to which the user belongs in the first application, and monitor the audit state of the travel order, and when the first designated user audits and performs an audit passing operation on the travel order, the first application may monitor that the audit state of the travel order is passed, and may determine that the travel order satisfies the preset condition, and then acquiring the travel data related to the travel order from the second application in the subsequent process, wherein the display mode of the audit state of the travel order is shown in fig. 6A and 6B.

When a user initiates a business trip application through a first application (i.e. the first application receives a business trip processing request sent by the user), the first application can generate and display a travel card (i.e. the travel card is a business trip order) as shown in fig. 6A according to the business trip application, the travel card is marked with an audit status as shown in fig. 6A, and as can be seen from fig. 6A, the travel card is currently in the process of being audited, and once the first application monitors the audit of the trip card business leader or business director (i.e. the first designated user), the audit status marked on the travel card may be updated to an audited status, as shown in figure 6B, the display can enable the user to visually check the auditing state of the business trip application proposed by the user at the current moment, and provides convenience for the subsequent business trip application operation of the user.
It should be noted that, in addition to sending the generated travel order to the first specified user in the first application to review the travel order, in the embodiment of the present application, the first application may also automatically complete the review work on the travel order. Specifically, in practical applications, an enterprise leader or an enterprise supervisor usually sends a business trip notification to a user through a first application, and the business trip notification is usually stored in the first application, so in this embodiment of the present application, the first application may check whether a currently generated business trip order is an effective business trip order according to each stored business trip notification, and a specific implementation manner may be: after the first application generates the corresponding travel order according to the received travel processing request, the travel characteristic information in the travel order can be extracted (the travel characteristic information can be information such as travel round-trip time, travel round-trip location, travel form, etc.), and then, the first application can compare the travel characteristic information with the stored contents of each travel notice, if a certain travel notice is matched with the travel characteristic information, the first application determines that the travel order is approved, that is, the travel order satisfies the predetermined condition, and if the first application does not find the travel notice matching with the travel characteristic information in the travel notices, the travel order may be re-sent to a first designated user (i.e., business leader or business director) in the first application and audit work for the travel order may be completed by the first designated user.
For the manner of obtaining the travel data related to the travel order from the second application, in this embodiment of the application, when the first application monitors that the travel order satisfies the preset condition (that is, the travel order is approved), the specified control in the travel order may be activated (of course, the specified control may also be generated), and if it is monitored that the user performs an operation on the specified control, the second application is activated, and a travel data providing interface of the second application is loaded, where the loaded travel data providing interface of the second application includes that the second application provides the travel data related to the travel order to the first application according to the travel order presented in the first application, as shown in fig. 7A and 7B.

In fig. 7A, two designated controls are provided in the travel order, and the designated controls may be generated according to the content of the travel order, for example, when the content related to the travel order is a business trip by airplane, the first application may generate the designated control for booking the airplane and the designated control for booking the hotel in the travel order, and when the content related to the travel order is a business trip by train, the first application may generate the designated control for booking the train and the designated control for booking the hotel in the travel order. The state of the designated control corresponds to the audit state of the travel order, that is, when the first application monitors that the travel order is in the audit or the audit is not passed, the designated control is in an inactivated state, that is, the user cannot perform an operation on the designated control (certainly, the first application may not generate the two designated controls when the travel order is not passed), and if the first application monitors that the travel order is passed, the first application activates the designated control, and the user may perform an operation on the designated control in the activated state, so that when the first application monitors that the user performs an operation on the designated control, the second application is activated, and the second application jumps to the travel data providing interface of the second application as shown in fig. 7B.
The second application can display the travel control related to the travel order to the user according to the travel order provided by the first application, for example, in fig. 7B, when the user selects the airplane ordering control in the travel order, the first application jumps out the control interface of the airplane ordering in the second application for the user to select, wherein the control interface displayed by the second application to the user is selected according to the travel order, for example, when the content in the travel order is 2016 6 month 3 to 2016 6 month 23, beijing-hang state, and when the airplane is traveling, the control interface displayed by the second application to the user is 2016 6 month 3 to 2016 year 23, beijing-hang state, and the airplane control interface is displayed by the second application directly in the airplane control for the suitable shift without manually inputting the travel time, The travel and the round trip location, thereby providing convenience for the user.
Of course, in addition to the above-described manner, in this embodiment of the application, if the first application monitors that the travel order satisfies the preset condition (that is, the travel order is approved), a message for acquiring the travel data related to the travel order may be sent to the second application, and after the second application receives the message sent in the first application, the second application may provide the travel data related to the travel order to the first application according to the message, so that the first application acquires the travel data related to the travel order returned by the second application according to the message. The whole process is equivalent to the transmission of travel data between the first application and the second application through a preset interface.
In addition to the two manners described above, in this embodiment of the application, after monitoring that the travel order satisfies the preset condition, the first application may obtain a travel webpage of the second application in an H5 manner, where the travel webpage is generated according to the content of the travel order, and the user may select a travel control in the travel webpage, so that the first application may obtain travel data related to the travel order according to the control selected by the user in the travel webpage, that is, obtaining the travel data related to the travel order from the second application is equivalent to obtaining the travel data related to the travel order from the second application.
In addition to manually selecting each travel content through the travel data providing interface displayed by the second application, the second application can automatically generate travel data related to the travel order according to the travel order in the first application for the user to subsequently select. For example, if the content of the travel order generated by the first application is 2016, 6 and 3 to 2016, 6 and 23, beijing-hangzhou, when the airplane goes out, the second application can directly screen out appropriate flights for the user according to the travel order and correspondingly generate travel data, and then the first application can acquire and display the travel data from the second application for the user to select.
It should be noted that, a precondition for the first application to obtain the travel data related to the travel order from the second application is that the first application has an interface capable of accessing the second application, and on this basis, optionally, an association relationship between a first account of the user in the first application and a second account of the user in the second application may also be established.
When the first application determines that the first account and the second account have the association relationship, the first application can log in the second application through the second account, namely, the second application is activated through the second account, so that the second application displays a travel data providing interface related to the travel order to a user. In addition, the first application can also directly send a message for acquiring travel data related to the travel order to the second application through the second account, so that the travel data related to the travel order returned by the second application according to the message is received in the subsequent process. And if the first application determines that the first account and the second account have no association relationship, acquiring a login window of the second application and displaying the login window to the user, so that the user can login the second application by inputting the second account in the login window. Meanwhile, the first application can record the second account input by the user and establish the association relation with the first account for subsequent use.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the first application acquires the travel data related to the travel order from the second application, the first application may further generate each sub-travel order corresponding to each travel in the travel order according to the travel data, for example, a travel route of one user may be from beijing to shanghai, from shanghai to guangzhou, from guangzhou to nanjing, and finally from nanjing to beijing.
Each traveling order can be hidden in the traveling order under a normal state, when the first application monitors that the user performs specified operations such as long press, click and the like on the traveling order, the first application can arrange and display each traveling order hidden in the traveling order to the user according to the time sequence of each travel in the traveling order, wherein each traveling order can also be displayed in a manner of each travel card, as shown in fig. 6.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view illustrating a display manner of each sub-travel order according to an embodiment of the present application.
In fig. 8, the first application shows the travel order and the travel orders, wherein the travel card marked with beijing-nanjing is the travel order, and the travel cards marked with beijing-shanghai, shanghai-guangzhou, guangzhou-nanjing, and nanjing-beijing are the travel orders produced by the first application according to the travel data related to the travel order obtained from the second application, except for the travel card corresponding to the travel order, other travel cards can be hidden in the travel card corresponding to the travel order at ordinary times, when the first application monitors that the user performs the click operation on the travel card corresponding to the travel order (i.e. the user performs the designated operation on the travel order), the hidden travel card can pop up the travel card corresponding to the travel order, and are arranged and displayed in sequence from top to bottom according to the time sequence of each journey. The display mode is clear to the user, and the user can visually check the travel cards involved in the travel process only by simple operation, so that convenience is provided for the user.
For the business trip management of enterprises, the trip expense settlement is a crucial link. In order to provide a flexible and variable mode, the enterprise can set up various settlement rules for the business trip settlement of the enterprise employees through a first application, such as rules of accounting for the enterprise, personal settlement of the enterprise employees, mixed settlement of the enterprise and the individuals, and the like, wherein the rules can be selected by users, and the enterprise can also set up the settlement rules which can be used by the enterprise employees according to the grades of the enterprise employees. Therefore, when the first application settles the travel order, the settlement rule of the user in the first application may be determined first, and then the first application may settle the fee required by the travel order according to the settlement rule, wherein when the first application monitors that the user performs the settlement operation on the travel order, the fee required by the travel order may be settled according to the settlement rule of the user in the first application, as shown in fig. 9A and 9B.

The travel card corresponding to the travel order shown in fig. 9A is provided with a payment control, and if the first application monitors that the user performs an operation on the payment control, the payment control can settle the fee required by the travel order according to the settlement rule of the user in the first application. For fig. 9B, since the travel card corresponding to the plurality of travel orders is displayed in fig. 9B, the travel card corresponding to each travel order is provided with the payment control, and for the travel card corresponding to each travel order, when the first application monitors that the user performs the click operation on the payment control arranged on the travel card, the fee required by the travel order corresponding to the travel card can be settled according to the settlement rule of the user in the first application.
Because the settlement rules set by the enterprise for the enterprise staff comprise rules of enterprise settlement, personal settlement, mixed settlement of the enterprise and the personal and the like, when the first application is used for settling the travel order and determining that the cost required by the travel order needs to be settled by the user, the cost required by the user for settling the travel order can be settled through the first account of the user. For the settlement rules of enterprise settlement and mixed settlement of enterprises and individuals, the person responsible for enterprise settlement of the travel fees of employees of the enterprise is usually the fund manager in the enterprise, such as accounting, so when the first application determines that the fees (total fees or partial fees) of the travel order need to be settled for the enterprise to which the user belongs according to the settlement rules of the user in the first application, when the user performs settlement operation on the travel order, the first application can send the travel order to the second designated user (the second designated user is the person responsible for managing the enterprise funds) in the first application, the second designated user can use the enterprise funds to settle the fees (total fees or partial fees) needed for the travel order after receiving the travel order, and the first application once completes the settlement work on the travel order by the second designated user, the settlement status of the travel order can be updated to the settled status, thereby completing the settlement work of the travel order.
It should be noted that when the enterprise account is registered in the first application, the invoice information may also be submitted, so that the invoice information may be automatically obtained regardless of whether the enterprise completes payment or the individual completes payment, so as to obtain the invoice required for reimbursement.
Thus, whether the payment is enterprise payment or personal payment, the invoice data can be automatically acquired to prepare for subsequent financial reimbursement.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first application completes payment of the travel order, a travel service card is generated so as to provide travel services for the user subsequently. The first application stores the data in the travel order in the server after completing payment of the travel order and establishes a mapping relationship between the data in the travel order and the enterprise account.
If the account type contained in the travel order is a non-enterprise type, determining the enterprise account to which the account name belongs according to the account name, and further establishing a mapping relation between data in the travel order and the enterprise account, so that financial staff can know consumption data of the travel in detail to accurately report and sell the travel for the user.
On one hand, for enterprise users, a manager of an enterprise can query historical travel data in a management platform provided by a first application by using an enterprise account, so that travel management is streamlined; on the other hand, the management platform (i.e., the server) provided by the first application may also provide a travel analysis report for the enterprise user based on the historical travel data of the enterprise user, and provide a travel optimization strategy for the enterprise user according to the result of the travel analysis report, so as to improve the accuracy of the enterprise travel management.
It should be noted that, in practical application, the travel standards corresponding to each enterprise employee are different, some enterprise employees have higher travel standards, some enterprise employees have lower travel standards, and in order to effectively control the travel cost of an enterprise, the enterprise can set the travel standards for each enterprise employee of the enterprise through the first application, the setting work of the travel standards is usually set by an enterprise leader or an enterprise supervisor of the enterprise, and for each enterprise employee, the respective preset travel standards can be checked in the first application, as shown in fig. 10A and 10B.

The control with the travel standard is displayed in fig. 10A, when the user logs in the first application through the first account number registered in the first application in advance, the user clicks the control with the travel standard to pop up the preset travel standard of the user, as shown in fig. 10B, the user can not only check the preset travel standard of the user through the travel standard interface shown in fig. 10B, but also implement control over settlement cost of the travel order through the preset travel standard in the subsequent process of the first application.
In order to realize effective management and control of the settlement cost of the travel order, before the first application settles the cost of the travel order, whether the settlement cost required by the travel order exceeds the preset travel standard or not can be judged according to the preset travel standard corresponding to the user, if so, the settlement cost of the travel order is determined to exceed the standard, the user is prompted to modify the travel order, if not, the settlement cost of the travel order is determined to meet the standard, and then the cost required by the travel order is settled according to the settlement rule of the user in the first application.
Considering that the cost of the travel order varies with the month, the festival, etc., for example, when the flight is short, the cost of the travel order may be provided accordingly, and for example, when the holiday is encountered, the cost of the hotel may rise, thereby affecting the settlement cost of the travel order. In other words, the cost required for the travel order is affected by the objective factors, except that the user does not pay attention to the preset travel standard and the cost exceeds the standard.
In order to avoid adverse effects of objective factors on the business trip order charge settlement process, in the embodiment of the application, when the first application determines that the settlement charge required by the business trip order exceeds the standard according to the preset business trip standard of the user, the business trip order can be sent to a first specified user (such as an enterprise leader or an enterprise supervisor) of the first application for secondary audit, and if it is monitored that the business trip order passes the secondary audit of the first specified user, the first application can settle the charge required by the business trip order according to the settlement rule of the user in the first application. And if the first application monitors that the travel order does not pass the secondary audit of the first specified user, the first application can prompt the user to modify the travel order, so that the settlement cost required by the modified travel order meets the preset travel standard.
In order to further provide convenience for the user during the travel process, in the embodiment of the present application, after the first application completes the settlement work for the travel order, the first application may monitor the current status information of the user, where the status information includes, but is not limited to, the current time information of the user, the current location information of the user, and the like. The first application can determine a travel order matched with the state information according to a preset reminding rule, and then pushes service information related to the travel order to the user according to the travel order and the determined current state information of the user. The travel order is a travel order corresponding to a travel which is not completed by the user.
For example, if it is shown in one travel order in the first application that the user B needs to take an airplane from the beijing airport to shanghai at 19 o 'clock at 8 o' clock at 7 m.p.m. in 2016, because the travel order is in an unexecuted state (i.e., the travel order is a travel order corresponding to a trip that the user has not completed yet), the first application needs to obtain the current state information of the user at any moment, and when the current time is monitored to be 16 o 'clock at 8 o' clock at 7 m.p.m. in 2016, the user can be prompted to arrive at the airport to prepare taking an airplane, and according to the current position of the user B, the user B is pushed with taking information to the airport, and the like.
For another example, suppose that a sub-travel order in the first application indicates that the user C needs to check in a hotel at 20 o 'clock in 2016, 8, 13, therefore, when the first application determines that the current time information is 18 o' clock in 2016, 8, 13, the first application can provide the user C with the riding route information according to the current location information of the user and the location information of the hotel, and meanwhile push some dining information about the hotel to the user C for the user C to refer to.
The first application can push some service information related to the travel order to the user according to the current state information of the user, and also can obtain some state change information related to the travel order, such as flight delay and the like.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, a user may encounter a travel change during a travel, and at this time, the user may modify and execute a determination operation on a travel order or a travel order related to the travel change in the first application, and after monitoring that the user executes a change operation on a travel in the travel order, the first application may determine a changed travel and an unchanged travel of the user according to a previous travel order and regenerate a new travel order, and then the first application may send the regenerated travel order to a first designated user (i.e., an enterprise leader or an enterprise supervisor, etc.) in the first application for auditing, and when it is monitored that the regenerated travel order passes the auditing of the first designated user, the expense that has not been settled in the regenerated travel order may be settled according to a settlement rule of the user in the first application, and the refund is carried out for the expense corresponding to the travel which is already settled and is not carried out any more in the following.
It can be seen from the above method that, after the first application applied to enterprise management obtains the travel processing request sent by the user, the first application can generate a corresponding travel order according to the travel service request, and obtain travel data related to the travel order from the second application used for travel service through the travel order, so that the second application can be called by the first application of enterprise management, and the travel data related to the travel order is obtained from the second application, thereby effectively implementing travel management on enterprise employees in the first application, improving enterprise management efficiency, and providing a convenient way for travel management of enterprises, and further improving user experience of the user on enterprise management software.
To further clarify the overall process of the travel service processing, in the embodiment of the present application, a schematic diagram of the detailed travel service processing process is provided, as shown in fig. 11.

Fig. 11 shows three business trip service processes of business lead business trip, business employee business trip, and business employee private business trip, for the business trip service process of business lead, since business lead is responsible for the business trip application (i.e. business trip order) audit work of other business employees, the business trip application proposed by the business lead does not need to be audited, but can directly generate a corresponding business trip order through the first application without auditing the business trip order, in the subsequent process, the first application can judge the settlement cost required by the business trip order, and if it is determined that the settlement cost required by the business trip order exceeds the preset business trip standard corresponding to the business lead itself, the business trip order can be sent to other first designated users in the first application (e.g. a business or a business supervisor at a higher level), when it is monitored that the travel order passes the audit of other first designated users in the first application, the fee generated by the travel order can be settled, wherein when the first application settles the travel order, the settlement needs to be performed according to the settlement rule of the enterprise leader in the first application, and the settlement mode can be to deduct corresponding fee from an account of an enterprise or an account of an individual, or a platform based on the second application pays the fee generated by the travel order and subsequently settles the fee with the enterprise or the individual in a monthly or seasonal mode.
For the business trip service processing process of the enterprise employee, when the enterprise employee applies for a business trip through a first application, the first application can receive a business trip processing request sent by the user, and generate a corresponding business trip order according to the business trip processing request, then the first application can send the business trip order to a first designated user (i.e. an enterprise leader or an enterprise supervisor, etc.) of the first application for auditing, when the business trip order is monitored to pass the auditing of the first designated user, the business trip data related to the business trip order can be obtained from a second application, the first application can settle the expenses generated by the business trip order according to the obtained business trip data, in the settlement process, the first application can judge whether the expenses generated by the business trip order exceed the preset business trip standard of the enterprise employee in the first application, if so, the business trip order is sent to the first designated user for secondary auditing, and when the check is passed, the expense generated by the travel order is settled, and when the first application determines that the expense generated by the travel order exceeds the standard or the secondary check of the travel order is not passed, the first application can prompt the user to modify the travel order, so that the expense generated by the travel order modified by the user meets the standard.
For the condition that enterprise employees or enterprise leaders are on business, the user can directly carry out reservation work of business trips and settlement work of business trip order expenses through the first application without auditing by other personnel.
For example: the travel service provided by the first application is explained by taking employee business trips as an example.
In a first step, a user needing a business trip logs in a first application by using an account registered in the first application, inputs business trip information (such as business trip time, business trip location, business trip reason and the like) in a business trip application interface provided by the first application (or a micro application associated with the first application), and submits the business trip information to the first application. At the moment, the first application generates a business trip application form when receiving business trip information.
Optionally, when receiving the business trip information, the first application determines an enterprise group where the user is located, determines the auditing authority of the user from an enterprise personnel management database corresponding to the enterprise group, further determines whether the business trip application of the user needs to be audited based on the auditing authority, prompts the user to determine an account of an auditor if necessary, and sends the business trip application form to the account of the auditor when receiving the account of the auditor input by the user.
Optionally, when receiving an audit passing message returned by an account of an auditor, the first application prompts the user that the business trip application passes, and generates a business trip order.
Note that, the check of the business trip application may be performed at the time of the business trip application, or may be performed after the business trip order is generated, and is not particularly limited herein.
And secondly, when the first application determines that the business trip application form of the user passes the audit, generating/activating a specified control. The designated control is used for establishing a data transmission channel between the first application and the second application.
And thirdly, when the first application monitors that the user triggers the specified control, acquiring travel data related to the travel order from a second application (the second application can be an application capable of serving the travel).
Here, when acquiring the travel data related to the travel order, the second application may send a travel standard data request to the first application, that is, request to acquire the travel standard data of the user, so that the user can be helped to filter travel data of some out-of-tolerance travel standards, and user experience is improved. Therefore, when the second application acquires the travel standard data of the user from the first application, the travel data related to the travel order is pushed to the first application according to the travel standard data.
Optionally, when it is monitored that the user triggers the designated control, the first application acquires the travel standard data of the user from an enterprise personnel management database corresponding to the enterprise group, carries the travel standard data in a data acquisition request, and sends the data acquisition request to the second application.
And fourthly, the first application receives the travel data confirmation message triggered by the user and generates a travel payment order.
And fifthly, prompting the user to select a payment mode and an account of a payment auditor when the first application generates the travel payment order.
And if the first application receives the enterprise payment request sent by the user, acquiring an account of the auditor with the payment function from the enterprise personnel management database corresponding to the enterprise group, and executing the sixth step.
And sixthly, the first application sends the travel payment order to a payment auditor and prompts the payment auditor to pay.
And seventhly, the first application receives the payment account and the payment mode selected by the payment auditor, and jumps to an interface matched with the payment mode according to the payment mode to finish payment.
And eighthly, when the first application receives the payment completion message sent by the payment application, generating a travel service card so as to provide travel service for the user subsequently.
If in the fifth step, when the first application receives the personal payment request sent by the user, the account of the payment auditor needs to be determined from the personal payment request, and the travel payment order is sent to the payment auditor. And when the first application receives the payment confirmation information sent by the payment auditor, prompting the user to execute the payment operation.
And when the first application receives the payment completion message, generating a reimbursement order, determining an account of the auditor with reimbursement authority from the enterprise personnel management database corresponding to the enterprise group, and sending the reimbursement order to the determined account of the auditor.
Based on the same idea, the embodiment of the present application further provides a device for processing travel services, as shown in fig. 12.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of travel service processing provided in the embodiment of the present application, which specifically includes:
a receiving module 1201 for receiving a travel processing request sent by a user;
the order generation module 1202 generates a corresponding travel order according to the travel processing request;
an information obtaining module 1203, when it is monitored that the travel order meets a preset condition, obtains travel data related to the travel order from a second application, and provides travel services for the user according to the travel data.
The receiving module 1201 determines that a user logs in the first application through a first account, where the first account is a user account registered in the first application by the user in advance; and receiving a travel processing request sent by the user through the first account.
The information obtaining module 1203 is configured to determine whether an association relationship exists between the first account and a second account, where the second account is a user account that is registered in the second application by the user in advance; if yes, acquiring travel data related to the travel order from a second application; and if the user does not exist, acquiring and displaying a login window of the second application, and acquiring the travel data related to the travel order from the second application when the user successfully logs in the second application.
The information obtaining module 1203 determines that the travel order meets a preset condition if it is monitored that the travel order passes the audit.
The information obtaining module 1203 is configured to send the travel order to a first specified user in the first application for auditing; and if the fact that the first appointed user executes the operation of passing the audit on the travel order is monitored, determining that the travel order passes the audit.
The information obtaining module 1203 is configured to generate/activate a specified control in the travel order when it is monitored that the travel order meets a preset condition; and when it is monitored that the user performs corresponding operation on the specified control, acquiring travel data related to the travel order from the second application.
The information obtaining module 1203 sends a travel data obtaining message to a second application, and receives travel data related to the travel order, which is returned by the second application according to the travel data obtaining message; or the like, or, alternatively,
and activating a second application, and loading a travel data providing interface of the second application so as to obtain travel data related to the travel order from the travel data providing interface.
The device further comprises:
the sub-order generating module 1204 generates each sub-travel order corresponding to each travel in the travel order according to the acquired travel data.
The sub-order generating module 1204 is configured to hide the sub-travel orders in the travel orders; and when it is monitored that the user performs specified operation on the travel order, arranging and displaying the various travel orders hidden in the travel order according to the time sequence of various trips in the travel order.
The order generating module 1202 generates a travel order displayed in a travel card manner according to the travel processing request;
the sub-order generating module 1204 generates, according to the travel data related to the travel order acquired from the second application, each sub-travel order corresponding to each travel in the travel order and displayed in a travel card manner.
The device further comprises:
a settlement module 1205 that determines a settlement rule of the user in the first application; and settling the expense generated by the travel order according to the settlement rule.
The settlement module 1205 settles the cost required by the travel order according to the settlement rule when it is monitored that the user performs the settlement operation on the travel order.
The settlement module 1205, when the settlement rule indicates that the user is required to settle the travel order, settles the cost generated by the travel order through the first account; and when the settlement rule indicates that the business to which the user belongs needs to settle the business order, the business order is sent to a second specified user in the first application, so that the second user settles the expense generated by the business order.
The settlement module 1205 determines whether the cost generated by the travel order exceeds a preset travel standard corresponding to the user; if yes, prompting the user to modify the travel order; if not, the expense required by the travel order is settled according to the settlement rule.

an information pushing module 1206, determining the current state information of the user, wherein the state information includes at least one of current time information and current position information of the user; determining a travel order matched with the state information according to a preset reminding rule; and pushing service information related to the travel order to the user according to the determined travel order and the state information.
The information obtaining module 1203 is configured to obtain state change information related to the travel order corresponding to the uncompleted travel of the user; and displaying the state change information in the travel order.
When it is monitored that the user performs a change operation on a travel in the travel order, the order generation module 1202 regenerates the travel order according to the changed travel and the unchanged travel, and sends the regenerated travel order to the first specified user for auditing; and when the first appointed user is monitored to pass the audit of the regenerated travel order, settling the expense to be settled of the regenerated travel order according to a preset settlement rule.
The embodiment of the application provides a business trip service processing method and a business trip service processing device, wherein a first application receives a business trip processing request sent by a user; generating a corresponding travel order according to the travel processing request; and when the fact that the travel order meets the preset condition is monitored, acquiring travel data related to the travel order from the second application. According to the method, after the first application applied to enterprise management obtains the travel processing request sent by the user, the corresponding travel order can be generated according to the travel service request, and the travel data related to the travel order is obtained from the second application used for travel service through the travel order, so that the second application can be called through the first application of enterprise management, the travel data related to the travel order is obtained from the second application, and then the travel management of enterprise staff is effectively realized in the first application, so that the enterprise management efficiency is improved, a convenient way is provided for the travel management of enterprises synchronously, and the user experience of the user on enterprise management software is improved.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (26)

1. An order task processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first application receives an order task processing request;
the first application sends a travel order determined based on the order task processing request to the second application matched with the order type according to the cooperation relationship between the first application and at least one second application and the order type contained in the order task processing request, so as to acquire data related to the travel order from the second application matched with the order type;
and the first application processes the order task processing request based on the acquired data.
2. The order task processing method of claim 1, wherein the first application obtaining data from the second application matching the order type comprises:
and the first application determines a second application matched with the order type from a second application set establishing a cooperative relationship with the first application according to the order type contained in the order task processing request, and acquires data from the determined second application.
3. The order task processing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the acquiring, by the first application, data from the second application matching the order type includes:
the first application determines the account type of a first account used for generating the order according to the first account used for generating the order contained in the order task processing request, wherein the first account is registered in the first application by the user;
and the first application acquires data from the second application matched with the order type according to the account type.
4. The order task processing method according to claim 3, wherein the acquiring, by the first application, data from the second application matching the order type according to the account type includes:
if the account type is a non-enterprise account type, when the first application determines that a mapping relation is established between the first account and a second account, the second application is accessed by using the second account, and data is acquired from the second application, wherein the second account is registered in the determined second application by the user;
if the account type is an enterprise account type, the first application acquires data corresponding to the user permission from the second application according to the user permission of the first account in the second application when the first application determines that the first account is registered in the second application.
5. The order task processing method of claim 3, wherein if the account type is a non-enterprise account type and the order is a tolerance travel order, the first application before obtaining data from the second application, the method further comprises:
the first application determines an enterprise group to which the first account belongs, and selects a third account with higher user authority than the first account from the enterprise group according to the user authority of the first account;
the first application sends an order processing auditing request to the third account;
the first application acquires data from the second application, and the data acquisition method comprises the following steps:
and when receiving the auditing passing message returned by the third account, the first application acquires the travel data matched with the travel standard of the first account from the second application.
6. The order task processing method of any of claims 1-5, wherein the first application obtains data related to the travel order from the second application that matches the order type, comprising:
sending a data acquisition request to an application server corresponding to a second application, wherein the data acquisition request comprises the order type of the travel order and the data type required to be acquired; receiving data related to the travel order, which is determined by an application server corresponding to a second application according to the data acquisition request and forwarded by the application server corresponding to a first application; or
And generating a message for activating the running of the second application and jumping to a display interface of the second application so as to acquire data from a display page of the second application.
7. The order task processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
the travel order includes a travel time and a travel location, and the data related to the travel order includes travel data matching the travel time and the travel location of the travel order.
8. An order task processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving an order task processing request, wherein the order contained in the order task processing request is a travel order, and the travel order is created in a first application;
the acquisition module is used for sending a travel order to the second application matched with the order type according to the cooperation relationship between the first application and at least one second application and the order type contained in the order task processing request so as to acquire data related to the travel order from the second application matched with the order type;
and the processing module is used for processing the order task processing request based on the acquired data.

The order task processing device of claim 8, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to: according to the order type contained in the order task processing request, determining a second application matched with the order type from a second application set establishing a cooperative relationship with the first application, and acquiring data from the determined second application.
10. The order task processing device according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
determining the account type of a first account used for generating the order according to the first account used for generating the order contained in the order task processing request, wherein the first account is registered in the first application by the user;
and acquiring data from the second application matched with the order type according to the account type.
11. The order task processing device of claim 10, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
if the account type is a non-enterprise account type, when the mapping relation between the first account and a second account is established, accessing the second application by using the second account, and acquiring data from the second application, wherein the second account is registered in the second application determined by the user;
if the account type is an enterprise account type, when the first account is determined to be registered in the second application, obtaining data corresponding to the user permission from the second application according to the user permission of the first account in the second application.
12. The order task processing device of claim 10, wherein if the account type is a non-enterprise account type and the order is a tolerance travel order, the order task processing device further comprises:
the account selection module is used for determining an enterprise group to which the first account belongs and selecting a third account with higher user authority than the first account from the enterprise group according to the user authority of the first account;
the sending module sends an order processing and auditing request to the third account;
wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to: and when an audit passing message returned by the third account is received, acquiring the travel data matched with the travel standard of the first account from the second application.
13. The order task processing device according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
sending a data acquisition request to an application server corresponding to a second application, wherein the data acquisition request comprises the order type of the travel order and the data type required to be acquired; receiving data related to the travel order, which is determined by an application server corresponding to a second application according to the data acquisition request and forwarded by the application server corresponding to a first application; or
And generating a message for activating the running of the second application and jumping to a display interface of the second application so as to acquire data from a display page of the second application.
14. The order task processing apparatus according to any one of claims 8 or 9,
