The billing platform determines a travel order needing to be billed according to the order number; according to the lifting head in the bill opening request, determining the lifting head of the first electronic bill, and according to the lifting head, determining the tax number; or determining the tax number of the first electronic bill according to the tax number in the bill issuing request, and determining the head-up according to the tax number.
The travel orders may include at least one of the following types of orders: traffic orders, accommodation orders, dining orders, travel orders. The enterprise management platform provides the purchase service of transportation (ticket/taxi), accommodation, catering and travel products.
By way of example, an electronic ticket may refer to an electronic invoice. The electronic ticket may be a proof of purchase indicating a line order.
For example, the enterprise management server may automatically send a ticket issuing request to the issuing platform, may send a ticket issuing request in response to an indication of the management client, and may send a ticket issuing request in response to an indication of the employee client. Namely:
(1) The enterprise management server 130 may periodically and automatically send ticket issuing requests of the first enterprise to the billing platform, where the period may be preset or set by the management client, for example, the period may be one day or one month. Or the enterprise management server may send the ticket issuing request of the first enterprise to the issuing platform at regular time, where the regular time may be preset or set by the management client, for example, the regular time may be 1 day of each month. The ticket issuing request may be used to request an electronic ticket for a target travel order, where the target travel order may include all travel orders that have been traveled corresponding to the first enterprise in the present period.
For example, the enterprise management server 130 may receive a setting instruction of the ticket management function sent by the management client, where the setting instruction may carry cycle information or timing information. And the enterprise management server sends a bill issuing request of the first enterprise to the issuing platform according to the time indicated by the period information or the timing information.
In an alternative embodiment, enterprise management server 130 is configured to periodically invoke the billing interface to send a ticket issuing request to billing platform 150; wherein the ticket issuing request is for requesting the issuing platform 150 to issue at least one electronic ticket for the first enterprise, the at least one electronic ticket includes the first electronic ticket, and the at least one electronic ticket includes the electronic ticket for completing at least one travel order for traveling in the present period.
(2) All travel orders of all staff of the first enterprise can be displayed in the management client, the management client can receive the operation of selecting a target travel order from all travel orders and making an invoice, and a bill making instruction is sent to the enterprise management server and used for requesting to make an electronic bill of the target travel order. Wherein the target travel order may be a travel order of at least one employee of the first enterprise. The enterprise management server 130 may also receive a ticket issuing instruction sent by the management client, and send a ticket issuing request to the issuing platform, where the ticket issuing request is used for requesting to issue an electronic ticket for a target travel order. The billing platform returns the electronic bill of the target travel order to the enterprise management server, and the enterprise management server receives and sends the electronic bill of the target travel order to the management client.
(3) All travel orders of the first staff can be displayed on the staff client, the staff client can receive the operation of selecting target travel orders from all travel orders and making an invoice, and a bill making instruction is sent to the enterprise management server and used for requesting to make an electronic bill of the target travel orders. Wherein the target travel order may be at least one travel order of the first employee. The enterprise management server 130 may also receive a ticket issuing instruction sent by the employee client, and send a ticket issuing request to the issuing platform, where the ticket issuing request is for requesting to issue an electronic ticket for a target travel order. The billing platform returns the electronic bill of the target travel order to the enterprise management server, and the enterprise management server receives and sends the electronic bill of the target travel order to the staff client and the management client.
Optionally, after the enterprise management server acquires an electronic ticket of a travel order, the electronic ticket is synchronized with the employee client corresponding to the travel order, and the electronic ticket is synchronized with the management client corresponding to the travel order. The staff can see the electronic bill of the own travel order on the staff client, and the enterprise manager can see the electronic bill of the travel order of the staff in the enterprise on the management client.
Optionally, the accounts in the enterprise management platform are divided into employee accounts and management accounts, wherein the employee accounts are accounts without enterprise management authority, and the management accounts are accounts with enterprise management authority. When registering account numbers or before using bill management function, enterprise management platform needs to carry out identity authentication for employee account numbers and management account numbers. That is, the enterprise management server 130 stores the enterprise authentication information of the first enterprise and the employee authentication information of the first employee.
1. And (5) authenticating the identity of the staff.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the employee client 110 is configured to receive an input operation of employee authentication information, and send an employee authentication request to the enterprise management server 130. The employee authentication request carries employee authentication information and basic employee information of the first employee. The employee authentication information includes at least one of: the method comprises the steps of identifying a first employee, a labor contract of the first employee and a first enterprise, a social security payment proof of the first employee, a work card of the first employee, a practice qualification proof of the first employee and real person verification data. The employee profile includes at least one of: name, age, gender, academy, contact address, mailbox, job, time of job entry.
The enterprise management server 130 is configured to receive an employee authentication request sent by the employee client 110, authenticate the first employee based on information carried in the employee authentication request, and store employee authentication information of the first employee after the authentication is passed, so as to determine that the first employee belongs to the first enterprise.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the billing platform is further configured to manage personal tax, and the enterprise management server 130 may send a tax status query request of the first employee to the billing platform 150 in response to receiving the employee authentication request of the employee client 110, where the tax status query request is configured to request to obtain the tax status of the first employee. The billing platform receives the tax status query request and returns the tax status of the first employee to the enterprise management server. The tax status query request may carry at least one of employee authentication information and employee basic information of the first employee. The tax status includes: whether the first staff work normally pays tax, the tax paying mode of the first staff, the tax paying enterprises corresponding to the first staff work and the tax paying information of the first staff work.
The enterprise management server 130 may determine that the tax status of the first employee is normal when it is queried that the tax payment enterprise corresponding to the first employee is the first enterprise. And determining that the first employee passes the authentication under the condition that the tax status of the first employee is normal. Or the enterprise management server 130 may determine that the tax status of the first employee is abnormal when the tax payment status of the first employee is not queried, or when the tax payment enterprise corresponding to the first employee is not the first enterprise; and periodically sending a state query request of who goes to the first employee to the billing platform until the tax state of the first employee is normal or the query times exceed a time threshold (preset value). In the event that the tax status of the first employee is abnormal, the enterprise management server may determine that the first employee passes the authentication, but marks it as tax abnormal. Illustratively, the employee account with abnormal tax does not support the ticket management function (i.e., the enterprise management server automatically obtains the electronic invoice of the employee account from the billing platform by the method provided by the embodiment of the application).
2. And (5) authenticating the identity of the enterprise.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the management client 120 is configured to receive an input operation of the enterprise authentication information, and send an enterprise authentication request to the enterprise management server 130. The enterprise authentication request carries enterprise authentication information and enterprise basic information of the first enterprise. The enterprise authentication information includes at least one of: business license of the first enterprise, identity information of legal person of the first enterprise, organization code, tax registration certificate. The business base information includes at least one of: business name, business creation time, contact address, legal person, contact mailbox, business address, business website, tax payer identification number (tax number) of the business, travel payment account of the business.
The enterprise management server 130 is configured to receive an enterprise authentication request sent by the management client, perform enterprise authentication on the first enterprise based on information carried in the enterprise authentication request, and determine that the enterprise qualification information of the first enterprise is qualified after the authentication is passed.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the billing platform is further used to manage tax of an enterprise, and the enterprise management server 130 may send, to the billing platform 150, a tax status query request of the first enterprise in response to receiving the enterprise authentication request of the management client 120, where the tax status query request is used to request to obtain the tax status of the first enterprise. The billing platform receives the tax status query request and returns the tax status of the first enterprise to the enterprise management server. The tax status query request may carry at least one of enterprise authentication information and enterprise basic information of the first enterprise. The tax status includes: whether the first enterprise pays tax normally, the state of survival of the first enterprise, the state of staff pays tax of the first enterprise, and the tax payinginformation of the first enterprise.
The enterprise management server may determine that the tax status of the first enterprise is normal when the tax status of the first enterprise meets the judgment condition. For example, the judgment condition may include at least one of: the tax payment state of the first enterprise is normal, the first enterprise is continuous, the tax payment state of at least one employee of the first enterprise is normal, and the tax payment information of the first enterprise is complete. In the case that the tax status of the first enterprise is normal, the enterprise management server may determine that the first enterprise is authenticated.
In summary, the embodiment of the application provides a bill management system, in which staff can use a staff client to submit a travel order, an enterprise management server requests an electronic invoice of the travel order to an invoicing platform after the staff travels, and the electronic bill is automatically synchronized to a management client of an enterprise after the invoicing is successful. The enterprise management application program can automatically provide bill management functions for enterprises based on employment relations of the enterprises and the staff and travel orders of the staff, automatically collect and sort travel bills of the staff in the enterprises, facilitate processing and reimbursement of financial staff of the enterprises, improve management efficiency of the bills of the enterprises, improve reimbursement experience of the staff and the financial staff, avoid the conditions of staggering, false opening, ticket losing and the like, and reduce tax compliance risks of the enterprises.
In an alternative embodiment, the enterprise management server performs validity check on the travel order before sending the bill issuing request each time, and sends the bill issuing request after the validity check passes. And/or, before each electronic bill is issued, the billing platform 150 performs validity check on the bill issuing request/trip order, and generates the electronic bill after the check is passed.
As shown in fig. 8, the enterprise management server 130 is configured to send a ticket issuing request to the ticket issuing platform 150 in the case where the travel order satisfies the validity;
wherein the travel order satisfaction legitimacy includes at least one of: the first enterprise passes enterprise authentication; the first staff member passes staff member authentication of the first enterprise; the travel order has an association relationship with the first business trip item of the first employee.
For example, the enterprise management server 130 may perform enterprise identity authentication again on the first enterprise according to locally stored enterprise authentication information of the first enterprise. And/or, the enterprise management server 130 may perform employee identity authentication on the first employee again according to the locally stored employee authentication information of the first employee. And/or the first enterprise can detect whether the travel order is generated based on the first business trip item, and the first enterprise can also check whether the travel order meets the travel requirement of the first business trip item.
When the first enterprise passes the enterprise identity authentication and the first staff passes the staff identity authentication, the enterprise management server sends a bill issuing request to the issuing platform under the condition that the issuing order is generated based on the first business trip item or the issuing order accords with the issuing requirement of the first business trip item.
Optionally, the enterprise management server 130 is configured to obtain order information of an order, where the order information includes a first employee of an trip person; the method comprises the steps that staff information of a first staff is obtained according to the first staff indicated in order information, wherein the staff information comprises a first enterprise to which the first staff belongs; enterprise qualification information (enterprise authentication information) of the first enterprise is acquired.
The enterprise management server 130 is configured to verify labor contract information of the first employee and the first enterprise, verify enterprise qualification information of the first enterprise, and verify whether the travel order meets the travel requirement of the first business trip item.
The enterprise management server 130 is configured to send a ticket issuing request to the ticket issuing platform 150 if the verification passes.
Wherein the travel requirement of the first business trip event may include at least one of: the destination of the travel order is the actual business trip place of the first business trip item, the departure place of the travel order is the actual departure place of the first business trip item, the travel of the travel order is the actual business trip person of the first business trip item, the price of the travel order is not higher than the actual reimbursement amount of the first business trip item, the travel date of the travel order is within the actual business trip date of the first business trip item, and the type of the travel commodity in the travel order accords with the actual travel mode required by the first business trip item.
Optionally, after receiving the ticket issuing request, the ticket issuing platform 150 performs validity check on the ticket issuing request. For example, the billing platform can check whether a traveler who makes an order pays tax through the first enterprise, can also check whether the tax-paying state of the first enterprise is normal, can also check whether the payment account of the order is a travel payment account of the first enterprise, and the like.
The billing platform can generate a first electronic bill of the travel order under the condition that verification is passed, and send the first electronic bill to the enterprise management server. Or the billing platform can send the billing request of the travel order to the ticketing platform under the condition that the verification is passed, receive the first electronic ticket which is billed by the ticketing platform, and send the first electronic ticket to the enterprise management server.
In summary, in the system provided by the embodiment of the application, the enterprise management platform performs validity check on the travel order before requesting to issue the electronic bill, so as to ensure that the travel order is the due travel order of the first enterprise, ensure that the first employee is an employee of the first enterprise, and ensure that the enterprise qualification of the first enterprise is normal. After receiving the bill issuing request, the issuing platform can also perform validity check on information carried in the bill issuing request, and issues an electronic bill for the first enterprise after the check is passed. The system can provide bill management functions for enterprises, automatically collect and sort travel bills of staff in the enterprises, facilitate the processing and reimbursement of financial staff of the enterprises, improve the management efficiency of the enterprise bills, improve reimbursement experience of the staff and the financial staff, avoid the conditions of staggering, false opening, ticket losing and the like, and reduce tax compliance risks of the enterprises.
In an alternative embodiment, the enterprise management server 130 is configured to send a ticket issuing request to the ticket issuing platform 150 according to a first business trip item corresponding to a first enterprise, and the trip order is generated by a first staff member based on the first business trip item.
Optionally, the enterprise management platform may also provide a business trip transaction management function. The staff or the manager can create business trip matters in the enterprise management platform, and the enterprise management platform can provide targeted travel commodity selling services for the staff according to the business trip matters of the staff, so that the staff can purchase travel commodities based on the business trip matters in the enterprise management platform.
For example, when the employee needs to go out due to the business, the corresponding business trip item needs to be created on the enterprise management platform, and business trip item information such as a business trip place, a departure place, a business trip time and the like needs to be indicated in the business trip item. Then, the enterprise management platform provides a function of purchasing travel commodities based on the business trip matters, and staff can select the travel commodities to purchase in the travel commodity pages corresponding to the business trip matters. The travel commodity in the travel commodity page corresponding to the travel item is obtained through screening according to the travel item information, for example, when the travel commodity is a ticket, the ticket displayed in the travel commodity page needs to satisfy: the departure place is the departure place of the business trip item, the destination is the business trip place, and the departure time is within the business trip time.
Illustratively, a travel order for purchasing a travel commodity based on a business trip item may be bound to the business trip item, e.g., the enterprise management server may store an association of the first business trip item and the travel order.
Illustratively, the enterprise management platform provides ticket management functionality only for travel orders generated based on business trip matters. That is, the enterprise management server is configured to send a ticket issuing request of a target travel order to the issuing platform, where the target travel order is a travel order generated based on business trip matters of the first enterprise.
Alternatively, the enterprise management server may verify the association between the business trip item and the travel order before sending the request for issuing the ticket, and only if the travel order has the business trip item associated therewith, the request for issuing the ticket may be sent.
Illustratively, two ways of creating business transactions are provided.
Mode 1: in an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, employee client 110 is configured to send an initiation request for a first business trip transaction to enterprise management server 130; the initiation request carries at least one of the following information of the first business trip item: the date of the expected business, the place of the expected departure, the type of the expected business, the expected business person, the approver, the descriptive text, the expected travel mode and the expected reimbursement limit;
The enterprise management server 130 is configured to receive the initiation request, send an audit item of the first business trip item to the management client 120, and the audit item is configured to instruct the first employee to request to initiate the first business trip item;
the management client 120 is configured to receive the audit item, send an audit passing instruction of the first business trip item to the enterprise management server 130, and send the audit passing instruction carrying at least one of the following information of the first business trip item: actual business trip date, actual business trip place, actual departure place, actual business trip type, actual business trip person, actual travel mode and actual reimbursement limit;
The enterprise management server 130 is configured to receive the audit passing indication, and send an audit passing indication to the employee client 110;
the employee client 110 is configured to receive an audit passing instruction, and display audit passing prompt information, where the audit passing prompt information is used to prompt that the first business trip is audited.
That is, the employee may initiate the first business trip, fill out business trip information of the first business trip, and send the business trip information to the management account of the first enterprise for auditing, and complete the creation of the first business trip after the auditing is passed.
Optionally, after the first business trip item is created, an order control corresponding to the first business trip item can be displayed on the employee client, and the employee can enter a travel commodity page corresponding to the first business trip item by triggering the order control to purchase the travel commodity.
Mode 2: in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the management client 120 is configured to send, to the enterprise management server 130, a business trip establishment indication of the first business trip item, where the business trip establishment indication carries at least one of the following information of the first business trip item: actual business trip date, actual business trip place, actual departure place, actual business trip type, actual business trip person, actual travel mode and actual reimbursement limit;
An enterprise management server 130, configured to receive a business trip establishment instruction, send a business trip notification of a first business trip item to the employee client 110, where an actual business trip of the first business trip item is a first employee;
employee client 110 is configured to receive and display a notification of the business trip.
That is, the management account may create the first business item, fill in business item information of the first business item, instruct the employee account executing the first business item, send a business notification of the first business item to the employee client corresponding to the employee account, and complete creation of the first business item.
Optionally, after the first business trip item is created, an order control corresponding to the first business trip item can be displayed on the employee client, and the employee can enter a travel commodity page corresponding to the first business trip item by triggering the order control to purchase the travel commodity.
In an alternative embodiment, enterprise management server 130 is configured to receive an order request sent by employee client 110, and generate a travel order; the order request is a generation request of a travel order sent based on the first business trip item;
The enterprise management server 130 is configured to send a ticket issuing request to the ticket issuing platform 150 when the travel order is already on;
Wherein the travel order includes at least one of: the travel time of the travel order is within the actual business trip date of the first business trip item; the arrival place of the travel order is associated with the actual business trip place of the first business trip item; the departure place of the travel order is associated with the actual departure place of the first business trip item; the trip of the trip order is an actual trip person of the first trip item; the order price of the travel order is not more than the actual reimbursement limit of the first business trip item; the travel type of the travel order is matched with the actual travel mode of the first business trip item.
Wherein, the association of the arrival location with the actual business trip location may refer to: the arrival location (destination) in the travel order belongs to the same city as the actual business trip location. Similarly, the association of the origin with the actual origin may refer to: the departure place and the actual departure place in the travel order belong to the same city.
The identity card numbers of the passers-by and actual business associates need to be the same.
The travel type of the travel order may be used to indicate at least one of traffic type, seat class. May include at least one of: trains, airplanes, automobiles, taxi ships, business seats, first seats, second seats, first lying, second lying, economy class and the like. Optionally, the actual travel mode in the business trip event is also used to indicate at least one of traffic type and seat class. The trip type being matched with the actual trip mode may refer to at least one of: the traffic type in the travel type is the same as the traffic type in the actual travel mode, and the seat level in the travel type is not higher than the seat level in the actual travel mode.
Alternatively, the order price of the travel order may be higher than the actual reimbursement amount for the first business trip, but the excess may not be allowed to be paid using the first business trip payment account.
In an alternative embodiment, the business administration server 130 is configured to pay the travel order using the travel payment account of the first business.
The travel payment account is a public account of the first business. Alternatively, the first business' travel payment account may be set up upon authentication of the first business. The travel payment account may be a funds account of the first business in the business administration platform, and the first business may pre-charge an amount into the travel payment account to facilitate use of the funds in the travel payment account to pay the employee for the travel order of the business.
In summary, according to the system provided by the embodiment of the application, the enterprise management platform also provides a business trip item management function, an enterprise can create a business trip item of staff on the enterprise management platform, and the staff can order and purchase the travel commodity based on the business trip item. Aiming at the travel order generated based on business trip matters, the enterprise management platform can automatically issue electronic notes for enterprises without staff participating in the electronic notes issuing process, so that the issuing efficiency of the electronic notes is improved, and the electronic notes issuing errors are avoided. The system can provide bill management functions for enterprises, automatically collect and sort travel bills of staff in the enterprises, facilitate the processing and reimbursement of financial staff of the enterprises, improve the management efficiency of the enterprise bills, improve reimbursement experience of the staff and the financial staff, avoid the conditions of staggering, false opening, ticket losing and the like, and reduce tax compliance risks of the enterprises.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, an employee may use employee client 110 to place an order for a travel item, generating a travel order. The ticketing platform 140 stores the travel order and synchronizes the travel order to the billing platform 150.
The enterprise management server 130 may periodically initiate an invoicing process for the first enterprise and send a ticket issuing request to the billing platform 150. The billing platform 150 authorizes and verifies the ticket billing request and, after verification passes, the electronic ticket for the travel order is billed. The billing platform 150 sends the electronic ticket to the enterprise management server 130.
The enterprise management server 130 gathers and sorts the electronic notes of the first enterprise, and sends the electronic notes of the first enterprise to the management client 120 of the first enterprise for accounting and collection.
In an alternative embodiment, the enterprise management platform may be a beauty-group enterprise edition, the enterprise management server may be a beauty-group enterprise edition server, the employee client may be a beauty-group enterprise edition client having an employee account of the first employee logged in, and the management client may be a beauty-group enterprise edition client having a management account of the first enterprise logged in. The billing platform may be a tax administration application and the ticketing platform may be a train ticketing application.
In one application scenario, a first enterprise establishes a cooperative relationship with a beauty enterprise edition, and the first enterprise registers a management account in the beauty enterprise edition and passes enterprise identity authentication. And then, the staff in the first enterprise can register staff accounts in the American-group enterprise edition, and after the staff identity authentication is passed, the staff can be added into the American-group enterprise edition to add the first enterprise. The first enterprise is provided with a travel payment account in the beauty enterprise edition, the first enterprise needs to recharge funds in the travel payment account in advance, and the funds in the travel payment account are used for paying travel orders of staff due to business, so that staff is not required to pay for the travel orders by themselves, economic pressure of staff is reduced, and economic disputes between staff and enterprises are avoided.
Taking the first staff as an example, when the first staff needs to make business trips, first creating first business trips on the enterprise edition of the beauty group, wherein the first business trips prescribe a business trip place, a departure place, a business trip date and a travel mode. Then, the staff can enter a ticket ordering interface through the first business trip item, tickets displayed in the ticket ordering interface are tickets meeting the requirements of the first business trip item, the staff can purchase tickets from the tickets and generate a travel order, then the business version of the beauty group checks whether the book order meets the business trip requirement (whether the associated business trip item is checked, whether the business trip item is approved, whether the order content meets the requirements of the business trip item, and the like), and after the check is passed, the travel order is paid by using a travel payment account of the first enterprise.
Similarly, other employees within the first enterprise may also order tickets for business trips in this manner. Similarly, hotels, catering services, travel products and the like for business transactions can be ordered.
Then, the beauty enterprise edition periodically gathers the travel orders that the first enterprise needs to issue, for example, gathers travel orders that have not issued in association with business trips of the first enterprise, and then sends bill issuing requests of the travel orders to the tax management application program in a unified manner, so that the tax management application program issues electronic invoices of the travel orders, and returns the electronic invoices to the beauty enterprise edition. For example, before sending a bill issuing request, the corporate version of the beauty group performs validity check on all travel orders to be issued one by one, so as to ensure the authenticity of the travel orders, and ensure that the travel orders are travel orders of staff on business in the first enterprise. The tax administration application may also perform a validity check on the travel order prior to issuing the electronic invoice.
After receiving the electronic notes, the American-group enterprise edition collates the electronic notes and inputs the electronic notes into an electronic note database of the first enterprise, synchronizes the electronic notes with a management account of the first enterprise, and synchronizes the electronic notes of the account with a corresponding employee account of the first enterprise. Then, the management account can see the electronic bill of all staff going out from the company in the American-group enterprise edition, and the staff account can see the electronic bill of going out from the company in the American-group enterprise edition.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment provides an enterprise management platform, where an employee may use an employee client to submit a travel order, and the enterprise management server requests to the billing platform to make an electronic invoice for the travel order after the employee travels, and automatically synchronizes the electronic bill with the management client of the enterprise after the billing is successful. The enterprise management application program can automatically provide bill management functions for enterprises based on employment relations of the enterprises and the staff and travel orders of the staff, automatically collect and sort travel bills of the staff in the enterprises, facilitate processing and reimbursement of financial staff of the enterprises, improve management efficiency of the bills of the enterprises, improve reimbursement experience of the staff and the financial staff, avoid the conditions of staggering, false opening, ticket losing and the like, and reduce tax compliance risks of the enterprises.
Fig. 12 shows a schematic diagram of a ticket management method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method is performed by a terminal, which may be the first terminal shown in fig. 1, and on which an employee client is running. The method comprises the following steps.
Step 210: displaying an order generation interface corresponding to the first business trip item; the first business trip item is a business trip item of a first employee in a first enterprise, an employee account of the first employee is logged on an employee client, and travel order information determined according to the first business trip item is displayed on an order generation interface.
The first electronic bill is generated under the condition that the travel order meets the legality; the travel order satisfaction legitimacy includes at least one of: the first enterprise passes enterprise authentication; the first staff member passes staff member authentication of the first enterprise; the travel order has an association relationship with the first business trip item of the first employee.
Or the order information of the travel order comprises a first staff member of the travel person, and the staff member information of the first staff member comprises a first enterprise to which the first staff member belongs; the travel order satisfaction legitimacy includes at least one of: the first staff has labor contract information with the first enterprise; the enterprise qualification information of the first enterprise is qualified; the travel order meets the travel requirement of the first business trip item.
By way of example, several methods of generating a travel order based on a first business trip event are presented.
Method 1: the employee client displays a first travel console interface; the first travel operation table interface is displayed with a menu control; responding to the triggering of the order-placing control, displaying a travel commodity selection interface, wherein at least one travel commodity is displayed on the travel commodity selection interface; responding to the operation of selecting the first travel commodity, displaying a first order generation interface of the first travel commodity, wherein the first order generation interface comprises a business trip item selection control, and the business trip item selection control is used for selecting business trip items associated with orders; and responding to the triggering of the business trip item selection control to select the first business trip item, and displaying travel order information corresponding to the first business trip item in a first order generation interface.
For example, as shown in (1) of fig. 13, a first travel console interface 401 is displayed, in which an order control 402 is included, for example, the order control 402 may include: an air ticket ordering control, a train ticket ordering control, a hotel ordering control and a taxi taking control. Taking a train ticket issuing control as an example, after the employee triggers the train ticket issuing control, a train ticket searching interface shown in (2) in fig. 13 is displayed, and the employee can fill out information such as departure place, arrival place, travel date, pedestrian and the like in the train ticket searching interface and search for the train ticket. Then, a travel commodity selection interface 403 as shown in (3) in fig. 13 is displayed. The staff can select a train number in the trip commodity selection interface 403 to enter the first order generation interface, and can select the first business trip item in the first order generation interface to bind and place an order to purchase a train ticket so as to generate a trip order corresponding to the first business trip item.
Optionally, when entering the train ticket searching interface, a prompt message 407 of the train ticket substituting service shown in fig. 14 may be displayed, so as to prompt that the trip order ordered from the page may automatically issue an electronic ticket and send the electronic ticket to the management client of the enterprise.
Method 2: displaying a second travel console interface; the second travel console interface displays: the method comprises the steps that a first business trip item created by a first worker and a trip ordering control corresponding to the first business trip item are created; responding to triggering of the trip ordering control, displaying a second order generation interface, wherein ticket business preset information determined according to the first business trip item is displayed in the second order generation interface; wherein the ticket reservation information includes at least one of: a travel date determined according to the actual travel date of the first travel item; a destination determined from an actual business trip location of the first business trip event; a departure place determined according to an actual departure place of the first business trip item; a traveler determined from an actual business trip of the first business trip item; optional ticketing determined according to the actual reimbursement credit for the first business trip item; and determining optional ticket services according to the actual travel mode of the first business trip item.
For example, as shown in (1) in fig. 15, a second travel console interface 404 is displayed, in which a first business trip item and a travel order control 405 of the first business trip item are included, for example, the travel order control 405 may include: an air ticket ordering control, a train ticket ordering control and a taxi taking ordering control. Taking a train ticket order control as an example, after the employee triggers the train ticket order control, a train ticket search interface shown in (2) in fig. 15 is displayed, and information such as departure place, arrival place, travel date, passer-by and the like in the train ticket search interface is automatically filled in according to the first business trip item. For example, staff in the train ticket search interface cannot modify the ticket information and can only search for train tickets according to the automatically filled ticket information. And then displaying a travel commodity selection interface. The staff can select a train number in the travel commodity selection interface to enter the second order generation interface, and the staff can place an order in the second order generation interface to purchase a train ticket so as to generate a travel order corresponding to the first business trip item.
Method 3: displaying a third travel console interface; the third travel console interface displays: the first business trip item created by the first staff and the sojourn order control corresponding to the first business trip item; responding to triggering of the living order control, displaying a third order generation interface, wherein living preset information determined according to the first business item is displayed in the third order generation interface; wherein the living reservation information includes at least one of: a living date determined according to an actual business trip date of the first business trip item; a residence determined from the actual business trip location of the first business trip event; a resident determined from an actual business trip of the first business trip item; an optional room determined from the actual reimbursement credit for the first business trip item; an optional room is determined based on the actual business trip type of the first business trip event.
For example, as shown in (1) of fig. 15, a second travel console interface 404 is displayed in which the first travel item and the travel order control 406 of the first travel item are contained, e.g., the travel order control 406 may include a hotel order control. Taking a hotel ordering control as an example, after an employee triggers the hotel ordering control, displaying a hotel search interface, wherein hotel search information such as destinations, travel dates, pedestrians, hotel grades, room prices and the like in the hotel search interface is automatically filled in according to first business trip matters. Illustratively, staff in the train ticket search interface cannot modify these hotel search information, can only search for hotels according to the automatically filled hotel search information, or staff can modify some of them (e.g., pedestrians, hotel check-in, room prices, but destination, travel date are not modifiable). And then displaying a travel commodity selection interface. The staff can select one hotel room in the travel commodity selection interface to enter the third order generation interface, and the staff can order and reserve the hotel room in the third order generation interface so as to generate a travel order corresponding to the first business trip item.
Optionally, a method for creating a business trip event may be further included before step 210: displaying a fourth travel console interface; a fourth business trip operation console interface is displayed with a business trip item creation control; responding to triggering of a business trip item creation control, and displaying a business trip item creation interface; the business trip creation interface includes an edit area of business trip information including at least one of: the date of the expected business, the place of the expected departure, the type of the expected business, the expected business person, the approver, the descriptive text, the expected travel mode and the expected reimbursement limit; displaying a first business trip item of a to-be-checked state in response to an operation of editing business trip item information and creating the business trip item; and responding to the passing of the first business trip item audit, and displaying the first business trip item of the audit passing state and the order control corresponding to the first business trip item.
For example, as shown in (1) in fig. 16, a fourth travel console interface 408 is displayed in which a business trip item creation control 409 is displayed, and the employee-triggered business trip item creation control 409 may display a business trip item creation interface 410 as shown in (2) in fig. 16. The staff may fill out the business trip item information in the business trip item creation interface 410: passers-by, travel (place of departure, place of business, date of business), business play, supplementary instructions, invoice head-up, tax number. After completion of the filling, the submit application control may be triggered to create the business trip item.
Step 220: and displaying the travel order generated according to the travel order information in response to the order generation operation.
Optionally, in response to the order generation operation, generating a travel order, displaying an order payment interface, wherein a travel reimbursement payment option and a payment control are displayed in the order payment interface; the travel payment option is used for paying a travel order by using a travel account of the first enterprise; in response to selecting the travel payment option and the payment control, a prompt for successful payment of the travel order using the travel account is displayed.
Step 230: the method comprises the steps of displaying a first electronic bill of a travel order, wherein the first electronic bill comprises an electronic bill of which the head is raised to the travel order of a first enterprise, and the first electronic bill is issued by an issuing platform.
Optionally, receiving a first electronic ticket sent by an enterprise management server, where the first electronic ticket is acquired by the enterprise management server from an billing platform when the travel order is completed; and displaying the first electronic bill of the travel order.
Illustratively, the employee may view the order status of the travel order on the employee client, as shown in FIG. 17, displaying an order interface 411 for the travel order. As shown in fig. 18, the employee may query the employee client for the order status of all the travel orders of the employee, and display the travel order query interface 412, where the order status of all the travel orders of the first employee is displayed, where the order status includes: the name of the person, the amount of the ticket face, the actual amount, the ticket issuing time, the ticket issuing state (whether to issue the electronic ticket), the transferring state (whether to transfer the electronic ticket to the management account of the enterprise), and the operation. As shown in fig. 19, the employee may further query the employee client for the billing status of all the travel orders of the employee, and display a travel order billing query interface 413, where the billing status of all the travel orders of the first employee is displayed, where the billing status includes: the name of the person, the amount of the ticket face, the actual amount, the ticket issuing time, the transfer time (the time of transferring the electronic ticket to the management account of the enterprise), the deduction state and the operation. Illustratively, the trigger details control 414 can view the electronic ticket details, displaying an electronic ticket 415 as shown in FIG. 20.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment provides an enterprise management platform, where an employee may use an employee client to submit a travel order, and the enterprise management server requests to the billing platform to make an electronic invoice for the travel order after the employee travels, and automatically synchronizes the electronic bill with the management client of the enterprise after the billing is successful. The enterprise management application program can automatically provide bill management functions for enterprises based on employment relations of the enterprises and the staff and travel orders of the staff, automatically collect and sort travel bills of the staff in the enterprises, facilitate processing and reimbursement of financial staff of the enterprises, improve management efficiency of the bills of the enterprises, improve reimbursement experience of the staff and the financial staff, avoid the conditions of staggering, false opening, ticket losing and the like, and reduce tax compliance risks of the enterprises.
Fig. 21 shows a schematic diagram of a ticket management method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method is performed by a terminal, which may be a second terminal as shown in fig. 1, and the second terminal has a management client running thereon. The method comprises the following steps.
Step 310: a business trip item operation table for displaying a first enterprise, wherein the business trip item operation table displays first business trip items of a first staff, and the first business trip items are related to a travel order of the first staff; order information of the travel order is determined according to the first business trip item.
For example, the first electronic ticket is generated in case the travel order satisfies the legitimacy; wherein the travel order satisfaction legitimacy includes at least one of: the first enterprise passes enterprise authentication; the first staff member passes staff member authentication of the first enterprise; the travel order has an association relationship with the first business trip item of the first employee.
The order information of the travel order comprises a first staff member, and the staff member information of the first staff member comprises a first enterprise to which the first staff member belongs; the travel order satisfaction legitimacy includes at least one of: the first staff has labor contract information with the first enterprise; the enterprise qualification information of the first enterprise is qualified; the travel order meets the travel requirement of the first business trip item.
In the business trip item console, an administrator can examine the business trip item initiated by the employee, create the business trip item, manage the business trip item, and the like.
Step 320: and displaying a first electronic bill of the travel order in a bill display interface of the first enterprise, wherein the first electronic bill comprises an electronic bill which is raised to the travel order of the first enterprise, and the first electronic bill is opened by an billing platform.
For example, as shown in fig. 22, the administrator may query the management client for the order status of all travel orders of all employees in the enterprise, and display the travel order query interface 416, where the order status of all travel orders of all employees in the enterprise is displayed, where the order status includes: the name of the person, the amount of the ticket face, the actual amount, the ticket issuing time, the ticket issuing state (whether to issue the electronic ticket), the transferring state (whether to transfer the electronic ticket to the management account of the enterprise), and the operation. As shown in fig. 23, the administrator may further query, on the management client, the billing status of all the travel orders of all the employees in the enterprise, and display a travel order billing query interface 417, where the billing status of all the travel orders of all the employees in the enterprise is displayed, where the billing status includes: the name of the person, the amount of the ticket face, the actual amount, the ticket issuing time, the transfer time (the time of transferring the electronic ticket to the management account of the enterprise), the deduction state and the operation. Illustratively, the trigger details control 414 can view the electronic ticket details, displaying an electronic ticket 415 as shown in FIG. 20. Triggering the submit control may submit a deduction request to deduct the tax of the business using the electronic invoice of the travel order.
For example, the business trip item console may be displayed as a travel order query interface 416 as shown in FIG. 22. The ticket presentation interface may be displayed as an order entry query interface 417 as shown in fig. 23.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment provides an enterprise management platform, where an employee may use an employee client to submit a travel order, and the enterprise management server requests to the billing platform to make an electronic invoice for the travel order after the employee travels, and automatically synchronizes the electronic bill with the management client of the enterprise after the billing is successful. In addition, the apparatus and the method embodiments provided in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes of the apparatus and the method embodiments are detailed in the method embodiments and are not repeated herein.
Fig. 26 shows a block diagram of a computer device 1400 in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The computer device may be implemented as a server in the above-described aspects of the present application. The computer apparatus 1400 includes a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU) 1401, a system Memory 1404 including a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) 1402 and a Read-Only Memory (ROM) 1403, and a system bus 1405 connecting the system Memory 1404 and the central processing unit 1401. The computer device 1400 also includes a mass storage device 1406 for storing an operating system 1409, application programs 1410, and other program modules 1411.
The mass storage device 1406 is connected to the central processing unit 1401 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 1405. Of course, those skilled in the art will recognize that the computer storage medium is not limited to the one described above. The system memory 1404 and mass storage device 1406 described above may be collectively referred to as memory.
According to various embodiments of the disclosure, the computer device 1400 may also operate by a remote computer connected to the network through a network, such as the Internet. I.e., computer device 1400 may be connected to a network 1408 via a network interface unit 1407 coupled to the system bus 1405, or alternatively, the network interface unit 1407 may be used to connect to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown).

The present application provides a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the processor of the computer device loads and executes the computer instructions to implement the bill management method provided by the method embodiment.

1. A ticket management system, the system comprising: the enterprise management server, the management client and the employee client; the management client has management authority of a first enterprise; the employee client is logged in with an employee account of the first employee;
the employee client is used for sending an order request to the enterprise management server;
the enterprise management server is used for generating a travel order of the first staff in the first enterprise based on the order request of the staff client;
The enterprise management server is used for sending a bill issuing request to the issuing platform; the bill issuing request carries: enterprise information of the first enterprise, employee information of the first employee, and order information of the travel order of the first employee;
The enterprise management server is used for receiving the first electronic bill returned by the billing level and sending the first electronic bill to the management client; the first electronic bill comprises an electronic bill with the head raised for the travel order of the first enterprise;
the management client is used for receiving and displaying the first electronic bill.
