本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体公开了一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,当手柄转动时,带动阀杆和球体运动,从而达到开关阀门的目的,使得管路内介质流动或截断。本发明陶瓷球阀密封性能好,耐冲刷、耐腐蚀,耐磨损、耐高温,安装后方便拆卸,运行维护简便,可靠性大大提高;同时内外结构美观、内外表面光洁度高、操作维护方便。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀。
背景技术
球阀主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向,具有开关所需力矩小、耐腐蚀等特点,广泛应用于各类工况条件下。现有的球阀主要由阀体、阀座、球体、填料、手柄组成,具有较大的通流面积。当现有的普通球阀用于杂质较多的系统中时,很容易发生被异物划伤密封面且异物残留在球体和阀座接触面之间,造成密封面卡涩、损坏的情况。随着密封面的损伤,具有腐蚀性的介质将腐蚀球体,并可能随着球面渗透至橡胶组件,腐蚀密封材料,最终造成泄漏、设备损坏,给设备的可用性带来较大影响。
经调研,目前市面上大多数球阀都存在结构不够紧凑、密封效果不够好、无法有效控制球体的安装紧密度、使用寿期短等问题。因此,亟需设计一种耐腐蚀的球阀以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,具有良好的耐磨损性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀座、球体、动力装置;
在所述阀体的内部衬有陶瓷阀体套,两者贴合无缝隙;
在所述阀体顶端的外沿上对称地开有两个螺纹孔,分别为螺纹孔a和螺纹孔b;在所述阀体的上部中心位置开设多台阶的圆台安装槽;
在所述阀体底部的左侧壁上、与螺纹孔a轴向垂直地开有螺纹孔c,在所述阀体底部的右侧壁上、与螺纹孔b轴向垂直地开有螺纹孔d,所述的螺纹孔c与螺纹孔d同轴;
所述的螺纹孔c和螺纹孔d分别通过双头螺柱和螺母与阀盖紧固相连;
所述的阀盖分为左阀盖和右阀盖,其中左阀盖与右阀盖对称设置,开孔数量和大小与管路相配,以便阀门与管路相连接;
在左阀盖顶端的侧壁上开有螺栓通孔e,在左阀盖底端的左侧壁上开有螺栓通孔f、右侧壁上开有螺栓通孔g;
所述的螺栓通孔e、螺栓通孔f和螺栓通孔g相互平行,且螺栓通孔f和螺栓通孔g同轴;
在所述阀盖的内部衬有阀座,所述的阀座分为左阀座和右阀座;
所述的球体中间加工有通孔,与阀座的内腔尺寸相同;在所述球体的顶部开设有挂接槽;
所述的动力装置包括阀杆和手柄;

在所述阀杆的顶部加工插头与手柄的安装孔匹配,并在阀杆的顶端开设螺纹孔,通过螺钉和垫圈将手柄锁紧在阀杆上;
在所述的阀杆底端加工连接柄,所述的连接柄与球体顶端挂接槽的形状匹配,插入球体顶端的挂接槽中,同时卡设于阀体的圆台安装槽中;向所述阀体的圆台安装槽中、连接柄的周围放入填料;
所述的填料压盖为多台阶的圆台结构,直径上大下小,在其顶部两侧相对的位置分别沿轴向开设有压盖螺栓孔h和压盖螺栓孔m;两个紧固螺栓分别穿过压盖螺栓孔h和压盖螺栓孔m,旋入阀体顶端的螺纹孔a和螺纹孔b中,用于紧固填料压盖,使其向下压紧填料,以对阀体的顶端与填料压盖之间起到密封作用,避免阀体内部介质向外泄漏;
在所述填料压盖的中心位置加工有阀杆过孔,用于穿过阀杆,保证阀杆的密封;
当手柄转动时,带动阀杆和球体运动,从而达到开关阀门的目的,使得管路内介质流动或截断。
在所述阀体套上、与左阀座和右阀座相连的两端分别加工有环形凹槽;
所述的环形凹槽与阀座同轴,在环形凹槽中安装有碟簧和O型密封圈,碟簧具有弹性,可以弹性地增加球体与阀座的密封性。
在所述阀体套上、与左阀座和右阀座相连的两端分别加工有密封槽;
所述的密封槽与阀座同轴,在密封槽中安装有O型密封圈a,可以在阀座与阀体套之间形成有效的密封,避免阀体内部介质串流到外部与阀盖相接触,产生腐蚀。
在所述阀体的内侧壁上对称开有两道环形卡槽,在环形卡槽内设有O型密封圈b,用于对阀体和阀体套之间进行密封,避免介质从阀体和阀体套之间向外泄漏。
在所述左阀盖上、与阀体相配合的一侧加工有上下两道环形密封槽,用于安装缠绕垫,以密封阀盖与阀体。
在所述连接柄与阀体的圆台安装槽接触的位置设有垫片。
所述阀座表面光滑、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀,可以避免含有腐蚀性的介质直接与阀盖相接触,起到防腐的作用。
所述手柄的安装孔为六边形或四边形。
所述球体顶部的挂接槽为六边形或四边形。
本发明的显著效果在于:
(1)本发明陶瓷球阀密封性能好,耐冲刷、耐腐蚀,耐磨损、耐高温,安装后方便拆卸,运行维护简便,可靠性大大提高;同时内外结构美观、内外表面光洁度高、操作维护方便。
(2)本发明通过在阀座与碟簧之间设有O形圏,使得密封性大大提高,在设备运行期间,具备连接牢固的特点,减少了安装或拆除时焊接所带来的各项风险,例如工业安全、高空坠落、异物掉落容器等,提高了设备运行的可靠性,极大地缩短了工作时间。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,包括阀体3、阀盖5、阀座6、球体7、动力装置。
在所述阀体3的内部衬有陶瓷阀体套4,两者贴合无缝隙。如图2所示,在阀体3的内侧壁上对称开有两道环形卡槽20,在环形卡槽20内设有O型密封圈b9,用于对阀体3和阀体套4之间进行密封,避免介质从阀体3和阀体套4之间向外泄漏。
在所述阀体3顶端的外沿上对称地开有两个螺纹孔,分别为螺纹孔a和螺纹孔b,用于安装填料压盖15的紧固螺栓14。在所述阀体3的上部中心位置开设多台阶的圆台安装槽。
在所述阀体3底部的左侧壁上、与螺纹孔a轴向垂直地开有螺纹孔c,在所述阀体3底部的右侧壁上、与螺纹孔b轴向垂直地开有螺纹孔d,所述的螺纹孔c与螺纹孔d同轴。所述的螺纹孔c和螺纹孔d分别通过双头螺柱1和螺母2与阀盖5紧固相连。
所述的阀盖5分为左阀盖和右阀盖,其中左阀盖与右阀盖对称设置,开孔数量和大小与管路相配,以便阀门与管路相连接。如图3所示,在左阀盖顶端的侧壁上开有螺栓通孔e,在左阀盖底端的左侧壁上开有螺栓通孔f、右侧壁上开有螺栓通孔g。所述的螺栓通孔e、螺栓通孔f和螺栓通孔g相互平行,且螺栓通孔f和螺栓通孔g同轴。在所述左阀盖上、与阀体3相配合的一侧加工有上下两道环形密封槽21,用于安装缠绕垫10,以密封阀盖5与阀体3。
在所述阀盖5的内部衬有阀座6,所述的阀座6分为左阀座和右阀座。所述阀座6表面光滑、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀,可以避免含有腐蚀性的介质直接与阀盖5相接触,起到防腐的作用。
在所述阀体套4上、与左阀座和右阀座相连的两端分别加工有密封槽22和环形凹槽23。
所述的环形凹槽23与阀座6同轴,在环形凹槽23中安装有碟簧19和O型密封圈,碟簧19具有弹性,可以弹性地增加球体7与阀座6的密封性。
所述的密封槽22与阀座6同轴,在密封槽22中安装有O型密封圈a8,可以在阀座6与阀体套4之间形成有效的密封,避免阀体3内部介质串流到外部与阀盖5相接触,产生腐蚀。
如图4所示,所述的球体7中间加工有通孔,与阀座6的内腔尺寸相同。在所述球体7的顶部开设有挂接槽24。
如图5所示,所述的动力装置包括阀杆12和手柄16。在所述手柄16的一端加工安装孔,安装孔为六边形或四边形。在所述阀杆12的顶部加工插头与手柄16的安装孔匹配,并在阀杆12的顶端开设螺纹孔,通过螺钉17和垫圈18将手柄16锁紧在阀杆12上。在所述的阀杆12底端加工连接柄,所述的连接柄与球体7顶端挂接槽24的形状匹配,可以加工成六边形或四边形,插入球体7顶端的挂接槽24中,同时卡设于阀体3的圆台安装槽中。在所述连接柄与阀体3的圆台安装槽接触的位置设有垫片11。向所述阀体3的圆台安装槽中、连接柄的周围放入填料13。
如图6、图7所示,所述的填料压盖15为多台阶的圆台结构,直径上大下小,在其顶部两侧相对的位置分别沿轴向开设有压盖螺栓孔h和压盖螺栓孔m。两个紧固螺栓14分别穿过压盖螺栓孔h和压盖螺栓孔m,旋入阀体3顶端的螺纹孔a和螺纹孔b中,用于紧固填料压盖15,使其向下压紧填料13,以对阀体3的顶端与填料压盖15之间起到密封作用,避免阀体3内部介质向外泄漏。在所述填料压盖15的中心位置加工有阀杆过孔25,用于穿过阀杆12,保证阀杆12的密封。
当手柄16转动时,带动阀杆12和球体7运动,从而达到开关阀门的目的,使得管路内介质流动或截断。

在所述阀体(3)的内部衬有陶瓷阀体套(4),两者贴合无缝隙;
在所述阀体(3)顶端的外沿上对称地开有两个螺纹孔,分别为螺纹孔a和螺纹孔b;在所述阀体(3)的上部中心位置开设多台阶的圆台安装槽;
在所述阀体(3)底部的左侧壁上、与螺纹孔a轴向垂直地开有螺纹孔c,在所述阀体(3)底部的右侧壁上、与螺纹孔b轴向垂直地开有螺纹孔d,所述的螺纹孔c与螺纹孔d同轴;
所述的螺纹孔c和螺纹孔d分别通过双头螺柱(1)和螺母(2)与阀盖(5)紧固相连;
所述的阀盖(5)分为左阀盖和右阀盖,其中左阀盖与右阀盖对称设置,开孔数量和大小与管路相配,以便阀门与管路相连接;
在左阀盖顶端的侧壁上开有螺栓通孔e,在左阀盖底端的左侧壁上开有螺栓通孔f、右侧壁上开有螺栓通孔g;

3.如权利要求2所述的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀体套(4)上、与左阀座和右阀座相连的两端分别加工有密封槽(22);
所述的密封槽(22)与阀座(6)同轴,在密封槽(22)中安装有O型密封圈a(8),可以在阀座(6)与阀体套(4)之间形成有效的密封,避免阀体(3)内部介质串流到外部与阀盖(5)相接触,产生腐蚀。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀体(3)的内侧壁上对称开有两道环形卡槽(20),在环形卡槽(20)内设有O型密封圈b(9),用于对阀体(3)和阀体套(4)之间进行密封,避免介质从阀体(3)和阀体套(4)之间向外泄漏。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:在所述左阀盖上、与阀体(3)相配合的一侧加工有上下两道环形密封槽(21),用于安装缠绕垫(10),以密封阀盖(5)与阀体(3)。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:在所述连接柄与阀体(3)的圆台安装槽接触的位置设有垫片(11)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(6)表面光滑、耐冲刷、耐腐蚀,可以避免含有腐蚀性的介质直接与阀盖(5)相接触,起到防腐的作用。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:所述手柄(16)的安装孔为六边形或四边形。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种耐冲刷腐蚀的陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:所述球体(7)顶部的挂接槽(24)为六边形或四边形。
