The device for preventing and treating the wind, sand and dust on the road section of the retaining wall of the high-speed railway provided by the embodiment of the invention fully utilizes the 'narrow tube benefit' between the adjustable damping screen and the retaining wall to form an accelerated lifting airflow to promote the sand-carrying airflow above the retaining wall to accelerate to cross the railway track, so that the sand grains are prevented from being decelerated and settled on two sides of the track, and the damage of wind and sand on the railway caused by the upward wind is weakened in a facilitated manner.

1. A wind, sand and dust prevention device suitable for a high-speed railway retaining wall road section is characterized by comprising an adjustable damping screen, a sand basin, a sand leaking plate, a strong sand blowing system and a T-shaped hanger, wherein,
the adjustable damping screen comprises a fixed frame and two opposite damping screen bodies, wherein the damping screen bodies are arranged on the fixed frame, an accommodating space is formed between the two damping screen bodies in a surrounding manner, and sand and dust can pass through the damping screen bodies to enter the accommodating space;
the sand settling tank is arranged in the accommodating space or is communicated with the accommodating space and at least used for collecting sand and dust entering the accommodating space through the damping screen body;
the sand leaking plate is arranged in the accommodating space and is positioned below the sand settling tank, the sand leaking plate is provided with a plurality of sand passing holes, and the sand passing holes are at least used for blocking gravel;
the powerful sand blowing system is at least used for blowing sand and dust on the inner side of the track;
t type pendant sets up in the barricade gap of guide rail both sides to at least, be used for blockking that the long-pending sand that forms before the barricade jumps the barricade under the wind-force effect and forms the sand source of secondary, perhaps, T type pendant sets up the top of adjustable damping sieve to at least, be used for making sand and dust jump barricade and track.

The device for preventing and controlling the wind, sand and dust on the retaining wall road section of the high-speed railway according to claim 1, wherein: t type pendant includes extension rod and eaves formula elbow, the length of extension rod can be adjusted, contained angle between extension rod and the eaves formula elbow can be adjusted.

The device for preventing and controlling the wind, sand and dust on the road section of the high-speed railway retaining wall according to claim 2, wherein: the utility model discloses a novel extension rod, including the extension rod, eaves formula elbow, threaded connection spare is passed through to extension rod and eaves formula elbow and is connected, wherein, extension rod and eaves formula elbow all incline to set up, just the opposite direction of slope of extension rod and eaves formula elbow.

The device for preventing and controlling the wind, sand and dust on the road section of the high-speed railway retaining wall according to claim 4, wherein: the damping screen body comprises more than two damping screen meshes which are stacked, the position of at least one damping screen mesh can be adjusted, and the porosity of the damping screen body can be changed at least by adjusting the position of at least one damping screen mesh; preferably, the damping screen is of a honeycomb structure; preferably, the damping screen body has a porosity of 10-60%.

The device for preventing and controlling the wind, sand and dust on the retaining wall road section of the high-speed railway according to claim 1, wherein: the desilting pond is connected and matched with the adjustable damping sieve in a drawing mode or a tipping bucket mode; and/or, a clamping groove is formed in a fixed frame of the adjustable damping screen, and the sand settling tank is movably arranged in the clamping groove and can be connected and matched with the fixed frame in a drawing mode.

The apparatus for preventing and treating wind, sand and dust on a retaining wall section of a high-speed railway according to claim 1, comprising: the sand leakage plate comprises a plurality of sand leakage plates which are sequentially stacked, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the sand leakage plates in the thickness direction of the sand leakage plates, the through holes in the sand leakage plates are communicated with one another to form sand passing holes, and at least one sand leakage plate can be moved in the radial direction of the through holes; preferably, the aperture of the through hole is 2cm, and the length of the sand passing hole is 3 cm.

The device for preventing and controlling the wind, sand and dust on the retaining wall road section of the high-speed railway according to claim 1, wherein: the powerful sand blowing system is hung at the bottom of the sand leaking plate and is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the sand passing hole; preferably, the powerful sand blowing system is capable of rotating freely.

The device for preventing and controlling the wind, sand and dust on the retaining wall road section of the high-speed railway according to claim 1, wherein: wheels are further arranged at the bottom of the adjustable damping screen; and/or a towing bolt used for being connected with a towing vehicle is further arranged on the adjustable damping screen.
10. A method for preventing and controlling wind, sand and dust on a high-speed railway retaining wall road section is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a sand and wind dust control device suitable for a high-speed railway retaining wall section as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9;
