Abstract
The invention discloses a powder coating with a moire effect, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of hydroxyl-terminated resin, 6-10 parts of curing agent, 3-8 parts of brightener, 1-3 parts of flatting agent, 1-3 parts of moire agent and 2-5 parts of benzoin. The invention also provides a preparation method of the powder coating with the moire effect. The powder coating prepared by the invention has a moire effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of powder coatings, in particular to a powder coating with a moire effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Powder coatings represent a rapidly growing area in the overall coating technology. Because the VOC emission is almost zero, the rapid development of the VOC is driven by the environmental protection requirement. The requirements of global and Chinese environmental protection laws and regulations are more and more strict, and the development of the environmental protection powder coating industry is effectively promoted.
The powder coating with the moire effect is a coating type similar to the appearance of a tortoise shell as the name suggests, and has strong touch and visual sense. The tortoise-pattern decorative paint is a new product developed in the early nineties of Japan. The early developed coating is acrylic acid series water-based emulsion paint, which consists of bottom, middle and top three layers of coatings. The main two base materials are copolymerized by using a unique cross-linking agent, and the coating film is fine and smooth, tough and strong in adhesive force. After the paint prepared by the two base materials is constructed on the wall surface, double-color and regular pattern can be naturally formed, the stereoscopic impression is strong, and the color is various. The paint can also be applied to the surfaces of wood, metal, plastic and the like. The coating is suitable for decoration of inner walls and suspended ceilings of buildings such as hotels, shopping malls, villas, entertainment places, modern office buildings, family rooms and the like, and is a medium-high grade inner wall decorative coating which has better social benefits and is worth popularizing and applying.
As people no longer satisfy the decoration of monotonous gloss or color change for various home appliances, equipment and the like to be coated, the art type powder coating obtains the decoration effect which is difficult to achieve by the common decorative powder coating because the surface of a coating film has beautiful and clear patterns.
Therefore, there is a need for a powder coating with moire effect and a method for preparing the same based on the prior art to solve the above problems.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a powder coating with moire effect and a preparation method thereof, and the prepared powder coating has moire effect.
The invention provides a powder coating with a moire effect, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
70-85 parts of acrylic resin
30-50 parts of hydroxyl-terminated resin
4-9 parts of cross-linking agent
2-4 parts of flatting agent
1.5-1.8 parts of moire agent
20-45 parts of titanium dioxide
1-8 parts of carbon black.
Preferably, the cross-linking agent is one or more of tert-butyl peroxyisopropyl carbonate, 1-bis (tert-butyl peroxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, tert-butyl peroxy2-ethylhexyl carbonate and 1, 1-bis (tert-amyl peroxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane.
Preferably, the leveling agent is one of alkyl modified organic siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and polyether polyester modified organic siloxane.
Preferably, the moire agent is SPA-100 or SPA-1002-3.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the powder coating with the moire effect, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and then melting and extruding the raw materials by an extruder;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the tablets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed tablets by a grinder, and sieving by a 200-280-mesh sieve after crushing to obtain the powder coating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention improves the thermal stability, scratch resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance and other properties of the powder coating by optimizing the coating formula and mutually matching different auxiliary agents, improves the comprehensive performance of the powder coating, has a texture effect on a cured coating film, is delicate and clear, is uniformly distributed, gives visual comfort to people, has excellent coating film performance, and has high performance indexes of acid-base resistance, salt mist resistance, gasoline resistance and other organic solvents.

Preferably, the leveling agent is one of alkyl modified organic siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and polyether polyester modified organic siloxane.
Preferably, the moire agent is SPA-100 or SPA-1002-3.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the powder coating with the moire effect, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and then melting and extruding the raw materials by an extruder;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the tablets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed tablets by a grinder, and sieving by a 200-280-mesh sieve after crushing to obtain the powder coating.

adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the pressed sheets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed pressed sheets by a grinder, and sieving the crushed pressed sheets by a 280-mesh sieve to obtain the powder coating.
The powder coating obtained in the embodiment 1-3 is sprayed on toughened glass by an electrostatic spraying construction method, the average coating thickness is 50-80 μm, then the toughened glass is baked and solidified for 15min at 190 ℃ by using an electric heating constant temperature, the toughened glass is naturally cooled to room temperature, and after the toughened glass is placed for 24h, the coating performance is measured. The coating film has the following properties: fine and clear, uniform distribution, adhesion force less than or equal to 1 grade, impact strength more than or equal to 60Kg & cm, bending resistance less than or equal to 2.5mm, and pencil hardness more than or equal to 2H.
Compared with the prior art, the invention improves the thermal stability, scratch resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance and other properties of the powder coating by optimizing the coating formula and mutually matching different auxiliary agents, improves the comprehensive performance of the powder coating, has a texture effect on a cured coating film, is delicate and clear, is uniformly distributed, gives visual comfort to people, has excellent coating film performance, and has high performance indexes of acid-base resistance, salt mist resistance, gasoline resistance and other organic solvents.
The steps in the method of the embodiment of the invention can be sequentially adjusted, combined and deleted according to actual needs.

The powder coating with moire effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cross-linking agent is selected from one or more of isopropyl t-butylperoxycarbonate, 1-bis (t-butylperoxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, 2-ethylhexyl t-butylperoxy carbonate, 1-bis (t-amylperoxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane.
3. The powder coating with moire effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein said levelling agent is one of alkyl modified organo-siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and polyether polyester modified organo-siloxane.
4. The powder coating with moire effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein said moire agent is SPA-100 or SPA-1002-3.
5. A process for the preparation of a powder coating having a moir é effect as defined in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
uniformly mixing the raw materials, and then melting and extruding the raw materials by an extruder;
adding the melt extrusion into a tablet press, and cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere after tabletting and forming;
and adding the tablets into a crusher for crushing, grinding and crushing the crushed tablets by a grinder, and sieving by a 200-280-mesh sieve after crushing to obtain the powder coating.
