Referring to the attached figure 1, the poultry transport vehicle comprises a transport vehicle 4 and a poultry loading box, wherein the poultry loading box is arranged on a hopper of the transport vehicle 4, and is the poultry transport box.
Specifically, the using method of the invention comprises the following steps: the poultry transporting and loading device needs to be matched with external driving equipment for use when loading and transporting poultry, and the driving equipment comprises a lifting mechanism, a drag hook matched with a fixed bump, a drag hook driving mechanism for driving the drag hook to act, a driving gear matched with a transmission gear 302 and a gear driving mechanism for driving the driving gear; the drag hook driving mechanism is arranged on a moving part of the lifting mechanism, the drag hook is arranged on the moving part of the drag hook driving mechanism, and the gear driving mechanism is arranged on the moving part of the lifting mechanism and is connected with the driving gear; the moving part of the lifting mechanism can be lifted to the top along the bottom of the box body 1; the drag hook driving mechanism drives the drag hook to pull the fixing lug to pull out the horizontal bearing frame 200, and at the moment, the driving gear is meshed with the transmission gear 302;
in an original state, the horizontal conveyor belt 31 is positioned at the inlet end of the bearing frame body, the fixing lugs of the horizontal bearing frame 200 with the corresponding number of layers are pulled layer by layer through external equipment, the horizontal bearing frame 200 is pulled out, the driving gear of the external equipment is meshed with the transmission gear 302, and the transmission shaft 301 drives the first chain wheel 303 and the second chain wheel 304 of the horizontal bearing frame 200 at the inlet end and the loading end to form transmission; further driving the horizontal conveyer belt 31 and the vertical separating belt 32 to synchronously move to form an independent loading space, and after the loading space is completely filled with poultry, selecting the horizontal bearing frame 200 which is not loaded with the poultry to repeatedly operate to realize loading movement;
when unloading, the external equipment correspondingly pulls the fixing lugs of the horizontal bearing frame 200 with the corresponding layers to pull out the horizontal bearing frame 200, the driving gear of the external equipment is meshed with the transmission gear 301 to rotate reversely, the horizontal conveying belt 31 and the vertical separating belt 32 are continuously reset to gradually return to the initial state, and unloading is completed.

1. A poultry transport case is characterized by comprising a case body (1), a loading frame body (2) and a conveying device (3);
the two ends of the box body (1) are respectively provided with an inlet end and a loading end correspondingly, the two ends are provided with openings, and the two opposite side walls of the box body are respectively and uniformly distributed with a plurality of guide rails along the height direction and are arranged oppositely;
the loading frame bodies (2) are multiple and respectively comprise a bearing main body (20) and auxiliary frame bodies (21), two auxiliary frame bodies (21) are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the bearing main body (20), and two sides of the bearing main bodies (20) are in sliding connection with the guide rails on the corresponding sides;
the conveying devices (3) are provided with a plurality of conveying devices and respectively comprise a conveying mechanism (30), a horizontal conveying belt (31) and a vertical separating belt (32); the conveying mechanisms (30) are mounted on the corresponding bearing main bodies (20), moving parts of the conveying mechanisms are wound on the bearing main bodies (20) and the auxiliary frame bodies (21), the horizontal conveying belts (31) are wound on the outer sides of the bearing main bodies (20), two end parts of the horizontal conveying belts are respectively connected with the moving parts of the conveying mechanisms (30), the bottoms of the vertical separating belts (32) are fixed on the outer side surfaces of the horizontal conveying belts (31), and the tops of the vertical separating belts are connected with the moving parts of the conveying mechanisms (30) at the corresponding positions; the conveying mechanism (30) drives the moving part to move towards the loading end along the inlet end of the box body (1) and drives the horizontal conveying belt (31) to move towards the inside of the box body (1), and the vertical separating belt (32) separates the horizontal conveying belt (31) into a plurality of independent loading spaces.

A poultry transport box according to claim 1, characterized in that the carrying body (20) comprises a horizontal carrier (200), a spindle mount (201) and a sprocket mount (202); the hinge mount pad (201) with sprocket mount pad (202) sets up the both sides that the level bore (200) are born to the level, and hinge mount pad (201) sets up two, installs respectively bear the both sides of the entrance point of main part (20), sprocket mount pad (202) is provided with two, sets up respectively bear the both sides of the loading end of main part (20) with pivot mount pad (201) correspond.

A poultry transport box according to claim 2, characterized in that the auxiliary frame body (21) comprises a support pole (210), a support slide bar (211), an auxiliary mounting seat (212), a stop rope (213) and a limiting part (214); the supporting columns (210) are multiple, limiting rings (2140) are arranged on the side walls of the supporting columns, one ends of the supporting columns (210) are sequentially and vertically fixed on two sides of the horizontal bearing frame (200) along the direction from the inlet end to the loading end of the box body (1), and the supporting slide rods (211) are fixed with the other ends of the supporting columns (210) on the corresponding side along the direction from the inlet end to the loading end of the box body (1); the auxiliary mounting seat (212) is fixed above the supporting column (210) of the inlet end and corresponds to the rotating shaft mounting seat (201); the two blocking ropes (213) respectively penetrate through the plurality of limiting rings (2140) on one corresponding side; the limiting components (214) are arranged in plurality and are respectively arranged at the end parts of the two blocking ropes (213) to prevent the blocking ropes (213) from falling off;
the conveying mechanism (30) is installed on the rotating shaft installation seat (201) and the chain wheel installation seat (202).
4. A poultry transport box according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottom side of the horizontal carrier (200) is provided with fixing lugs by which the horizontal carrier (200) is pulled out from the inlet end of the box (1).
5. A poultry transport box according to claim 4, characterized in that the conveying mechanism (30) comprises a rotary shaft (301), a transmission gear (302), a first chain wheel (303), a second chain wheel (304) and a transmission part (305);
bearings are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft (301), and are fixedly embedded in rotating shaft mounting seats (201) at two sides of the horizontal bearing frame (200) through the bearings; the transmission gear (302) is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft (301); four first chain wheels (303) are arranged, wherein two first chain wheels (303) are symmetrically arranged at positions close to the end part of the rotating shaft (301), and the other two first chain wheels (303) are respectively arranged on a chain wheel mounting seat (202); two second chain wheels (304) are arranged and are respectively arranged on the two auxiliary mounting seats (212) and correspond to the first chain wheel (303);
two transmission parts (305) are arranged, the middle part to two ends of each transmission part (305) are respectively and correspondingly provided with a horizontal conveying belt installation section and a vertical separation belt installation section, one end of each horizontal conveying belt installation section and one end of each vertical separation belt installation section are integrally arranged, and the other end of each horizontal conveying belt installation section and the other end of each vertical separation belt installation section are free ends; the free ends of the horizontal conveying belt mounting section and the vertical separating belt mounting section are connected through a connecting plate;
one end of the horizontal conveying belt (31) is fixed at the free end of the horizontal conveying belt mounting section, and the other end of the horizontal conveying belt (31) is fixed on the horizontal conveying belt mounting section; the top of the vertical separator (32) is provided with a sliding cross bar corresponding to the supporting slide bar (211), the sliding cross bar is fixed at the corresponding position of the two transmission parts (305), and the sliding cross bar slides along the supporting slide bar (211) to support the transmission parts (305) and the vertical separator (32) to form an independent loading space.

A poultry transport case according to claim 5, characterized in that the stop part (214) comprises a first stop block (2141), a second stop block (2142) and a bolt; the abutting surfaces of the first limiting block (2141) and the second limiting block (2142) are both provided with a first wire groove and a connecting hole; the bolt penetrates through the connecting hole, and the blocking rope (213) is pressed between the first limiting block (2141) and the first line groove of the second limiting block (2142).

A poultry transport case according to claim 5, characterized in that the stop part (214) comprises a first stop block (2141), a second stop block (2142) and a bolt; the abutting surfaces of the first limiting block (2141) and the second limiting block (2142) are provided with a first wire groove and a second wire groove, and are provided with connecting holes; one end of the blocking rope (213) penetrates out along the first line groove, then is bent, and penetrates out along the second line groove; the bolt penetrates through the connecting hole of the first limiting block (2141) and the second limiting block (2142), and the blocking rope (213) is pressed between the first limiting block (2141) and the second limiting block (2142).
8. A poultry transport case according to claim 1, characterized in that the case body (1) is a rectangular frame body formed by welding square tubular profiles, and a plurality of guide rails are welded on two opposite side walls of the rectangular frame body.
