the tray (200) comprises a tray body (201) used for supporting the steel die (100), a groove (202) used for storing a cooling medium is formed in the tray body (201), the lower end of the steel die (100) is located in the groove (202), and a first water inlet pipe communicated with the groove (202) is arranged at the bottom of the tray body (201).
