Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the auxiliary standing device of the present invention includes a first rail 1, a second rail 2, a plurality of steps 4 and a plurality of connecting rods 5, wherein the first rail 1 and the second rail 2 are arranged in parallel, and the first rail 1 and the second rail 2 are connected by a plurality of fixing rods 3. The one end of first hurdle 1 is articulated with other objects, and the below of its other end is connected with the lifter, and the pneumatic cylinder can be chooseed for use to the lifter in this embodiment. In the initial state, both ends of the first hurdle 1 are located at the same horizontal height, and the end of the first hurdle 1 can be adjusted by the lifting piece, so that both ends of the first hurdle 1 are located at different heights.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, one end of the step 4 is rotatably connected to the first rail 1, and the other end of the step 4 is slidable with respect to the first rail 1. Meanwhile, one end of the connecting rod 5 is hinged with the sliding end of the ladder 4, and the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the second rail body 2. When the two ends of the first hurdle 1 are at the same height, all the steps 4 are in the same horizontal plane, so that the patient can walk or perform upright functional training on the steps 4. And when the lifting element is driven to enable the two ends of the first rail body 1 to be at different heights, the hinged end of the step 4 rotates relative to the first rail body 1. Because the first hurdle body 1 and the second hurdle body 2 are arranged in parallel, one end of the connecting rod 5 is hinged with the second hurdle body 2, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the step 4, when two ends of the first hurdle body 1 are at different heights, two ends of the second hurdle body 2 are also at different heights. When the second rail body 2 is inclined, the step 4 still lies in the original plane and cannot be inclined because the connecting rod 5 is hinged with the second rail body 2 and the connecting rod 5 is a rigid piece. Therefore, the training device can be used for training the patient to walk and stand up and also can be used for training the patient to climb the ladder 4, so that the utilization rate of the training device is improved.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the second rail body 2 symmetrically arranged at two sides is provided with a linkage seat 6 in a sliding manner, the linkage seat 6 is provided with a protection ring 8, and the protection ring 8 can be sleeved on the waist of the patient to assist the patient to keep upright when walking and improve the safety of the patient in the training process. Guard circle 8 includes first half circle 81 and second half circle 82 in this embodiment, and first half circle 81 and second half circle 82 all can be connected with linkage seat 6 through connecting the rope, connect the rope simultaneously can dismantle with the linkage seat 6 of one side and be connected to in patient's wearing.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an anti-slip device is disposed between the linkage seat 6 and the second rail 2, so as to prevent the reverse sliding of the linkage seat 6, thereby ensuring the safety of the patient during the training process. The anti-slip device comprises a belt 91, a first gear 92, a second gear 93 and a pawl 941, wherein the first gear 92 and the second gear 93 are respectively positioned at two ends of the second rail body 2, and the first gear 92 and the second gear 93 are both in rotational connection with the second rail body 2. Meanwhile, the belt 91 is sleeved outside the first gear 92 and the second gear 93, and the linkage seat 6 can be fixedly connected with the belt 91 through a fastening screw. Further, a pawl 941 is provided on a side wall of the second rail 2, a ratchet 94 is coaxially connected to the first gear 92, and the ratchet 94 is rotatably connected to the second side wall. In the walking process of a patient, the protective ring 8 can drive the linkage seat 6 to move along the length direction of the second rail body 2, so that the linkage seat 6 can drive the belt 91 to move; the reverse slip of the belt 91 can be prevented by the engagement of the ratchet 94 and the pawl 941 during patient walking.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, in order to realize that the antiskid device can always realize reverse limit according to the walking direction of the patient during the training process of the patient, the antiskid device further comprises an auxiliary ratchet wheel 95 and an auxiliary pawl 951, the auxiliary ratchet wheel 95 and the second gear 93 rotate coaxially, and the auxiliary pawl 951 is matched with the auxiliary ratchet wheel 95. The ratchet teeth of the auxiliary ratchet 95 and the ratchet teeth of the ratchet 94 are reversed in this embodiment, and the patient and the medical staff can choose to use the cooperation of the ratchet 94 and the pawl 941 or the cooperation of the auxiliary ratchet 95 and the auxiliary pawl 951 depending on the direction of movement. When the ratchet 94 and the pawl 941 are engaged, the auxiliary ratchet 95 and the auxiliary pawl 951 are disengaged to restrict reverse movement of the belt 91.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the linkage seat 6 is further provided with a handrail 7 to assist the patient in training. The armrest 7 comprises a first support arm and a second support arm vertically connected with the first support arm, the first support arm is fixedly connected with the linkage seat 6, and the second support arm is used for holding by a patient. In this embodiment, the first arm includes a first rod 71 and a second rod 72 screwed with the first rod 71, the first rod 71 is fixedly connected with the linkage base 6, and the free end of the second rod 72 is fixedly connected with the second arm.
