Abstract
The invention discloses a flow guide pot cover structure of a steamer, which is characterized by comprising the steamer and a pot cover, wherein the top surface of the pot cover is a plane, and a flow guide structure is arranged to guide steam condensation beads at the center of the pot cover to drip on the periphery of the plane; the water generated by steam attached to the pot cover during cooking can be guided from the center of the pot cover to the periphery of the pot cover through the guide structure and can be dripped, so that the water can not drip on food.

The gap comprises a frosted surface arranged on the first annular flanging 3 or the second annular flanging 4, so that a gap with a cushion is generated, or an opening for air outlet is arranged.
And the flange on the first annular flange 3 is used for limiting the radial movement of the pot cover, so that the pot cover can be quickly positioned.
The steam generated inside adheres to the plane of the lid 2. In order to prevent the steam from condensing and falling all over, the water drops need to be guided to the edge of the pot cover 2 to fall. Therefore, a flow guide structure is required.
Preferably, the flow guide structure comprises a line 8 which is arranged on the plane of the bottom and protrudes inwards, the line 8 is spiral and is composed of a plurality of spiral lines 9, the spiral lines radiate from the center to the peripheral outer edge, and salient points 11 are arranged on the outer edge of the line on the plane. More preferably, one lobe is opposite to one helix 9.
Specifically, the width of the spiral line 9 is gradually reduced from the middle to the two ends, and because the inner ends of the spiral line 9 are concentrated together, the thinner the inner end is, the more the number of the spiral lines 9 can be, and the outer end of the spiral line 9 points to the salient point 11 and corresponds to the salient point, so that a thinner tip is also needed. The middle layer is thicker, so that the adsorption of steam condensation beads can be enhanced.

Because the inclination angle between the inner end and the outer end of the spiral line 9 is not large, the natural gravity can not flow downwards, the condensed beads on the spiral line 9 are adsorbed together by one drop under the self-tension of the beads, and the condensed beads at the outer end also give the pulling force of the condensed beads at the inner end when falling, so that the condensed beads flow towards the outer end.
Preferably, a gap exists between the salient point 11 and the spiral line 9, the gap is a guide groove 12, the outer end of the spiral line 9 points to the salient point 11, and the height of the salient point 11 is larger than that of the spiral line 9. The bottom surface of the guide groove 12 is the plane of the pot cover 2.
The function of the guide groove 12 is: the outer ends of the spiral lines 9 are spaced relatively far, and the condensed beads on the outer edge of part of the pot cover 2 are condensed by tension and then guided by the salient points 11.
The salient points 11 are arc convex surfaces and are smooth surfaces, the flow speed of the salient points is larger than that of the spiral line 9, water drops in the guide grooves 12 serve as tension media, the salient points 11 are connected with the water drops at the outer end of the spiral line 9, and the flow guiding speed of the spiral line 9 can be increased. Because the helix 9 is a frosted surface, it is mainly accumulated and not flowing.
The spacing between the guide grooves 12 is 4-8 mm.
In experiment 3, the distance between the guide grooves 12 was too large, and water droplets naturally dropped on the guide grooves 12.
Food is generally placed in the middle of the steamer 1, the salient points 11 are positioned at the outer edge of the plane, and water generated by water vapor is drained to the salient points 11 and then drips, so that the water cannot directly drip on the food.
Regarding the function of the spiral wire 9, the steam will follow the shape of the spiral wire 9 when rising, so that the upper part whirls with the gas, and the whirling steam can heat the food more uniformly.
