Abstract
本发明公开了一种胃癌患者食用的特医食品及其制备方法,本发明的螺旋藻具有调节血糖、抗疲劳、保护肠胃的功能,在辅助黑木耳、甘蓝、南瓜粉、金银花的混合加入协同提升本发明的保胃效果,最后加入草莓粉和柠檬酸进行改善口味以及提升保健效果,如此形成整个组分协同配合的特医食品。

背景技术
特殊医学用途配方食品,是指为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配制而成的配方食品。包括全营养配方食品、特定全营养配方食品和非全营养配方食品。该类产品必须在医生或临床营养师指导下,单独食用或与其他食品配合食用。现有的特医食品功能单一、营养成分少,粉体的形态使用量不可控。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种营养全面、保胃健胃功能好的胃癌患者食用的特医食品及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种胃癌患者食用的特医食品,包括组分和重量份如下:40至50份的螺旋藻、10至15份的黑木耳、5至10份的甘蓝、5至10份的大豆蛋白粉、3至4份的山楂、5至8份的南瓜粉、3至5份的金银花、6至12份的柠檬酸、5至10份的草莓粉、10至20份的葛根粉。
