Abstract
本申请提供一种资源配置的方法及装置,涉及通信技术领域,可以应用于物联网,例如IoT、NB‑IoT、MTC等。该方法包括:网络设备确定配置信息,向终端发送配置信息。其中,配置信息用于指示终端的调度请求SR时频资源,配置信息包括第一配置信息和第二配置信息,第一配置信息用于指示SR时频资源的时域偏置,第二配置信息用于指示SR时频资源的持续时长,其中,时域偏置为SR时频资源的时域起始位置相对于随机接入时频资源的时域起始位置的偏置。
