The opening adjusting block is made of a material with a fixed expansion coefficient at a specific temperature, and the size of the opening of the pipeline is automatically adjusted through different states of the material in response to cold and heat, so that the temperature is kept at a certain temperature. The characteristics of the opening degree adjusting block can replace a control unit, a temperature detection module and the like, and the control can be performed only by utilizing the physical characteristics of the opening degree adjusting module, so that the structure and the control mode are simplified.
The temperature control device of the washing machine provided by the invention utilizes semiconductor materials to manufacture the refrigerating pipeline and the heating pipeline, can heat or cool fluid after being electrified by utilizing the characteristics of semiconductors, and can realize quick and accurate temperature regulation by matching with the flow regulation device. Moreover, the semiconductor heating, especially the heating of the detergent water, can not generate scale, and can avoid polluting the detergent water.
The present invention also provides a washing machine including the temperature control device, as shown in fig. 2, a cooling pipeline and a heating pipeline are disposed on the machine body 1 and connected to the water inlet pipeline 11 and the internal circulation pipeline 12 for temperature adjustment of the washing water or the air in the washing tub. When the pipeline selector 25 connects the internal circulation pipeline 12 with the heating pipeline 21, the flow control valve 23 is used for adjusting, a part of circulating water in the washing machine barrel flows through the heating pipeline 21 to be heated, a part of inlet water directly flows into the washing machine through the water inlet pipeline 11, and the two parts of water are mixed and then flow out through a water outlet in the washing machine barrel. The washing water is kept at a good washing temperature by heating the circulating water.
After the washing is finished, the pipeline selector 25 enables the internal circulation pipeline 12 to be communicated with the heating pipeline 21, the heating pipeline 21 heats air in the barrel, air flow is generated in the barrel, the heating pipeline 21 continuously heats the air flow in the barrel, and the aim of drying the clothes in the barrel is fulfilled. in the washing process, when water temperature control is needed, a temperature control device of the washing machine is started, and a control element controls the conduction state of a pipeline selector: in the water inlet stage, the pipeline selector enables the water inlet pipeline to be communicated with the refrigerating pipeline or the heating pipeline, and the control element controls the flow regulating device according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensing bulb, so that the real-time control of the temperature is realized;
in the cleaning stage, the control element enables the pipeline selector to enable the water inlet pipeline to be communicated with the internal circulation pipeline, and controls the flow regulating device to enable the temperature of the washing water to be kept at the washing temperature according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensing bulb.
Preferably, the washing water flows through the heating line when heating of the washing water is required, and flows through the cooling line when cooling of the washing water is required.
In the drying process, the control element controls the pipeline selector to enable the refrigerating pipeline or the heating pipeline to be communicated with the internal circulation pipeline, the heating pipeline can be used for heating the interior of the barrel, the clothes drying effect is achieved, the flow of heating air flow can be controlled through the flow adjusting device, the temperature can be controlled, the temperature in the barrel is kept at a proper temperature, and the clothes are prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the clothes are in a high-temperature environment for a long time. After the drying is finished, the airflow flows through the refrigerating pipeline to cool the airflow in the barrel, so that the temperature is quickly reduced, the cooling time is shortened, and the damage caused by the fact that the clothes are in a high-temperature environment for a long time can be further avoided. Meanwhile, the cooling time is shortened, so that clothes can be taken out faster by a user, the waiting time is shortened, and the user experience is better.
The temperature of the washing water and the air flow can be adjusted through the refrigerating pipeline and the heating pipeline, so that the use in two stages of cleaning and drying can be met, and the refrigerating pipeline and the heating pipeline have two modes of heating and refrigerating, so that the temperature adjustment is more diversified, the rapid temperature rise and temperature reduction can be realized, the clothes are protected to a certain extent, and the user experience is better.

1. A temperature control device of a washing machine is characterized in that: comprises that
A heating line having an internal flow path capable of heating a fluid;
a refrigeration line having an internal flow path capable of refrigerating a fluid;
the heating pipeline and the refrigerating pipeline can be selected to heat or cool the washing water of the washing machine or the airflow in the washing barrel independently or simultaneously.
2. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the heating pipeline comprises a semiconductor material, and a heating end of the semiconductor material is used for heating the internal flow path of the heating pipeline; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the refrigeration pipeline comprises a semiconductor material, and a refrigeration end of the semiconductor material is used for refrigerating the internal flow path of the refrigeration pipeline.
3. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the heating pipeline is a semiconductor material pipeline, and the inner wall of the heating pipeline is a heating end of the semiconductor pipeline; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the refrigeration pipeline is a semiconductor material pipeline, and the inner wall of the refrigeration pipeline is a refrigeration end of the semiconductor pipeline.
4. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein: the flow regulating device is used for regulating the flow of the fluid flowing through the heating pipeline and/or the refrigerating pipeline.

The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the flow adjusting device comprises an opening adjusting block, the opening adjusting block is arranged at the outlet end of the heating pipeline and the outlet end of the refrigerating pipeline, and the opening adjusting block deforms along with temperature change to control the sizes of the heating pipeline and the outlet end of the refrigerating pipeline.
6. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the flow regulating device is a flow regulating valve, and the flow regulating valve is connected with the heating pipeline and the refrigerating pipeline.
7. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the flow control valves are arranged in two, and the two flow control valves are respectively arranged at the inlet end of the heating pipeline and the inlet end of the refrigerating pipeline.
8. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the system also comprises a temperature detection module for detecting the temperature of the fluid flowing out of the heating pipeline and the cooling pipeline.
9. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the temperature detection module comprises a temperature sensing bulb, and the outlet ends of the heating pipeline and the refrigerating pipeline are respectively provided with the temperature sensing bulb.
10. The temperature control device of a washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein: also comprises a control unit which is connected with the temperature detection module and the flow regulating valve,
the control unit controls the opening of the flow regulating valve according to the temperature parameter detected by the temperature detection unit.

A washing machine characterized by: the washing machine temperature control device comprises the washing machine temperature control device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, and is communicated with a water inlet pipeline for regulating the temperature of inlet water; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the water inlet pipeline and the internal circulation pipeline are connected through the pipeline selector, meanwhile, the pipeline selector is connected with the heating pipeline and the refrigerating pipeline, and the pipeline selector is used for controlling the pipeline communication state.
13. A temperature control method of a washing machine for temperature-controlling the washing machine of claim 11 or 12, characterized in that: comprises that
In the washing mode, the washing machine is used,
a part of the inlet water or the circulating water flows through the heating pipeline, and the heating pipeline heats the washing water;
in the drying mode, the drying device is used,
the heating pipeline is communicated with the internal circulation pipeline and heats the air inside the washing machine;
in the cooling mode, the cooling liquid is cooled,
the refrigeration pipeline is communicated with the internal circulation pipeline and cools the air inside the washing machine.
