PURPOSE:To make a preheating heater or an electric heater unnecessary and contrive energy-saving, by a method wherein a heat medium heating type reheating coil is provided at the rear stage of a cooling coil, in the title device whose object is a clean room system. CONSTITUTION:A heat medium heating type reheating coil 13 is arranged so as to be interposed between a cooling coil 3 and a fan 5 in the air flow passage of an air-conditioning unit 2. The reheating coil 13 is branched and connected to the outlet side pipeline 8a of a cooling water introducing pipeline 8, connected to the water-cooled condensor 7b of a refrigerating machine 7 through a three- way control valve 14 while the opening degree of the three-way control valve 14 is controlled by feedback based on the detecting value of a temperature sensor 11, arranged in an operating area 1, through a temperature regulating meter 12. Accordingly, high-temperature water, which flows through the outlet side pipeline 8a of the cooling water introducing pipeline 8 and whose temperature is risen by heat exchange between the water-cooled condensor 7b of the refrigerating machine 7, is supplied to the reheating coil 13 through the three- way control valve 14, where the flow of air may be reheated upon air- conditioning operation.
