本发明公开了一种高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,所述生产工艺其路线为:铁水+废钢、转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、软吹氩、连铸保护浇注和电磁搅拌;本发明的高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,实现高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的稳定生产和质量稳定性;本申请铁水不需要预处理,可以满足脱磷要求,钢水不需要VD炉真空精炼,通过优化造渣制度、脱氧制度、软吹氩制度、连铸保护浇注、电磁搅拌、超弱冷却制度,得到高纯净度、低缺陷的精轧螺纹钢坯。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺纹钢坯加工工艺,具体涉及一种高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,属于螺纹钢坯加工工艺技术领域。
背景技术
目前高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺中采用的主要成分体系为45Si2MnV成分,生产工艺为铁水预处理+转炉冶炼+LF炉精炼处理+VD炉真空精炼+连铸工艺,但是随着精轧螺纹市场的逐渐扩大,高强度钢筋的大范围使用,加上企业对生产成本的较高要求,当前的生产工艺已经不适用,主要存在的问题有:
(1)铁水预处理造成铁损升高,影响成本升高;
(2)VD炉真空精炼不但增加了生产成本,而且降低了生产效率,连铸采取降低连铸机拉速的工艺生产,这就导致整体效益降低。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,能够稳定高效生产和保证质量稳定性。
本发明的高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,所述生产工艺其路线为:铁水+废钢、转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、软吹氩、连铸保护浇注和电磁搅拌;所述铁水无需预处理,其进入转炉冶炼时,采用转炉留渣操作,加料时,提前加入脱磷剂,并采用高拉补吹工艺,提高转炉脱磷率,保证精轧螺纹磷含量要求;所述LF炉精炼时,造高碱度三元渣系(CaO-SiO2-Al2O3)精炼渣,吸附钢水中的夹杂物;完成精炼后,LF炉定氧出钢,降低钢水氧含量,然后通过软吹氩夹杂物上浮到炉渣中提高钢水纯净度;连铸采用保护浇注,防止钢水二次氧化;结晶器电磁搅拌促进夹杂物上浮、提高连铸坯的等轴晶率。
进一步地,所述连铸输出采用超弱冷却工艺冷却,完成精轧螺纹钢坯加工;得到高纯净度、低缺陷的精轧螺纹钢坯。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,实现高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的稳定生产和质量稳定性;本申请铁水不需要预处理,可以满足脱磷要求,钢水不需要VD炉真空精炼,通过优化造渣制度、脱氧制度、软吹氩制度、连铸保护浇注、电磁搅拌、超弱冷却制度,得到高纯净度、低缺陷的精轧螺纹钢坯。

实施例1:
本申请的高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,所述生产工艺其路线为:铁水+废钢、转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、软吹氩、连铸保护浇注和电磁搅拌;所述铁水无需预处理,其进入转炉冶炼时,采用转炉留渣操作,加料时,提前加入脱磷剂,并采用高拉补吹工艺,提高转炉脱磷率,保证精轧螺纹磷含量要求;所述LF炉精炼时,造高碱度三元渣系(CaO-SiO2-Al2O3)精炼渣,吸附钢水中的夹杂物;完成精炼后,LF炉定氧出钢,降低钢水氧含量,然后通过软吹氩夹杂物上浮到炉渣中提高钢水纯净度;连铸采用保护浇注,防止钢水二次氧化;结晶器电磁搅拌促进夹杂物上浮、提高连铸坯的等轴晶率。

1.一种高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述生产工艺其路线为:铁水+废钢、转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、软吹氩、连铸保护浇注和电磁搅拌;所述铁水无需预处理,其进入转炉冶炼时,采用转炉留渣操作,加料时,提前加入脱磷剂,并采用高拉补吹工艺,完成转炉脱磷要求;所述LF炉精炼时,造高碱度三元渣系(CaO-SiO2-Al2O3)精炼渣,完成精炼后,LF炉定氧出钢,降低钢水氧含量,并通过软吹氩上浮夹杂物;连铸时,采用保护浇注,浇注的结晶器处设置电磁搅拌,使夹杂物上浮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度精轧螺纹钢坯的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述连铸输出采用超弱冷却工艺冷却,完成精轧螺纹钢坯加工。
