The cement is Portland cement, the composite thickening agent is a commercially available composite thickening agent, and the redispersible latex powder is commercially available redispersible latex powder. The fineness modulus of the colored sand is 3.0.
The fly ash ceramsite comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of fly ash, 60 parts of yellow river sand, 10 parts of waste FCC catalyst and 3 parts of broken rock wool powder, and the fly ash ceramsite is formed by mixing and firing all the components. The grain diameter of the fly ash ceramsite is 15mm, the cylinder pressure strength is more than or equal to 10MPa, and the water absorption rate is less than 2%. The dry weight of the main concrete and the surface concrete is 1950-2100kg/m3The compressive strength is more than or equal to 30 MPa.
The transparent color protective agent is acrylic finish paint.
Example 6:
a preparation method of a concrete decorative plate comprises the following steps:
1) preparing main body concrete, and embedding a template on the surface of the main body concrete for positioning;
2) when the strength of the main body concrete is more than or equal to 10MPa, removing the template, and forming a concave part at the positioning position of the template;
3) and paving the surface layer material in the concave part, polishing after hardening, and spraying a transparent color protective agent.
The main concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 380 parts of cement, 950 parts of sand, 550 parts of fly ash ceramsite, 160 parts of water and 3 parts of composite thickening agent.
The facing material includes facing concrete and high-adhesive polymer mortar. The surface concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 370 parts of cement, 950 parts of colored sand, 550 parts of fly ash ceramsite, 160 parts of water and 3 parts of composite thickening agent; the high-adhesion polymer mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 170 parts of cement, 820 parts of colored sand, 7 parts of redispersible latex powder and 140 parts of water.
The cement is Portland cement, the composite thickening agent is a commercially available composite thickening agent, and the redispersible latex powder is commercially available redispersible latex powder. The fineness modulus of the colored sand is 2.7.
The fly ash ceramsite comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of fly ash, 45 parts of yellow river sand, 12 parts of waste FCC catalyst, 2 parts of broken rock wool powder and 1 part of metal oxide, wherein the fly ash ceramsite is prepared by mixing and firing all the components. The grain diameter of the fly ash ceramsite is 10mm, the cylinder pressure strength is more than or equal to 10MPa, and the water absorption rate is less than 2%. The dry weight of the main concrete and the surface concrete is 1950-2100kg/m3The compressive strength is more than or equal to 30 MPa.
The transparent color protective agent is polyurethane finish.

1) preparing main body concrete, and embedding a template on the surface of the main body concrete for positioning;
2) when the strength of the main body concrete is more than or equal to 10MPa, removing the template, and forming a concave part at the positioning position of the template;
3) paving the surface material in the concave part, polishing after hardening, and spraying a transparent color protective agent;
the main concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400 parts of cement 350-;
the surface layer material comprises one or two of surface layer concrete or high-bonding polymer mortar;
the surface concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400 parts of cement 350-containing materials, 1000 parts of color sand 900-containing materials, 600 parts of fly ash ceramsite 500-containing materials, 170 parts of water 150-containing materials and 2-4 parts of composite thickening agents; the high-adhesion polymer mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of cement, 850 parts of colored sand, 5-10 parts of redispersible latex powder and 150 parts of water;
the fly ash ceramsite comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of fly ash, 28-60 parts of yellow river sand, 10-15 parts of waste FCC catalyst, 0-3 parts of broken rock wool powder and 0-3 parts of metal oxide, wherein the fly ash ceramsite is formed by mixing and firing all the components.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cement is portland cement, the composite thickener is a commercially available composite thickener, and the redispersible latex powder is a commercially available redispersible latex powder.
3. The method for preparing a concrete decorative panel according to claim 1, wherein the fineness modulus of the colored sand is 2.3-3.0.
4. The method for preparing a concrete decorative plate according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the fly ash ceramsite is 5-15mm, the cylinder pressure strength is not less than 10MPa, and the water absorption rate is less than 2%.
5. The method for preparing a concrete decorative panel according to claim 1, wherein the dry weight of the main concrete and the surface concrete is 1950-2100kg/m3The compressive strength is more than or equal to 30 MPa.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the transparent color protective agent comprises one of an epoxy-based topcoat, an acrylic topcoat, or a polyurethane topcoat.
