It should be noted that, when the accelerator pedal misstep function is in a closed state, the voice detection module 60 may automatically detect sound decibel information inside the vehicle, wherein, in a third predetermined time (0.5s), if the actual sound decibel value exceeds the predetermined sound decibel value (80dB), the controller controls the accelerator pedal misstep function to be turned on, and if it is not detected that the average acceleration of stepping on the accelerator pedal is greater than the second threshold value, the accelerator pedal misstep function is automatically turned off after a certain time (e.g., 2 s).
In some embodiments of the present invention, detecting information inside and outside a vehicle body of the vehicle when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is turned off, and automatically controlling the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake to be turned on according to the information inside and outside the vehicle body of the vehicle and the operation prompt of stepping on the accelerator pedal may include: detecting an angle value of a steering wheel of the vehicle rotating in a second preset time and detecting sound decibel information inside the vehicle, when the angle value is larger than a preset angle threshold value, the treading depth is larger than a first threshold value, and the treading average acceleration is larger than a second threshold value, and if the actual sound decibel value exceeds the preset sound decibel value in a third preset time, controlling the function of mistakenly treading the accelerator pedal to be started, controlling the vehicle to execute brake operation, and sending alarm prompt information.
In some embodiments of the invention, when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is turned off, obstacles around the vehicle are detected during the running process of the vehicle, and when the separation distance between the obstacles and the vehicle is detected to be smaller than a second preset distance and/or the stepping average acceleration is larger than a second threshold value, the vehicle is controlled to perform a braking operation and alarm prompt information is sent out.
As an embodiment, the controller stores data information of a second predetermined distance, and when the detection device 40 detects that the distance between the obstacle and the vehicle is less than the second predetermined distance and/or the average pedaling acceleration is greater than a second threshold value during the reverse driving of the vehicle, the controller controls the vehicle to perform a braking operation and controls the alarm prompt module 30 to send out an alarm prompt message. Preferably, the second predetermined distance may be set to 2 meters, when the vehicle is in a reverse state, the obstacle around the vehicle body is detected, if the obstacle exists within 2 meters of the vehicle body, the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is automatically started, when it is detected that the average acceleration of stepping on the accelerator exceeds the second threshold value, it is determined that the driver operates by stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake, and the controller controls the vehicle to perform braking and the alarm prompting module 30 sends out alarm information. The condition that the driver steps on the accelerator pedal by mistake in the process of controlling the vehicle to reverse can be avoided by the arrangement, so that the driving safety of the vehicle can be further improved.
Further, when the vehicle is in a reversing state, obstacles around the vehicle body are detected, if the obstacles exist within 2 meters of the vehicle body, the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is automatically started, if the average stepping acceleration is not detected to be greater than a second threshold value, the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is closed within fourth preset time, preferably, the fourth preset time can be set to be 2s, so that the influence of the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake on the driver to drive the vehicle can be avoided, and the driving experience of the driver can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is started, and the vehicle is detected to run uphill, the vehicle is controlled to send out prompt information to prompt a user that the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is in an opening state. Specifically, when it is detected that the vehicle is running on an uphill road surface, the electronic control unit 20 may control the alarm prompting module 30 to send a prompting sound to the driver to prompt the driver that the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is in an on state, and the driver may close the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake according to actual needs, so as to avoid that the driver performs a braking function when needing to accelerate quickly, thereby ensuring that the vehicle runs uphill smoothly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the driver may control the false pedal function to be turned on or off via the switch device 70. The switch device 70 may be connected to the electronic control unit 20, and the switch device 70 controls the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake to be turned on or off through the electronic control unit 20, so that the driver can control the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake to be turned on or off more conveniently.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined together, for example: any two embodiments and three embodiments in the various embodiments are combined together, and the various embodiments are combined together to reduce misjudgment, so that the driving safety of the vehicle can be further improved.

Claims (10)

1. A control method for preventing erroneous stepping on an accelerator pedal, comprising:
judging whether the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is started or closed;
when the function of mistakenly stepping on the accelerator pedal is started, the stepping depth and/or the stepping average acceleration of the accelerator pedal are detected, and whether the vehicle executes the braking operation is controlled according to the stepping depth and/or the stepping average acceleration;
and when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake is closed, detecting the information inside and outside the vehicle body of the vehicle, and automatically controlling the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake to be opened according to the information inside and outside the vehicle body of the vehicle and the operation prompt of the stepping on the accelerator pedal.
2. The control method for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 1, wherein when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly is started, the stepping depth and/or the stepping average acceleration of the accelerator pedal are/is detected, and whether the vehicle performs the braking operation is controlled according to the stepping depth and/or the stepping average acceleration, and the method comprises the following steps: judging whether the treading depth and/or the treading average acceleration meet a first preset condition or not,
if the trampling depth and/or the trampling average acceleration meet the first preset condition, controlling the vehicle to execute brake operation and sending alarm prompt information;
controlling the vehicle to perform a refueling operation if the tread depth and/or the average tread acceleration do not meet the first preset condition;
the first preset condition includes: the tread depth is greater than a first threshold value, and the average tread acceleration is greater than a second threshold value.

The control method for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 2, wherein when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly is turned off, the control method comprises the steps of detecting information inside and outside a vehicle body of the vehicle, and automatically controlling the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly to be turned on according to the information inside and outside the vehicle body and a pedal operation prompt and/or automatically, and comprises the following steps: and detecting obstacles around the vehicle, and sending out prompt information when the fact that the spacing distance between the obstacles and the vehicle is smaller than a first preset distance and the treading average acceleration is larger than a second threshold value is detected.

The control method for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 2, wherein when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly is turned off, the control method comprises the steps of detecting information inside and outside a vehicle body of the vehicle, and prompting and/or automatically controlling the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly according to the information inside and outside the vehicle body and the operation of stepping on the accelerator pedal, and comprises the following steps: detecting an angle value of a steering wheel of the vehicle rotating in a second preset time, and when the angle value is larger than a preset angle threshold value, the trampling depth is larger than a first threshold value, and the trampling average acceleration is larger than a second threshold value, controlling the function of mistakenly stepping on the accelerator pedal to be started, controlling the vehicle to execute brake operation, and sending alarm prompt information.

The control method for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 2, wherein when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly is turned off, the control method comprises the steps of detecting information inside and outside a vehicle body of the vehicle, and prompting and/or automatically controlling the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly according to the information inside and outside the vehicle body and the operation of stepping on the accelerator pedal, and comprises the following steps: and detecting sound decibel information in the vehicle, and controlling the function of opening the accelerator pedal mistakenly stepped and sending alarm prompt information if the actual sound decibel value exceeds the preset sound decibel value and the average stepping acceleration is greater than the second threshold value within third preset time.

The control method for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 2, wherein when the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly is turned off, obstacles around the vehicle are detected, and when the fact that the spacing distance between the obstacles and the vehicle is smaller than a second preset distance and/or the stepping average acceleration is larger than a second threshold value is detected, the vehicle is controlled to perform a braking operation and alarm prompt information is sent out.
7. The control method for preventing false stepping of an accelerator pedal according to claim 5 or 6, wherein if the stepping average acceleration is not detected to be greater than the second threshold value, the false stepping function is turned off for a fourth predetermined time.

The control method for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 1, wherein the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly is started, and when the vehicle is detected to run uphill, the vehicle is controlled to send out prompt information to prompt a user that the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly is in a starting state.
9. The control method for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 1, wherein a driver controls the function of stepping on the accelerator pedal mistakenly to be turned on or off through a switch device.
10. A vehicle characterized by comprising the control method for preventing false stepping of an accelerator pedal according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
