A control method for preventing an accelerator pedal from being stepped on by mistake for a vehicle is characterized in that the vehicle comprises a vehicle body and a device for preventing the accelerator pedal from being stepped on by mistake for the vehicle, the vehicle body comprises a vehicle speed instrument panel, a floor, an accelerator pedal and a driver seat which are arranged on the floor at intervals from front to back, the vehicle mis-stepping prevention accelerator pedal device is positioned between the accelerator pedal and the driver seat, and comprises a base body, a moving part and an induction part, wherein the base body is fixedly arranged on the floor, the moving part is elastically and movably arranged at the rear side of the base body along the front and rear direction, the base body and the moving part are provided with a first near end surface and a second near end surface which are close to each other, the induction piece is arranged on the first near end surface, when the foot of a user treads the accelerator pedal, the movable piece is driven to move forwards to be close to the base body, so that the sensing piece is abutted against the second near end surface and a sensing signal is triggered;
the control method for preventing the vehicle from mistakenly stepping on the accelerator pedal comprises the following steps:
when the induction signal is received, acquiring the speed variation of a vehicle speed per hour instrument panel within a first preset time;
and acquiring an acceleration scheme matched with the speed variation according to the speed variation, and controlling the vehicle to accelerate according to the acceleration scheme.

The method for controlling the vehicle to prevent the accelerator pedal from being stepped on mistakenly according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle body further comprises an oil supply pipeline and a switch valve, the accelerator pedal is used for controlling the on-off of the oil supply pipeline in the moving process of the accelerator pedal, and the switch valve is arranged on the oil supply pipeline and used for controlling the on-off of the oil supply pipeline;
