Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent carton forming system which comprises a carton forming device and a carton ink-jet printing and conveying device. The carton forming device comprises a machine shell, a carton forming mechanism, a bottom-attached adhesive tape mechanism, a carton storage mechanism, an electric box and a first linear sliding rail. The carton forming mechanism, the bottom-attached adhesive tape mechanism, the carton storage mechanism and the electric box are arranged in the shell. The carton ink-jet printing conveying device comprises a first ink-jet printing track, a second ink-jet printing track, ink-jet printing mechanisms arranged on two sides of the first ink-jet printing track and the second ink-jet printing track, and a reversing mechanism used for connecting the first ink-jet printing track and the second ink-jet printing track. Have carton forming structure and carton inkjet printing structure simultaneously, can realize the function of printing after the shaping to can deal with more production needs.

The invention provides an intelligent carton forming system which comprises a carton forming device and a carton ink-jet printing and conveying device, wherein the carton forming device comprises a paper box forming machine and a paper box conveying device; the carton forming device comprises a shell, a carton forming mechanism and a bottom adhesive tape sticking mechanism, wherein the carton forming mechanism and the bottom adhesive tape sticking mechanism are arranged in the shell; the carton forming mechanism comprises a box body adsorption device and a lower cover folding mechanism, and the bottom adhesive tape pasting mechanism comprises a supporting seat, side conveying mechanisms arranged on two sides of the supporting seat and an adhesive tape pasting mechanism arranged at the bottom of the supporting seat; the carton ink-jet printing conveying device comprises two connected ink-jet printing tracks and an ink-jet printing mechanism arranged on the ink-jet printing tracks; two it still is provided with the reversing mechanism that can change the carton orientation to it prints the track side relative two sides to make the carton can change its relative inkjet, thereby realizes all accomplishing the inkjet to four sides and prints.
Preferably, a carton storage mechanism for storing undeployed and formed cartons is arranged on the front face of the machine shell, and the carton adsorption device adsorbs the cartons from the carton storage mechanism.
Preferably, the lower box folding mechanism comprises two box folding mechanical arms arranged oppositely, and the lower cover of the carton is folded from two sides through the two box folding mechanical arms.
Preferably, the reversing mechanism comprises a placing table and a baffle, the two ink jet printing tracks are arranged in an L shape, the two ink jet printing tracks are respectively a first ink jet printing track and a second ink jet printing track, the tail part of the first ink jet printing track is connected with the placing table, the baffle faces the first ink jet printing track, the carton passes through the first ink jet printing track and then stops on the placing table, the carton stops through the baffle, and the carton can be pushed into the second ink jet printing track from the placing table through a mechanical arm or in a manual mode.

2. Have carton shaping and carton inkjet printing structure simultaneously, can realize the function of printing after the shaping to can deal with more production needs.
3. The mode through the carton switching-over realizes the spraying to four faces of carton, can save the cost in the maximize, has also promoted the efficiency of spraying and the quality of spraying.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, an embodiment of the intelligent carton forming system of the present invention is provided:
an intelligent carton forming system comprises a carton forming device 1 and a carton ink-jet printing conveying device 2.
The carton forming device 1 comprises a housing 11, a carton forming mechanism 12, a bottom tape attaching mechanism 13, a carton storage mechanism 15, an electric box 14 and a first linear slide rail 3. The carton forming mechanism 12, the bottom tape attaching mechanism 13, the carton storage mechanism 15 and the electric box 14 are arranged in the machine shell 11.
The carton forming mechanism 12 includes an upper moving device 121, a carton adsorbing device 122 and a lower cover folding mechanism 123, wherein the carton adsorbing device 112 is arranged on the upper moving device 121 and is fixedly connected with the upper moving device 121, and the carton adsorbing device 122 is driven by the upper moving device 121 to move back and forth and left and right. The lower box folding mechanism 123 includes two box folding mechanical arms arranged oppositely, and folds the lower cover of the carton from two sides through the two box folding mechanical arms, so that the bottom of the carton is folded and sealed.
The bottom tape attaching mechanism 13 includes a support base 131, a tape attaching mechanism 132 disposed at the bottom of the inner side of the middle groove of the support base 131, and a side conveying mechanism 133 on the inner side of the support base 131. The side conveying mechanism 133 drives the carton to move on the supporting base 131, and the adhesive tape is attached through the adhesive tape attaching mechanism 132 at the bottom of the supporting base 131. The tail end of the bottom tape pasting mechanism 13 is connected with the first linear slide rail 3 and is connected with the paper box ink-jet printing conveying device 2 through the first linear slide rail 3.
The carton inkjet printing conveying device 2 comprises a first inkjet printing track 21, a second inkjet printing track 22, inkjet printing mechanisms 24 arranged on two sides of the first inkjet printing track 21 and the second inkjet printing track 22, and a reversing mechanism 23 for connecting the first inkjet printing track 21 and the second inkjet printing track 22. The two ink-jet printing tracks are arranged in an L shape, and the tail part of the first ink-jet printing track 21 and the top part of the second ink-jet printing track 22 are connected with a reversing mechanism 23. The front end of the first ink-jet printing track 21 is connected with the first linear slide rail 3, and the rear end of the second ink-jet printing track 22 is connected with the second linear slide rail 4.
The reversing mechanism 23 comprises a placing table 25 and a baffle 26, the tail of the first ink jet printing track 21 and the top of the second ink jet printing track 22 are connected with the placing table 25, the baffle 26 faces the first ink jet printing track 21, the carton passes through the first ink jet printing track 21 and then is placed on the placing table 25, the carton is placed down through the baffle 26, and the carton can be pushed into the second ink jet printing track 22 from the placing table 25 through a mechanical arm or a manual mode.
When the bottom tape adhering mechanism is used, the box body adsorption device 122 is moved to the carton storage mechanism 15 through the upper moving device 121 to adsorb cartons, the cartons are unfolded during adsorption, the cartons are driven to be positioned above the lower cover folding mechanism 123, the lower covers of the cartons are folded through the lower cover folding mechanism 123, and then the cartons are moved into the bottom tape adhering mechanism 13 through the upper moving device 121. The side conveying mechanism 133 of the bottom tape attaching mechanism 13 drives the carton to move forward, and the tape attaching mechanism 132 arranged at the bottom performs tape attaching during the moving process of the carton. After passing through the bottom tape pasting mechanism 13, the paper box ink-jet printing conveying device 2 enters through the first linear slide rail 3.
The carton passes through the first ink jet printing track 21, and at this time, the face of the carton facing the side edge of the first ink jet printing track 21 is subjected to ink jet printing by the ink jet printing mechanism 24 on the first ink jet printing track 21. Then the carton is transported to the placing platform 25 to touch the baffle 26 and stop after the ink-jet printing of the carton is finished. The carton is now pushed by the robotic arm into the second inkjet printing track 22. The carton is now switched over and the side of the carton facing the side of the second ink jet printing track 22 is now ink jet printed by the ink jet printing mechanism 24 on the second ink jet printing track 22. Thereby completing the ink-jet printing of four sides. After the ink-jet printing of the carton is finished, the carton leaves from the second linear sliding rail 4, and the whole forming process is finished.
The carton intelligent forming system has the beneficial effects that:
