During betel nut processing, the dry betel nut processed by selecting and roasting seeds is subjected to seed cutting operation according to the prior art disclosed by the patent application No. CN201710936677.X (a method for making medlar betel nut), the complete dry betel nut is cut, the kernels and the like are picked out, the dry betel nut is processed into split seeds, brine is coated in the inner cavity of the betel nut, and the finished product is obtained through the processes of drying slices and the like. In order to enrich the taste of the betel nut, the medlar and the chocolate are isobaric to brine before the brine in the inner cavity of the betel nut is filmed but is not completely solidified and does not flow, so that the chocolate is filled in the inner cavity of the betel nut to form products such as chocolate betel nut and the like.
In order to improve the processing efficiency, the product yield and the like, when the medlar and the chocolate are pressed onto brine water, the medlar and the chocolate are pressed into the inner cavity of the betel nut by adopting equipment disclosed in CN201920660884.1 (an inner cavity embellisher for the betel nut), but as described in the background technology of the patent, because other surfaces except the cut surfaces of the seeds are not flat, the phenomena of side turning, deviation and the like are easy to occur when the inner cavity of the betel nut is placed upwards, and the qualified rate is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides filling equipment for making chocolate betel nuts, which can improve the qualification rate of products.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the filling equipment for making the chocolate betel nuts comprises a frame, a plate conveyor is arranged in the frame, a through hole is arranged on a lath of the plate conveyor, a conveying plate is arranged between the machine frames and below the laths on the upper layer of the plate conveyor, the conveying plate is arranged along the conveying direction of the plate conveyor, the upper end surface of the conveying plate is infinitely close to the lower end surface of the laths on the upper layer of the plate conveyor, so as to prevent the areca nuts from falling off, the conveying plate is provided with a through hole, the lower end of the conveying plate is provided with a mounting pipe communicated with the through hole, the installation pipe is internally provided with a jacking device, the upper end of the jacking device is provided with a material placing part, the jacking device is used for driving the material placing part to move up and down, and the material placing part can penetrate through the through hole and extend into the through hole on the lath to press chocolate at the top end of the material placing part into an inner cavity of the betel nut; in order to automatically place the chocolate balls on the material placing part, the middle part of the mounting pipe is communicated with an outlet of the material storage box through a connecting pipe, and an opening and closing device is arranged at the outlet of the material storage box and used for controlling the opening and closing of the outlet of the material storage box; and a baffle is arranged above the lath on the upper layer of the plate conveyor and is matched with the through hole in position.
Further, in order to collect filled betel nuts, an object placing plate is arranged below the lath on the upper layer of the plate conveyor on the rack, a collecting box with an open upper end is arranged on the object placing plate, and the collecting box is positioned at the tail end of the conveying plate.
Furthermore, in order to enable the chocolate balls to automatically roll into the connecting pipe, the bottom surface of the inner side of the material storage box is inclined and descends towards one side of the installation pipe.
Furthermore, in order to enable the chocolate balls to automatically roll into the connecting pipe and prevent the chocolate from being bonded together, the material storage box is provided with a vibration motor.
Further, for convenient feeding, the material storage box is communicated with a feeding pipe, and the feeding pipe extends out of the rack.
Further, for guaranteeing that chocolate ball is by steady placing at material placing portion top, material placing portion is including lifting the post, lifting the post upper end and being provided with the draw-in groove.
Furthermore, in order to ensure the filling quality and avoid the inclination of betel nuts when chocolate is pressed in, the lifting column is movably arranged in the outer cylinder with the upper end and the lower end open, the opening parts at the upper end and the lower end of the outer cylinder are respectively provided with a stopping edge extending towards the inner side of the outer cylinder, the lower end of the lifting column is fixedly connected with the base, the outer diameter of the base is larger than the inner diameter of the stopping edge, and the lower end of the base is connected with the jacking device.
Furthermore, in order to ensure the relative movement between the base and the outer cylinder, a spring is arranged between the upper end of the base and the end edge of the upper end of the outer cylinder.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: because of cutting the seed and making the sesame oil incision level and smooth, so can not appear turning on one's side when placing the sesame oil inner chamber down the phenomenon such as, and need not adjust the position of sesame oil when placing to improve machining efficiency.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, a rack 1 is provided with a storage plate 12 below a slat 2 on the upper layer of a slat conveyor, the storage plate 12 is provided with a collection box 13 with an open upper end, the collection box 13 is located at the tail end of a conveying plate 4, and the rack 1 is provided with an open part to facilitate the collection and placement of the collection box 13; the bottom surface of the inner side of the material storage box 10 is inclined and descends towards one side of the installation pipe 6, a vibration motor 14 is arranged on the material storage box 10, a hose is adopted by the connecting pipe 9, and a rubber pad is arranged at the joint of the material storage box 10 and the rack 1.

When the plate conveyor stops working, an operator places the betel nuts in the through holes 3, at the moment, the betel nuts cannot fall off due to the existence of the conveying plate 4, the cuts of the betel nuts are attached to the upper end face of the conveying plate 4, and the upper end face of the conveying plate 4 is horizontally arranged, so that the betel nuts cannot incline; then the plate conveyor works, the betel nuts move to the upper part of the through holes 5 along with the movement of the battens, and the diameter of the through holes 5 is far smaller than the outer diameter of the betel nuts, so that the betel nuts cannot be clamped in the through holes 5.
When the betel nut moves to the position of the through hole 5, the position of the inner cavity of the betel nut is matched with the through hole 5, along with the stop of the plate conveyor, an operator can place a new betel nut on other laths 2, the opening and closing device is opened at the moment, a chocolate ball rolls into the mounting pipe 6 along the connecting pipe 9 and falls to the upper part of the lifting column 16, then the lifting column 16 is upwards pushed by the jacking device 7 until the chocolate extends into the inner cavity of the betel nut, and the baffle 11 presses the betel nut to prevent the betel nut from moving upwards, so that the chocolate is filled.
After filling, the plate conveyor continues to move, and when moving to the end of the conveyor plate 4, the areca nuts fall and are caught by the collection box 13.
