In order to enrich the taste of betel nut, the brine in the betel nut cavity is formed into a film, but before the brine is not completely solidified and does not flow, the matrimony vine and the chocolate are isobaric to the brine, so that the chocolate is filled in the betel nut cavity to form products such as chocolate betel nut.
In order to improve the processing efficiency, the product qualification rate and the like, when the medlar, the chocolate and the like are put on the brine, equipment such as the equipment disclosed in application number CN201920660884.1 (an betel nut inner cavity stitcher) is adopted, and the medlar, the chocolate and the like are put into the betel nut inner cavity, but as described in the background technology of the patent, the phenomenon such as side turning, offset and the like is easy to occur when the betel nut inner cavity is put upwards due to uneven surfaces except for the notches of the split seeds, so that the qualification rate is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems and provides chocolate betel nut manufacturing equipment which can improve the qualification rate of products.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the chocolate betel nut manufacturing equipment comprises a rack, wherein a workbench is horizontally arranged on the rack, a sliding frame which moves back and forth along the length direction of the workbench is arranged at the upper end of the workbench, betel nut placing frames are arranged in the sliding frame, the sliding frame and the betel nut placing frames are both opened at the upper end and the lower end, a stopping edge which extends towards the inner side of the betel nut placing frames is arranged at the opening at the lower end of the betel nut placing frames, the stopping edge is horizontally arranged, betel nut cuts are contacted with the upper end surface of the stopping edge, and the betel nut cuts are flat due to seed cutting, so that the phenomenon of rollover and the like can not occur when the betel nut cavity is placed downwards; the automatic betel nut pressing device is characterized in that a through hole is vertically formed in the workbench, betel nuts are prevented from being clamped in the diameter of the through hole, a baffle is arranged above the through hole, betel nuts are prevented from being ejected out of a betel nut placing frame by the baffle in the process of pressing the betel nuts, an outer barrel with an open upper end is arranged below the through hole, the outer barrel reciprocates between the through hole and a discharging pipe, a lifting mechanism is vertically arranged in the outer barrel, a lifting column is arranged at the upper end of the lifting mechanism, chocolate balls are placed at the upper end of the lifting column, then the lifting column moves to the lower end of the through hole along with the outer barrel, and the betel nuts are pressed in along with lifting of the lifting column.
Furthermore, in order to automatically send the produced betel nuts out of the betel nut placing rack, the edge stopping device is hinged to the betel nut placing rack, the edge stopping device is kept in a horizontal state under the action of no external force, a blanking hole is formed in the workbench, and a collecting box is placed below the blanking hole; and a pushing mechanism for pushing the stop edge to turn down is arranged above the blanking hole on the frame.
Further, the pushing mechanism comprises a linear reciprocating executing element, and a pushing plate is arranged at the lower end of the linear reciprocating executing element.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the chocolate balls from falling from the lifting columns, clamping grooves are formed in the upper ends of the lifting columns.
Further, in order to improve production efficiency, the betel nut placing frame is placed on the limiting plate arranged at the opening position of the lower end of the sliding frame, during production, an operator places betel nuts on the betel nut placing frame, then the betel nut placing frame is placed on the sliding frame, and when chocolate is filled again, the operator can complete betel nut supplement, and waiting time is reduced.
Further, for conveniently taking the betel nut placing rack, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the opening position of the upper end of the betel nut placing rack, and a concave holding part is arranged at the position, opposite to the arc-shaped groove, of the outer side wall of the sliding rack.
Further, for driving the carriage to move, a first screw rod and a guide rail are horizontally arranged above the workbench, the first screw rod is in threaded connection with the carriage, the guide rail penetrates through the carriage, and the first screw rod rotates under the drive of a transmission motor.
Further, in order to drive the outer cylinder to move, the lower end of the outer cylinder is connected with the base, the base is in threaded connection with the second screw, and the second screw rotates around the horizontal axis of the second screw under the action of the driving motor.
Further, since the chocolate balls are industrial products, the shape and the size of the chocolate balls are uniform, the chocolate balls are automatically placed on the lifting columns, a storage hopper is arranged on the rack, a discharging pipe is arranged at the lower end of the storage hopper, an opening and closing control device is arranged at the position of the discharging pipe and used for periodically opening the discharging pipe, the inner diameter of the discharging pipe can only ensure that one chocolate ball passes through, one chocolate ball closes the discharging pipe through the rear opening and closing control device, and the outer cylinder moves back and forth between the through hole and the discharging pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the betel nut is cut smoothly, so that the phenomenon of rollover and the like can not occur when the betel nut cavity is placed downwards, and the betel nut does not need to be adjusted in position when placed, so that the processing efficiency is improved.
1. When the lifting column moves to the lower part of the discharging pipe, the opening and closing control device enables the discharging pipe to be opened, when one chocolate ball falls off, the discharging pipe is closed, and the chocolate ball falls on the lifting column, so that automatic chocolate supplement is completed.
2. When the betel nut placing frame and the sliding frame move to the blanking hole and then stop, the pushing plate pushes betel nuts downwards, the edges are prevented from overturning downwards under the action of the pushing plate, and the betel nuts lose the limit of the edges and fall into the collecting box from the blanking hole, so that automatic collection is completed, and the labor capacity of operators is reduced.
3. When one betel nut placing frame moves to the upper portion of the through hole to fill chocolate, an operator can place betel nuts into the other betel nut placing frame, and after the betel nut placing frame is reset after filling is completed, the two betel nut placing frames can be replaced quickly, so that the operation efficiency is improved.

The concrete work is as follows: the operator places betel nuts in betel nut placing holes of the betel nut placing frame 6, the inner cavity of the betel nuts faces downwards, and meanwhile, chocolate is placed on the clamping groove; then the lifting column 12 moves to the lower part of the through hole 8, and the betel nut placing frame 6 moves to the upper part of the through hole 8; then the lifting column 12 is pushed upwards by the lifting mechanism 11 until the chocolate stretches into the betel nut inner cavity, and the betel nut cannot move upwards due to the fact that the betel nut is pressed by the baffle plate 9, so that the chocolate is filled.
1-3, the specific structure of the embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, but the stopping edge 7 is hinged on the betel nut placing hole through a torsion spring, a spring hinge and the like, the stopping edge 7 is kept in a horizontal state under the action of no external force through the torsion spring, the spring hinge and the like, the workbench 4 is provided with a blanking hole 13, and a collecting box 14 is arranged below the blanking hole 13; a pushing mechanism for pushing the stop edge 7 to turn down is arranged above the blanking hole 13 on the frame 1; the pushing mechanism comprises a linear reciprocating executing element 15, the linear reciprocating executing element 15 can adopt an oil cylinder, an electric push rod and the like, a pushing plate 16 is arranged at the lower end of the linear reciprocating executing element 15, and the pushing plate 16 is made of flexible materials such as rubber and the like, so that betel nuts are prevented from being crushed.
When the betel nut storage rack is in operation, after the betel nuts are filled with chocolate, the betel nut storage rack 6 moves to the blanking hole 13, the pushing plate 16 moves downwards to push the stopping edge 7, the betel nuts fall downwards after the limit of the stopping edge 7 is lost, and enter the collecting box 14 after passing through the blanking hole 13.
In embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 2-3, the specific structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1 or 2, but in this embodiment, the betel nut placing rack 6 is placed on a limiting plate 17 disposed at the open position of the lower end of the sliding rack 5, an arc-shaped groove 18 is disposed at the open position of the upper end of the betel nut placing rack 6, and a concave holding portion 19 is disposed at the position opposite to the arc-shaped groove 18 on the outer side wall of the sliding rack 5.
