In one embodiment of the present invention, the negative pressure driving device includes a switch 6, a storage battery 16, a motor 17, and a fan blade set 19; the switch 6 and the storage battery 16 are electrically connected with the motor 17, the fan blade group 19 is connected with the motor 17 through a coupler, the switch 6 is pressed down, the storage battery 16 supplies power to the motor 17, the motor 17 rotates to drive the fan blade group 19 to rotate at a high speed, negative pressure is formed in the picking device and the containing device, and tea leaves are adsorbed into the picking device from the picking feed port 101 and are adsorbed into the containing device after being cut; the negative pressure driving device also has another function of drying tea leaves collected in the containing box.
In one embodiment of the invention, the picking device is communicated with the containing device through a material conveying pipe 3, one end of the material conveying pipe 3 is fixedly connected to the picking discharge port 201, and the other end of the material conveying pipe 3 is fixedly connected to the containing feed port 401; the material conveying pipe 3 can be a hose made of rubber, plastic or resin and the like, can be freely bent, and is convenient for adjusting the picking angle.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a sliding rod 13 is fixedly connected in the housing, and second sliding grooves 1001 are arranged on both sides of the rack 10 and slidably nested on the sliding rod 13; in order to reduce the sliding friction between the sliding rod 13 and the rack 10, a sliding block 12 can be arranged on the sliding rod 13, and the sliding block 12 can be detachably and fixedly arranged on the sliding rod 13, so that the replacement is convenient.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the through holes on the mesh plate 20 may be configured as a circle, a square, a rectangle, etc.; and the side of the containing box 4 in the installation space 18 is provided with an air outlet 402, which is convenient for forming negative pressure in the containing device and the picking device when the negative pressure driving device works, thereby being beneficial to the smooth operation of picking work.
In one embodiment of the invention, the containing box 4 is provided with a double shoulder strap 5, one end of the double shoulder strap 5 is fixed at the upper end of the rear surface of the containing box 4, and the other end of the double shoulder strap 5 is fixed at the lower end of the rear surface of the containing box 4, so that the carrying is convenient, and the tea plucking can be carried out independently during tea plucking.
When the tea picking operation is carried out, the backpack straps 5 are carried on the back, the picking device is held by hands, the switch 6 is pressed down, the storage battery 16 starts to supply power, the negative pressure driving device starts to work, negative pressure is formed in the picking device and the containing device, and tea leaves are adsorbed to enter the picking device from the picking feed inlet 101 on the shell; the driving mechanism 7 drives the first gear structure 8 to rotate, and drives the shearing mechanism to slide back and forth to shear the tea leaves; the cut tea leaves are conveyed into the storage device by the negative pressure, and after the storage box is fully collected, the discharge plate 21 is pulled out to lead out the tea leaves from the discharge opening 403 to enter the next process. The portable tea picking device provided by the invention has the advantages that the picking device is small and exquisite, the working principle is simple, the operation is convenient, tea is absorbed and sheared and stored in the storage device under the action of the negative pressure driving device, the tea picking efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of tea pickers is reduced; and the knapsack type storage device is convenient to carry and can well store tea leaves.
