一种外加热式氧化铝陶瓷管热水装置,是用氧化铝陶瓷类绝缘材料,制作成的陶瓷管,把金属发热丝绕成环形状,套装在陶瓷管上,用阻燃隔热材料包裹严密装进保护壳内,组装完成接通电源即可使用。

一种外加热式氧化铝陶瓷管热水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用热水器氧化铝陶瓷管发热装置。
目前,家庭使用热水器的制热原理,是把发热器置入水中加热。依据当前发热器的取材和结构,是采用金属材料制作,置于水中接通电源发热。由于金属有过热老化断路的可能性,存在漏电风险,并采用增加电子设备加以预防。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种氧化铝陶瓷类绝缘材料,制作成陶瓷管,把金属发热丝绕成环形状,套装在陶瓷管上。接通电源,发热丝开始供热,通过氧化铝陶瓷体把热能传输,使管内冷水升温。
本发明的有益效果是:选用氧化铝陶瓷类绝缘材料,通过外加热式,实现水电隔离,提高日常生活安全保障。本发明结构简单,安全实用,用材料少,制作简易,节约成本。

1把金属发热丝绕在氧化铝陶瓷管上,2用阻燃隔热材料包裹严实,3装进保护壳内,用防水胶水密封。接通电源可以使用。

1.一种外加热式氧化铝陶瓷管热水装置,是用氧化铝,氧化硅,陶瓷类绝缘材料,制作成的陶瓷管,(或者其他形状陶瓷容器)把金属发热丝绕成环形状,套装在陶瓷管外面,用阻燃隔热材料包裹严密,装进保护壳内。
