As shown in fig. 5-6, the present embodiment provides an automatic air collecting device, which includes a fixed plate 4 vertically placed, a horizontal moving plate 13 is disposed on one side of the fixed plate 4, and a displacement mechanism is connected to a bottom end of the horizontal moving plate 13 and is used for driving the horizontal moving plate 13 to move left and right; the displacement mechanism is connected with the fixed plate 4 through a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the displacement machine to move up and down;
the horizontal moving plate 13 is fixedly connected with a second air cylinder 14 through a large air cylinder fixing seat 15, the horizontal moving plate 13 is also fixedly connected with an air storage box 17, and the air storage box 17 is communicated with an air outlet one-way valve 19 and an air suction one-way valve 18; the air storage piston 16 matched with the air storage box 17 is arranged in the air storage box 17 in a sliding mode, the air storage piston 16 is connected with the second air cylinder 14, the second air cylinder 14 is used for pushing the air storage piston 16 to slide in the air storage box 17, and the second air cylinder 14 is connected with the controller.
The gas storage piston 16 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the gas storage box 17, so that gas in the gas storage box 17 is prevented from escaping. As the second cylinder 14 starts to work, the air storage piston 16 is driven to slide rightwards in the air storage box 17, so that the air storage box 17 is filled with air under the action of the air suction one-way valve 18; the air storage piston 16 slides to the left in the air storage box 17, so that the air in the air storage box 17 is discharged under the action of the air outlet one-way valve 19.
The lifting mechanism comprises: the vertical moving plate 8 is fixedly connected with a vertical guide rail 6 and a second motor 20 through the fixed plate 4; an output shaft of the second motor 20 is fixedly connected with a screw rod 5 through a coupler 21, and the bottom end of the vertical motion plate 8 is fixedly connected with a screw rod nut of the screw rod 5; the bottom end of the vertical moving plate 8 is fixedly connected with a vertical sliding block 7, and the vertical sliding block 7 is connected with a vertical guide rail 6 in a sliding manner; the second motor 20 is connected to the controller.
Two vertical guide rails 6 are arranged, and four vertical sliding blocks 7 are arranged; the lifting mechanism is used for driving the vertical moving plate 8 to ascend and descend, and the second motor 20 drives the screw rod 5 to rotate so as to drive the vertical moving plate 8 to move along the vertical guide rail 6.
The displacement mechanism includes: the vertical moving plate 8 is fixedly connected with a first air cylinder 10 through a small air cylinder fixing seat 9, a horizontal guide rail 11 is also fixedly connected on the vertical moving plate 8, and the right end of a horizontal moving plate 13 is connected with the first air cylinder 10; the bottom end of the horizontal moving plate 13 is fixedly connected with a horizontal sliding block 12, and the horizontal sliding block 12 is connected with a horizontal guide rail 11 in a sliding manner; the first cylinder 10 is connected to a controller.
Two horizontal guide rails 11 are arranged, and four horizontal sliding blocks 12 are arranged; the displacement mechanism is used for driving the horizontal moving plate 13 to move in the left-right direction, and the first air cylinder 10 operates to drive the horizontal moving plate 13 to move along the horizontal guide rail 11. The air outlet one-way valve 19 on the horizontal motion plate 13 is matched with the inlet of the air storage tank, so that air can be conveniently fed.
The embodiment further provides a collection method, and the automatic air collection device adopting the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1, controlling the lifting mechanism by the controller to lift the horizontal motion plate 13 to a proper height, further keeping the air outlet one-way valve 19 and the inlet of the air storage tank at the same height, controlling the second cylinder 14 to contract by the controller, moving the air storage piston 16 to the right, and allowing the air to enter the air storage box 17 through the air suction one-way valve 18;
s2: the device is integrally moved to a proper position, so that the air outlet one-way valve 19 is superposed with the central line of the inlet of the air storage tank, and the controller controls the displacement mechanism to drive the horizontal motion plate 13 to move leftwards, so that the air outlet one-way valve 19 enters the inlet of the air storage tank;
s3: the controller controls the second air cylinder 14 to extend, the air storage piston 16 moves leftwards, and air enters the air storage tank through the air outlet one-way valve 19;
s4: and after the air storage operation is finished, replacing a new air storage tank, controlling the lifting mechanism through the controller according to the actual height of the new air storage tank to enable the horizontal movement plate 13 to ascend by a proper height, and repeating the steps S1-S3 until the new air storage tank is full of air.
In step S1, the method for controlling the elevating mechanism by the controller includes: the controller controls the second motor 20 to start, drives the screw rod 5 to rotate, and the vertical slide block 7 is matched with the vertical guide rail 6 to drive the vertical motion plate 8 to move, so that the horizontal motion plate 13 moves upwards for a proper distance.
In step S2, the method for controlling the displacement mechanism by the controller includes: the controller controls the first cylinder 10 to start, and drives the horizontal moving plate 13 to move leftwards by a proper distance, so that the air outlet one-way valve 19 enters the inlet of the air storage tank.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the present invention further provides an automatic collection method, which combines an automatic air collection device according to the first embodiment and a multi-layered air storage tank device according to the second embodiment, including the following steps:
s1: the automatic air collecting device is integrally moved to a proper position, the lifting mechanism is controlled by the controller, the horizontal motion plate 13 is lifted to a proper height, and the air outlet one-way valve 19 and the first one-way valve 104 of the air storage tank 1 are positioned at the same height;
s2: the controller controls the second air cylinder 14 to contract, the air storage piston 16 moves rightwards, air enters the air storage box 17 through the air suction one-way valve 18, and the controller controls the displacement mechanism to drive the horizontal movement plate 13 to move leftwards for a proper distance;
s3: under the action of the displacement mechanism, the air outlet one-way valve 19 enters the first one-way valve 104, the controller controls the second air cylinder 14 to extend, the air storage piston 16 moves leftwards, air enters the air storage tank 1 through the first one-way valve 104, and the first piston 101, the second piston 102 and the third piston 103 simultaneously rise to the height H0At this time, the second check valve 105 is located between the first piston 101 and the second piston 102;
s4: the controller controls the lifting mechanism to enable the air outlet check valve 19 and the second check valve 105 to be at the same height, the step S2 is repeated, the air outlet check valve 19 enters the second check valve 105, the controller controls the second air cylinder 14 to extend out, the air in the air storage box 17 enters the air storage tank 1 through the second check valve 105, and the second piston 102 and the third piston 103 rise simultaneously by the height H0At this time, the third check valve 106 is located between the second piston 102 and the third piston 103;
s5: the controller controls the lifting mechanism to enable the air outlet one-way valve 19 and the third one-way valve 106 to be at the same height, the step S2 is repeated, the air outlet one-way valve 19 enters the third one-way valve 106, the controller controls the second air cylinder 14 to extend out, and the air in the air storage box 17 enters the air storage tank 1 through the third one-way valve 106, so that the air storage work is completed;
s6: the controller controls the first motor 3 to work to drive the fixed seat 2 to rotate, so that the gas storage tank 1 which finishes gas storage rotates to another position, the new gas storage tank 1 rotates to the gas storage position, and the steps S1-S5 are repeated until the new gas storage tank 1 is full of gas.
In addition, when gas is required to be released, the gas can be released through the valve 107, and the valve 107 is connected with a hose, so that the gas in the gas storage tank 1 can be conveniently released.
It should be noted that, firstly, the whole automatic air collecting device is moved to a proper position, so that the central axis of the outlet check valve 19 is coplanar with the central axes of the three check valves of the air storage tank 1, and in order to facilitate the entry of air into the air storage tank 1 through the air storage box 17, the diameters of the first check valve 104, the second check valve 105 and the third check valve 106 are slightly larger than the diameter of the outlet check valve 19. When the air storage tank 1 finishes air storage operation, the first motor 3 drives the fixed seat 2 to rotate for a fixed angle, so that the central axis of the air outlet one-way valve 19 is coplanar with the central axes of the three one-way valves of the new air storage tank 1.

A gas storage method of a multilayer gas storage tank device comprises a fixed seat (2), wherein a plurality of gas storage tanks (1) are fixedly connected to the fixed seat (2), and the multilayer gas storage tank device is characterized in that a central shaft of the fixed seat (2) is fixedly connected with a first motor (3), the first motor (3) is used for driving the fixed seat (2) to rotate, and the first motor (3) is connected with a controller; a third piston (103), a second piston (102) and a first piston (101) are sequentially arranged in the air storage tank (1) in a sliding manner from top to bottom; the air storage tank (1) is sequentially communicated with a third one-way valve (106) matched with the third piston (103), a second one-way valve (105) matched with the second piston (102) and a first one-way valve (104) matched with the first piston (101) from top to bottom; the gas storage tank (1) is also communicated with a plurality of valves (107), and the valves (107) are used for releasing gas in the gas storage tank (1);
the third piston (103), the second piston (102) and the first piston (101) are of cuboid structures, and chamfers are arranged at the top corners;
the gas storage method comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, communicating an air outlet hose of the air collecting device with a first one-way valve (104), and enabling air to enter an air storage tank (1) through the first one-way valve (104) to drive a first piston (101), a second piston (102) and a third piston (103) to rise simultaneously;
s2, the first piston (101) continuously ascends along with the continuous entering of the gas, and when the first piston (101) ascends to the height H0When the gas is not introduced, the second one-way valve (105) is positioned between the first piston (101) and the second piston (102), and then the gas outlet hose of the gas collecting device is communicated with the second one-way valve (105);
s3: the position of the first piston (101) is kept unchanged along with the gas entering the second one-way valve (105), the second piston (102) and the third piston (103) rise simultaneously, and when the second piston (102) rises to a height H0When the gas is not introduced, the third one-way valve (106) is positioned between the second piston (102) and the third piston (103), and then the gas outlet hose of the gas collecting device is communicated with the third one-way valve (106);
s4: as the gas enters the third one-way valve (106), the positions of the first piston (101) and the second piston (102) are kept unchanged, the third piston (103) rises to a proper position, and the three pistons are filled with the gas for different time periods, so that the gas storage work is finished;
s5: the controller controls the first motor (3) to work to drive the fixed seat (2) to rotate, so that the air storage tank (1) which finishes air storage rotates to another position, the new air storage tank (1) rotates to the air storage position, and the steps S1-S4 are repeated, so that a new round of air storage work is started.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the third piston (103), the second piston (102) and the first piston (101) are in close contact with the inner wall of the gas tank (1) to prevent the gas from mixing.

A gas storage method of a multi-layer gas storage tank apparatus according to claim 1, wherein there are three valves (107), one (107) is disposed above the third check valve (106), another (107) is disposed between the third check valve (106) and the second check valve (105), and the last (107) is disposed between the second check valve (105) and the first check valve (104).
