Abstract
本发明提出一种结构简单、安装方便、生产成本低、涉及阀门装备技术领域,能够自由控制止回阀是否作用的防倒流止回闸阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上开设有进水通道与出水通道,设置于所述进水通道与所述出水通道之间用于控制启闭的阀板,所述阀板上方位于所述阀体内部设有用于控制阀门启闭的的启闭件,所述阀体上位于进水通道或出水通道内设置有止回阀,所述止回阀包括阀座、阀瓣、阀轴、弹簧以及阀轴导向套,所述止回阀座固定在启闭件的的出水端口或进水端口,所述止回阀阀轴导向套固定在阀体的出水端口,所述止回阀阀轴固定在阀座和阀轴导向套之间,弹簧和阀瓣套接在阀轴上,且弹簧位于阀轴导向套和阀瓣之间;阀座朝向阀瓣的一端设有能够套接阀瓣的容纳腔,容纳腔与阀瓣相抵的一面设有第一密封件,阀瓣的侧面设有第二密封件。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及防倒流止回闸阀。
背景技术
在现在管路设计中,需要在管路中设置阀门以控制流体的通断,因为特殊需求,管路中也需要设置止回阀,这种情况下,通常需要同时在管路中设置一个控制流体通断的阀体及一个止回阀,多个的阀体的安装,导致过多的连接件,也增加了漏水的风险,也增加了操作人员操作的步骤,增加人工成本,降低施工效率。因此行业内人员将止回功能与控制流体的通断,这种一体化的设计降低了连接尺寸、节省安装空间,也提高了安装效率,节约了社会资源和企业的生产成本。
但是这种一体化的设计方式会导致在安装防倒流止回闸阀的管路,如果在用水设备改造或者更换时,不再需要止回功能,那么则需要替换掉原来的一体化的防倒流止回闸阀,安装不带止回的阀体,一来造成了改造硬件成本的增加,二来需要寻找与原来一体化防倒流止回闸阀同等长度的阀体,三来需要消耗人工进行更换,四来延误改造工期。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种结构简单、安装方便、生产成本低,实现止回与控制流体通断的一体化作用的防倒流止回闸阀。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为:包括阀体,所述阀体上开设有进水通道与出水通道,设置于所述进水通道与所述出水通道之间用于控制流体的启闭件,所述启闭件上方位于所述阀体内部设有用于控制启闭件升降的阀杆,所述阀体上位于进水通道或出水通道内设置有止回部件,所述止回部件包括阀座、阀瓣、阀轴、弹簧以及阀轴导向套,所述阀座设置于所述阀体,所述止回阀瓣可活动设置于所述阀体,所述止回阀瓣设置于所述连接管的左侧并可密封阀(见摘要附图)。
进一步改进的是:所述调整机构包括控制启闭件升降的阀杆,所述控制启闭件升降的阀杆可上下活动设置于所述阀体,所述控制启闭件升降的阀杆上固定设置有传动手轮或其它起闭执行装置(如:电动、气动等)。
进一步改进的是:所述阀体上固定设置有止回部件,所述止回阀瓣左端面固定设置有阀轴,所述阀轴可滑移穿设于所述止回阀,所述阀轴的左端部连接有阀轴导向套,所述阀轴导向套的右端面可与所述止回阀瓣相抵制。
进一步改进的是:止回阀轴上设有弹簧,所述弹簧两端分别于防倒流止回闸阀瓣及阀轴导向套相抵制,有助于止回功能靠介质自身压力实现。
进一步改进的是:所述止回阀座内部的空腔为纺锤形状。
进一步改进的是:所述防倒流止回闸阀上固定设置有若干阀轴,所述阀体上开设有阀轴导向套供所述导向杆穿入。
进一步改进的是:所述消声止回部件为圆柱体和所述软密封闸阀形成的组合体,所述阀体进水或出水通道设置有消声止回阀固定于阀体。
进一步改进的是:阀轴导向套与所述阀轴之间设有自润滑性能导向套。
进一步改进的是:所述止回部件阀瓣连接密封件为橡胶材料,所述橡胶材料与止回阀瓣硫化一体成型固定在所述容纳腔与所述阀瓣相抵的一面。所述止回阀密封圈凹槽的横截面为燕尾形。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:1、可实现止回功能与控制流体通断一体化,灵活性强,适用于多种管路情况;2、结构简单、安装方便、设计巧妙,在安装过程中一台消声软密封闸阀可实现对流体的控制启闭,也可实现止回功能。

Claims (8)
1.防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、启闭件(3)、阀杆(4)、阀座(5)、阀瓣(6)、阀轴(7)、弹簧(8)以及阀轴导向套(9);所述阀座(5)固定在所述阀体(1)的启闭件的出水端口,所述阀轴导向套(9)固定在所述阀体(1)的出水端口,所述阀轴(7)固定在所述阀座(5)和所述阀轴导向套(9)之间,所述弹簧(8)和所述阀瓣(6)套接在所述阀轴(7)上,且所述弹簧(8)位于所述阀轴导向套(9)和所述阀瓣(7)之间;所述阀座(5)朝向所述阀瓣(6)的一端设有能够套接所述阀瓣(6)的容纳腔,所述容纳腔与所述阀瓣(7)相抵的一面设有第一密封件,所述阀瓣(7)的侧面设有第二密封件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于,所述消声止回部件为圆柱体和所述闸阀形成的组合体,所述阀体进水或出水通道设置有消声止回部件固定于阀体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(5)内部的空腔为纺锤形形状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于,所述止回阀密封圈凹槽的横截面为燕尾形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于,所述闸阀与止回阀连接密封件为橡胶材料,所述橡胶材料通过硫化工艺与所述阀瓣与阀座相接触的一面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于,所述阀轴导向套(9)与所述阀轴(7)之间设有自润滑性能导向套。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀体包括阀体本体及止回部件,所述进水通道、出水通道设置于所述阀体本体,所述止回部件设置于所述阀体出水端口或进水端口,所述阀体本体一体铸造成型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防倒流止回闸阀,其特征在于:所述止回部件上固定设置有若干阀轴,所述阀体上开设有阀轴导向套供所述导向杆穿入。
